Detroit Lions cornerbacks Khalil Dorsey (ankle) and Carlton Davis III (jaw) won't return to Sunday's meeting with the Buffalo Bills. Davis left to receive a concussion evaluation along with his jaw injury. As a result, Dorsey entered the contest, although he didn't last long before taking a big hit. With the Lions down two players from the secondary, the team will need to get creative the rest of the way, considering the Detroit defense has had issues slowing down the Bills offense through the first half.
From RotoBaller
New York Jets wide receiver Davante Adams caught nine of his 12 targets for 198 yards and two touchdowns during their victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars. His 198 yards set a new season-high. This was also his second-straight contest, totaling over 100 receiving yards, and his third-straight game saw at least double-digit targets. Adams' first score of the afternoon came on a one-yard pass from Aaron Rodgers in the second quarter. Then, in the third, Adam broke free on a 71-yard TD reception. While it took Adams some time to adjust to the New York playbook, the veteran wideout is getting on track at the right time. Fantasy managers should feel confident viewing the 31-year-old as a high-end WR2 heading into Week 16, facing the Los Angeles Rams, who have allowed the 13th-most PPR points to opposing wideouts.
From RotoBaller
Philadelphia Eagles running back Saquon Barkley (undisclosed) was examined in the blue medical tent during Sunday's meeting with the Steelers. While the team hasn't released an official injury designation, he hasn't returned to the game. Without question, fantasy managers are concerned, especially since he's been a top fantasy producer throughout the 2024-25 campaign. If Barkley doesn't return, he'll finish with 31 yards off seven carries, with Kenneth Gainwell in line for more opportunities out of the backfield.
From RotoBaller
Detroit Lions cornerback Carlton Davis III (concussion, jaw) is questionable to return to Sunday's showdown with the Buffalo Bills. The 27-year-old is one of the Lions most dependable defenders, totaling 54 tackles and adding two picks during the 2024-25 campaign. With Josh Allen and the Bills offense currently having no issues putting up points in Week 15, Detroit needs Davis back on the field as soon as possible. But if he can't return, Khalil Dorsey could see more action.
From RotoBaller
New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers went 16-for-30 with 289 yards and three passing scores during their victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars. Rodgers added a season-high 45 rushing yards on six carries. Rodgers tallied his first score of the afternoon on a 22-yard TD pass to Garrett Wilson in the opening frame. Then, in the third, Rodgers found Davante Adams on a one-yard strike and would eventually find him a second time in the fourth quarter, this time on a 71-yard pass. After failing to total over 300 all-purpose yards during the first 12 games of the season, the 41-year-old has now accomplished that feat in two straight games. While he has had a disappointing season, Rodgers has begun to turn the corner during the final stretch. He could be a viable low-end QB1 next weekend, facing the Los Angeles Rams, who have allowed the ninth-most PPR points to opposing quarterbacks.
From RotoBaller
Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes (ankle) will undergo more tests on Monday. The signal-caller suffered a right ankle injury in Sunday's win over the Cleveland Browns. X-rays were negative, which is good. Still, the team is concerned about swelling. Of course, fantasy managers will anxiously await further updates. As such, the team will surely be cautious with the multi-time MVP, so there's a chance he won't be out there when the Chiefs play the Texans in Week 16. If that's the case, Carson Wentz, who had 20 yards off 2-for-2 passing in Week 15, will presumably remain under center.
From RotoBaller
Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers saw a team-high seven targets during their victory over the New York Giants. He was able to bring in six of them (also a team-high) but finished with the third-most receiving yards (53) behind Rashod Bateman and Justice Hill. While Flowers did not find the end zone this afternoon, the sophomore wideout still turned in a solid fantasy output. Flowers has now seen at least seven targets in each of his past three contests. However, this was his first time tallying six receptions since Week 8. Given his role in the Baltimore passing attack, Flowers should continue to be viewed as a high-floor WR2 with a high target share. However, he has only eclipsed 20.0 PPR points three times this season. He has a tougher task ahead of him next weekend, facing the Pittsburgh Steelers.
From RotoBaller
Baltimore Ravens running back Derrick Henry tallied just 67 yards on 14 attempts during their victory over the New York Giants. He did not see a target in the passing game. This was a surprisingly poor showing for the veteran running back, who averaged 108.2 rushing yards per game entering this contest. The Ravens were doing all of their damage through the air which took some of the workload off Henry as Jackson tallied 290 passing yards. The Ravens also played with a sizeable lead throughout the second half, which allowed them to turn to Rasheen Ali to run out the clock. Despite the quiet output, fantasy managers should still view the 30-year-old as a top-12 option in all matchups throughout the remainder of the season. Next weekend, he will face the Pittsburgh Steelers, who have allowed the 11th-fewest PPR points to opposing running backs this season.
From RotoBaller
Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Rashod Bateman caught three of his five targets for 80 yards and two touchdowns during their victory over the New York Giants. Bateman exploded in the second quarter, catching a 49-yard touchdown pass and a 20-yard touchdown pass. His second score of the quarter eventually ended up serving as the game-winner. Bateman's 80 total yards paced all other Baltimore pass catchers, and five targets tied him for the second-most on the team, only behind Zay Flowers. This was a nice breakout showing for Bateman as he did not catch a pass in their previous game in Week 13 and has caught only four total passes since Week 11 coming into today's game. Bateman will look to stay hot facing a tough Pittsburgh Steelers secondary next weekend.
From RotoBaller
New York Giants tight end Daniel Bellinger turned in a steady performance in Sunday's 35-14 loss to the Baltimore Ravens. Playing in his second game as the starting tight end following Theo Johnson's season-ending injury, Bellinger caught all three of his targets for 35 yards, including a 17-yard reception, and averaged 11.7 yards per catch. While his contributions were efficient, he was not a major factor in the red zone and did not record a touchdown. Bellinger finished the game with five fantasy points, providing a reliable but limited role in the Giants' struggling offense.
From RotoBaller
Cincinnati Bengals running back Chase Brown ran for 97 yards off 25 carries while adding three catches for 16 yards in Sunday's victory over the Titans. He also scored two touchdowns. Without question, Brown continues to get it done for fantasy managers, finding the end zone at least once in nine of his previous 11 appearances. He'll look to keep it going in the Week 16 AFC North clash with the Browns, with Brown going for only 44 yards off 15 touches when Cincinnati made the trip to Cleveland back in October.
From RotoBaller
Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson posted an impressive five-touchdown performance during their blowout victory over the New York Giants. Jackson went 21-for-25 with 290 yards through the air and added 65 yards on six rushing attempts. Jackson's first score of the game came on a 13-yard strike to tight end Mark Andrews. In the second quarter, he found receiver Rashod Bateman twice, once on a 49-yard score and the other on a 20-yard pass. Then in the second half, Jackson threw his fourth and fifth scores of the game to receiver Devontez Walker and running back Justice Hill, respectively. This was his second time this season scoring at least five touchdowns in a single game. Fantasy managers should continue to view Jackson as a top-three option in all matchups for the remainder of the season. Next weekend, he has a tougher task ahead of him against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
From RotoBaller
Cincinnati Bengals tight end Mike Gesicki had three catches for 37 yards in Sunday's win over the Titans. The 29-year-old had three receptions for 24 yards in the Monday night victory over the Dallas Cowboys. While he played better in this one, it still wasn't good enough, especially for those in the hunt for a fantasy football championship. With his last trip to the end zone last occurring against the Raiders in early November, Gesicki will be tough to trust in the Week 16 AFC North clash with the Browns.
From RotoBaller
Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa completed 29 of 40 passes for 196 yards, one touchdown, and three interceptions in their 20-12 loss to the Houston Texans. With a great matchup, Tagovailoa could not capitalize and cost his team with the three turnovers. The 196 passing yards and only one passing touchdown mark his lowest since Week 2 when he had to exit early against the Buffalo Bills. Before Week 15, the 26-year-old was playing some of the best football of his career and was at the top in several major quarterback stats the last several weeks. Miami's playoff hopes are little to none after the crushing loss, which brings head coach Mike McDaniels's record to 3-15 against teams with a winning record. He and the Miami offense will look to rebound in Week 16 when the San Francisco 49ers come to town.
From RotoBaller
Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid said that quarterback Patrick Mahomes (ankle) is experiencing soreness following Sunday's Week 15 win over the Cleveland Browns. The good news, however, is that Mahomes did not fracture any bones. The superstar quarterback suffered the injury while being tackled during the second half. He was replaced by Carson Wentz and did not return to the contest. In the win, Mahomes completed just 19 of 38 pass attempts (50 percent) for 159 yards, two touchdowns, and zero interceptions. He also rushed for 14 yards. Fantasy managers should stay tuned for additional updates from the Chiefs over the next week, starting with Tuesday's injury report. Mahomes has less than one week to get healthy before Kansas City takes on the Houston Texans next Saturday.
From RotoBaller
Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins had five catches for 88 yards in Sunday's much-needed win over the Titans. He also scored, finding the end zone off of a 38-yard throw from Joe Burrow in the second quarter. The wideout was quiet in the Monday night win over the Cowboys. Fortunately, especially for those competing for a fantasy football title, he had a quality outing. With Cincinnati still in the hunt for a postseason berth, Higgins and the Bengals will host the Browns in Week 16, with the 25-year-old amassing four grabs for 82 yards and a touchdown when these teams met in October.
From RotoBaller
New York Giants wide receiver Wan'Dale Robinson had a quiet performance in Sunday's 35-14 loss to the Baltimore Ravens. Robinson caught four of his nine targets for 38 yards, with his 25-yard grab standing out as the team's longest reception of the game. He finished second on the team in receptions and yards, behind Malik Nabers, who tallied 10 catches for 82 yards and a touchdown. While Robinson's involvement in the passing game was steady, his lack of scoring and limited yardage capped his impact, resulting in just 5.8 fantasy points in the loss.
From RotoBaller
New York Giants rookie wide receiver Malik Nabers was a bright spot in Sunday's 35-14 loss to the Baltimore Ravens, showcasing his talent despite the team's struggles. Nabers hauled in 10 of 14 targets for 82 yards and a touchdown, including a 23-yard reception, averaging 8.2 yards per catch. Even with Tim Boyle, the fourth quarterback to play for the Giants this season, taking over in the second half, Nabers maintained his outstanding form and was a reliable target throughout the game. His ability to produce in a challenging offensive environment underlined his growing importance to the Giants' passing attack, and he finished the day with an impressive 19.2 fantasy points.
From RotoBaller
Washington Commanders wide receiver Dyami Brown brought in three of his four targets for 30 yards during their victory over the New Orleans Saints. With Noah Brown (kidney) on the IR, Brown saw increased opportunities this weekend and was able to make the most of them. He tied for the second-highest in targets alongside Olamide Zaccheaus and finished with the third-most receiving yards. Tight end Zach Ertz (concussion) also left the game early, which opened up even more opportunities for Brown. Fantasy managers should continue monitoring Brown's usage next weekend as he could be a viable desperation flex play during the final weeks of the season given the current state of the Washington wide receiver room outside of Terry McLaurin. He has a great matchup facing the Eagles, who have allowed the seventh-most PPR points to opposing wideouts, which could set him up for a breakout showing.
From RotoBaller
Houston Texans tight end Dalton Schultz was targeted four times Sunday against Miami, but finished with just two catches for 13 yards in a 20-13 victory. It was the tight end's second-lowest output of the season after being held to 11 receiving yards against Minnesota in Week 3. In this one, however, every other Texans skill player was in the same boat as Schultz, as the team gained only 181 total yards. The veteran tight end has now finished in the top 10 at his position once in 14 weeks. He and the Texans will look for a more productive day at Kansas City in Week 16.
