Romeo Doubs Dec 13 4:30pm CT
    Romeo Doubs

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Romeo Doubs (concussion) has cleared concussion protocol after three consecutive full practices and will be active for the Packers' Week 15 game against the Seattle Seahawks. Doubs has missed two full games since suffering a concussion during the Packers' Week 12 game against the San Francisco 49ers. As a fantasy asset, Doubs has been hit or miss in terms of scoring fantasy points but has been the most consistent player in terms of being on the field as he's run routes on 85-95% of the Packers' dropbacks when active in full games. Against the Seahawks, Doubs is a volatile low-end flex option.

CeeDee Lamb Dec 13 4:30pm CT
    CeeDee Lamb

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb (shoulder) upgraded to a full practice participant on Friday and was removed from the final Week 15 injury report. Lamb will be available to play on Sunday on the road against the Carolina Panthers and should be locked into starting fantasy lineups. The 25-year-old pass-catcher has been battling through a sprained AC joint in his shoulder since injuring it in Week 9, but he hasn't missed any games as a result. Carolina's defense has stiffened up in recent weeks and is playing much better, but Lamb should be able to do damage against them this weekend as quarterback Cooper Rush's top target in the passing game. Lamb doesn't have the type of upside he did before Dak Prescott's (hamstring) season-ending injury, but he's been the WR20 in half-PPR scoring in the last five weeks with 32 receptions for 313 yards and a touchdown.

Zay Flowers Dec 13 4:30pm CT
    Zay Flowers

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers is usually one of the safer options at the position since he commands the largest target share on the team by a wide margin. He's seen 94 targets this year while the second-most has 55. Against the New York Giants, Flowers should still see plenty of targets, but the Ravens could go run-heavy since that's the weakest part of the defense. They allow the sixth-fewest passing yards per game and have only given up 14 touchdowns through the air all season. While Flowers usually has a solid floor, his ceiling looks to be around the WR2 territory again.

Cade Otton Dec 13 4:30pm CT
    Cade Otton

Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Cade Otton has seen his fantasy value take a dip over the last few weeks. However, Otton was able to have some success during last week's game against the Las Vegas Raiders. Otton hauled in three of his four targets for 70 yards in the win. This marked the first time that Otton has hit the 70-yard mark since Week 9. Fantasy managers shouldn't expect Otton to produce his TE1 numbers anymore with wide receiver Mike Evans healthy now. Otton has been held to five receptions or less in each of the last four games. He should be considered a TE2 for the Week 15 matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers.

Jayden Daniels Dec 13 4:30pm CT
    Jayden Daniels

Washington Commanders rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels should be viewed as a high-end QB1 in all formats, facing the New Orleans Saints this weekend. Over his past two contests, Daniels has surprised 30.0 PPR points in each game and tallied seven scores during this span. Over these two games, the LSU product averaged 290.0 total yards per game. This is a nice improvement compared to the modest 13.0 PPR points he averaged during Weeks 10 and 11. Daniels has surpassed all expectations and provided elite fantasy production due to his dual-threat playstyle all season. Even though he will be without his No.2 wideout Noah Brown (kidney) he should be viewed as an elite QB1 despite facing a New Orleans defense that has allowed the 14th-fewest PPR points to opposing QBs this season.

Justice Hill Dec 13 4:30pm CT
    Justice Hill

Baltimore Ravens running back Justice Hill has registered three fantasy-relevant weeks so far this season but does draw a solid matchup against the New York Giants in Week 15. They're one of the weakest teams against the run, giving up 141.7 yards per game and 14 total rushing touchdowns. Derrick Henry will likely get plenty of carries in this game, so unless there's some extra garbage time, Hill's ceiling will be quite limited. As of right now, Hill looks like a deeper-league flex play at best.

Brian Robinson Jr. Dec 13 4:30pm CT
    Brian Robinson Jr.

Washington Commanders running back Brian Robinson Jr. carries RB1 upside in Week 15 when he faces the New Orleans Saints. In Week 13, Robinson tallied 103 yards and a score on 16 attempts against the Tennessee Titans. Robinson was dealing with a lingering ankle injury leading up to that game, but coming out of his Week 14 bye should put the Alabama product in a great position to succeed this weekend. Overall, the 25-year-old has tallied eight touchdowns in eight games and averaged 75.0 total yards per game. With Austin Ekeler (concussion) on the IR, fantasy managers should continue to expect Robinson to lead the backfield. Facing the Saints, who have allowed the ninth-most PPR points to opposing RBs this season, makes Robinson a top-12 option on Sunday.

Raheem Mostert Dec 13 4:30pm CT
    Raheem Mostert

Miami Dolphins running back Raheem Mostert (hip) upgraded to a full practice session on Friday and has been removed from the Week 15 injury report. After missing the Week 14 overtime win over the division-rival New York Jets, Mostert will return to face the Houston Texans on the road this Sunday. The Dolphins will have all three of their RBs active against Houston, with Mostert most likely operating as more of the RB3 behind starter De'Von Achane and rookie Jaylen Wright. After scoring a league-high 18 rushing touchdowns in 2023, the 32-year-old veteran has fallen way back down to Earth and has only two TDs while averaging a career-worst 3.6 yards per carry on 65 rushing attempts. In his last four games, Mostert has 10 carries for 22 rushing yards. He will be picking up scraps behind Achane and belongs on the waiver wire in 12-team fantasy leagues.

Jared Goff Dec 13 4:20pm CT
    Jared Goff

A week after getting torched by the Los Angeles Rams, the Buffalo Bills defense/special teams gets an even tougher matchup in Week 15. The Detroit Lions average 32.1 points per game, the most in the NFL. The sportsbooks project a high-scoring affair between these two teams, plus Jared Goff rarely throws interceptions (outside of his five-pick game in Week 10). The Bills DST should not be started in Week 15. However, they have two favorable matchups (vs. New England and New York Jets) in the coming weeks. Fantasy managers can stash the Bills DST now for Weeks 16 and 17.

Elijah Moore Dec 13 4:20pm CT
    Elijah Moore

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Elijah Moore caught just three passes for 34 yards in a Week 14 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. He has a chance to turn in a much bigger outing in Week 15's home matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs. The Chiefs have been susceptible to the pass this season, allowing the 15th-most fantasy points per game to opposing wideouts. The Browns will also be without Cedric Tillman (concussion) while David Njoku (hamstring) appears to be on the wrong side of questionable after missing practice all week. If Njoku does not play, Moore slots in as a solid WR3 for fantasy leagues. Even if Njoku ultimately ends up playing, Moore is still worth considering in starting lineups as a flex/WR4 type.

Mark Andrews Dec 13 4:20pm CT
    Mark Andrews

Baltimore Ravens tight end Mark Andrews has finished as a TE1 in six of his last eight games and enters one of his best months in Week 15. The Ravens take on the New York Giants who have been stout against opposing tight ends as they've given up the second-fewest fantasy points per game at 6.9 per game in half-PPR leagues. Andrews, however, tends to feast in the month of December as he averages 13.95 yards per reception, 61.1 yards per game, 9.36 yards per target, and 4.4 receptions per game. He's also scored 15 touchdowns in 27 games against NFC opponents. Andrews has a TE1 ceiling again, especially after finding his rhythm with Lamar Jackson again.

Marquise Brown Dec 13 4:20pm CT
    Marquise Brown

Unsurprisingly, the Kansas City Chiefs ruled out wide receiver Marquise Brown (shoulder) from Week 15 action on Sunday against the Cleveland Browns. Brown had his 21-day practice window opened on Friday to be activated from Injured Reserve. He was listed as a limited participant in his first official practice of the year after needing surgery for a shoulder injury he suffered back in the preseason. The 27-year-old will need to continue to make progress, and if he does, he could be on track to make his Chiefs debut next weekend against the Houston Texans. Brown joined the Chiefs in the offseason and was expected to be one of quarterback Patrick Mahomes' top targets. Hollywood is probably worth stashing if you have the room in fantasy leagues and continue to advance in the playoffs, but KC is going to play it safe with Brown, so temper expectations if he returns in Week 16.

    From RotoBaller

Dustin Hopkins Dec 13 4:20pm CT
    Dustin Hopkins

Cleveland Browns kicker Dustin Hopkins saw his accuracy issues continue in a Week 14 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers as he missed both of his field-goal attempts. Hopkins will look to bounce back at home in Week 15 against the Kansas City Chiefs. The Chiefs have been stingy against kickers this season, allowing the ninth-fewest fantasy points per game to the position. Hopkins himself hasn't done much to earn the trust of fantasy gamers this season, making just 16 of his 25 attempts over 14 games. He should not be in starting lineups for fantasy gamers in Week 15.

    From RotoBaller

Patrick Mahomes Dec 13 4:20pm CT
    Patrick Mahomes

The Cleveland Browns defense struggled in a Week 14 loss, allowing the Pittsburgh Steelers to score 27 points. They will look to bounce back at home against the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 15. While the 2024 version of the Chiefs offense isn't as explosive as years past, this is still a dangerous offense led by Patrick Mahomes that is averaging 23.7 points per game, 11th-best in the NFL. The Cleveland defense has taken a huge step back this season after being a dominant fantasy unit last season and should not be considered a strong starting option for Week 15.

    From RotoBaller

Jalen McMillan Dec 13 4:20pm CT
    Jalen McMillan

Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Jalen McMillan put together his best performance of the season during last week's win over the Las Vegas Raiders. The rookie wideout hauled in four of his seven targets for 59 yards and two touchdowns in the victory. McMillan came out of nowhere and put together a career-game, but fantasy managers shouldn't jump on the bandwagon just yet. Before this game, McMillan had only two performances with over 30 receiving yards. This looks more like a fluke-game than McMillan finally becoming a reliable fantasy option. Fantasy managers should consider McMillan a boom-or-bust flex option for the Week 15 matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers.

    From RotoBaller

Rachaad White Dec 13 4:10pm CT
    Rachaad White

Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Rachaad White took over as the lead back after Bucky Irving (back, hip) was forced to exit early last week. White took advantage of the extra snaps as he rushed 17 times for 90 yards and scored a touchdown on the ground. He also hauled in two of his three targets for 19 yards and an additional score through the air. White has now rushed for over 75 yards in each of the last two games, which is great to see after his sluggish start to the season. The Bucs are uncertain if Irving is going to play against the Los Angeles Chargers this weekend. If he sits, White would end up as the lead back and would move into the RB2 conversation for Week 15. Otherwise, White would fall into flex territory if Irving is able to suit up against the Chargers.

    From RotoBaller

Dawson Knox Dec 13 4:10pm CT
    Dawson Knox

Buffalo Bills tight end Dawson Knox expects to share snaps and targets with fellow tight end Dalton Kincaid (knee) in Week 15 as the latter returns from injury. Knox played over 80% of the snaps in two of three games with Kincaid sidelined (the other was the snow game against San Francisco). Knox totaled seven receptions for 101 yards and zero touchdowns in those games. Josh Allen should have his full roster of receiving weapons against the Lions. That removes Knox from the tight-end streaming conversation. He should be on waiver wires for the start of the fantasy playoffs.

    From RotoBaller

Jerry Jeudy Dec 13 4:10pm CT
    Jerry Jeudy

Cleveland Browns wide receiver Jerry Jeudy (knee) has put together an impressive stretch of games since the beginning of November, posting 33 catches for 599 yards and three touchdowns over that span. He will look to stay hot in Week 15's home matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs. The Chiefs have been dominant against the run this season, allowing the fewest fantasy points per game to running backs, but they are only average against the pass as they are giving up the 15th-most fantasy points per game to the receiver position. Jeudy is in line to keep his recent hot stretch going in a game where the Browns are likely to throw frequently against the Chiefs. A full participant in practice all week despite being listed with a knee injury, treat Jeudy as a mid-range WR2 in fantasy for Week 15.

    From RotoBaller

Harrison Butker Dec 13 4:10pm CT
    Harrison Butker

Kansas City Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns. Butker was able to participate in practice all week as a limited participant and could snap his four-game absence. Butker is the injured reserve following their Week 10 victory over the Denver Broncos with a meniscus tear. While sidelined, the Chiefs have turned to Matthew Wright to operate as the top kicker during Weeks 13 and 14. Over these two games, Wright has gone 8-for-9 on attempts and 2-for-2 on extra points. Fantasy managers should continue to monitor Butker's status over the weekend, as Butker would be a bona fide K1 if he returns to action. If he can play, he would face the Browns, who have allowed the 16th-most PPR points to opposing kickers this season. If not, Wright would draw his third-straight start.

    From RotoBaller

Sean Tucker Dec 13 4:10pm CT
    Sean Tucker

Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Sean Tucker moved into the No. 2 role in the backfield after Bucky Irving (hip, back) went down early during last week's game. Rachaad White took over as the lead back and looked great with a two-score performance. However, Tucker didn't do much as he rushed three times for 47 yards and finished with zero receptions on two targets. There is a chance that Irving does sit in Week 15, which would mean Tucker moves into the No. 2 role once again. Fantasy managers shouldn't get too excited about that considering Tucker only saw three rushing attempts last week. Tucker is too risky of a streaming choice to start in important fantasy games this weekend.
