David Montgomery Dec 14 7:50am CT
    David Montgomery

Detroit Lions running back David Montgomery has scored a rushing touchdown in four of his last five games and look for him to continue that streak in Week 15 in a home matchup against the Buffalo Bills. Splitting time with Jahmyr Gibbs in the backfield, Montgomery is a big threat to score each week even though he hasn't racked up 100-yard rushing games. The bruising running back has one game this season of more than 100 rushing yards but has 12 rushing touchdowns. He is coming off a game against Green Bay in which he caught a season-high five passes. More involvement in the passing game plus his likelihood to score makes him a solid play for fantasy playoff matchups. The Bills give up the third most fantasy points to opposing running backs so look for the Lions to lean on the ground game in this key matchup.

Jake Ferguson Dec 14 7:40am CT
    Jake Ferguson

Dallas Cowboys tight end Jake Ferguson still has not found the end zone in the 2024 campaign. With that being said, he is still the second option in the passing game behind CeeDee Lamb (shoulder) and is set to take on Carolina's 32nd-ranked defense against opposing tight ends. Ferguson has a low floor but also a potentially high ceiling this week as he continues to search for his first touchdown of the 2024 campaign. With how shallow the tight end position is, he can be started.

    From RotoBaller

Jared Goff Dec 14 7:40am CT
    Jared Goff

Detroit Lions quarterback Jared Goff faces a difficult matchup with the Buffalo Bills in Week 15. The Bills have allowed the fourth fewest points to opposing fantasy quarterbacks this season. Goff is coming off a three-touchdown performance in the Lions' win over the Green Bay Packers but could find the going more difficult this week even though he is indoors at Ford Field. In his past six contests, Goff has two games with more than two passing touchdowns and three games with more than 250 passing yards. The signal caller will look to build off of momentum from his last game against the Packers as the 12-1 Lions host the 10-3 Bills. Look for the Lions to attack Buffalo on the ground with the duo of David Montgomery and Jahmyr Gibbs. Goff could surprise in a key matchup but will slot in as a mid-ranked quarterback in Week 15.

Brandon Aubrey Dec 14 7:40am CT
    Brandon Aubrey

Dallas Cowboys kicker Brandon Aubrey was perfect again last week in the narrow loss to Cincinnati, drilling 2-of-2 field goal attempts and 2-of-2 extra point attempts. He draws a good matchup this week against the Carolina Panthers, who have allowed the fifth-most fantasy points to opposing kickers in 2024. Even with how inefficient the offense has been with Cooper Rush under center, Dallas is bound to score some points in Week 15. Aubrey is a safe option against Carolina.

    From RotoBaller

Eric Kendricks Dec 14 7:40am CT
    Eric Kendricks

The Dallas Cowboys defense has looked a bit more like the 2023 version of themselves over the past few weeks, but this unit is still prone to giving up big plays. They draw a surging Carolina Panthers team with an improving quarterback in Bryce Young in Week 15. After surrendering 27 points and 433 yards to Cincinnati in Week 14, linebacker DeMarvion Overshown (knee) and safety Juanyeh Thomas (knee) are already ruled out with linebacker Eric Kendricks (shoulder), cornerback Trevon Diggs (knee), special-teamer C.J. Goodwin (hamstring) and cornerback Jourdan Lewis (hamstring) all listed as questionable. The defense has a high ceiling and a low floor in Week 15 in a game where Carolina is favored for the first time in over two years. Play them at your own risk.

    From RotoBaller

Rico Dowdle Dec 14 7:30am CT
    Rico Dowdle

Dallas Cowboys running back Rico Dowdle (knee) fully practiced all week but was on the injury report as a full participant. He will enter Week 15's matchup with the Carolina Panthers with no injury designation. Carolina has allowed the most points to the running back position this season, making Dowdle an RB1 option coming off of back-to-back 100-yard rushing performances. Fantasy managers should not hesitate to plug him into lineups this week.

    From RotoBaller

Brandin Cooks Dec 14 7:30am CT
    Brandin Cooks

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Brandin Cooks is not in consideration to slot into starting lineups this week with all weapons looking healthy for the team. CeeDee Lamb (shoulder) and Jake Ferguson are both good to go, making Cooks the third option in a low-ceiling passing attack despite a decent matchup with Carolina's secondary. The veteran is a touchdown-dependent option and he has scored a touchdown in each of the last two games. Given that, he does not have a high ceiling as he has recorded just 19 yards over the last two games.

    From RotoBaller

Cooper Rush Dec 14 7:20am CT
    Cooper Rush

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Cooper Rush is coming off of a shaky performance against Cincinnati. The career backup is in low QB2 range this week against a Carolina Panthers' defense that has slowly improved since an atrocious start to the season. Even so, it is still one of the league's worst defensive units. With that being said, Rush showed last week that he cannot be trusted even in the softest of matchups. With a further beaten up offensive line, Rush should not be started this week.

    From RotoBaller

Jordan Love Dec 14 7:10am CT
    Jordan Love

The Seattle Seahawks D/ST has enjoyed a nice run since they came out of their Week 10 bye. The unit has been a starting-caliber D/ST for four straight games. However, that could all change in Week 15 when the team hosts the Green Bay Packers. The Seahawks' kryptonite all season has been stopping the run. They have been significantly better since their bye, but the Packers have one of the best running games in the league. The Packers offense as a whole is excellent having scored 30 or more points in three straight games. As such, the Seahawks D/ST has a tall task ahead. If they can shut down the run, then they might be able to force quarterback Jordan Love into a couple of mistakes that could boost their value. Even so, that is a serious risk to take during the fantasy playoffs. You'll likely be able to find a better streaming option this week.

    From RotoBaller

Noah Fant Dec 14 5:20am CT
    Noah Fant

Seattle Seahawks tight end Noah Fant is not in a position to help your team in Week 15. The Seahawks will host the Green Bay Packers on Sunday Night Football. While the Packers are No. 25 against opposing tight ends in fantasy, Fant does not see consistent enough volume to merit serious fantasy consideration. With no bye weeks left this season, there are plenty of tight ends that should be able to at least deliver Fant's typical six fantasy points. Fant is important as a chain mover for Seattle's offense. However, that success does not translate to fantasy football. Although he did miss three games this season, Fant is still the TE31. That is not a number that inspires much confidence for a position where you only start one player. Leave Fant to waivers and look for more upside in your tight end spot this week.

    From RotoBaller

Geno Smith Dec 14 5:10am CT
    Geno Smith

Seattle Seahawks quarterback Geno Smith checks in as a QB2 in Week 15. The Seahawks will host the Green Bay Packers this week who have been tough against the pass all season. Smith has enjoyed a nice year statistically. He has thrown for 3,474 yards while completing 69.5% of his passes. He has even cut down on interceptions lately having only thrown two in the past four games. His issue has been touchdowns. Smith has only thrown 14 touchdown passes this season. That does not project to improve against an excellent Packers secondary. The Seahawks have been far more balanced on offense lately. They have not asked Smith to throw the ball more than 34 times in a game since Week 6. Seattle's defense has played better which has allowed time for the offense to operate. The Seahawks are winning games as a result. With all the recent success, do not expect the Seahawks to change their strategy. Smith has a solid baseline of 12 to 13 fantasy points. However, his upside is severely limited, especially in a tough matchup.

    From RotoBaller

Jason Myers Dec 14 5:10am CT
    Jason Myers

Seattle Seahawks kicker Jason Myers has found a lot of recent success. He has scored double-digit fantasy points in three of his last four games. Myers has not missed a field goal since Week 5, which has allowed him to avoid incurring negative points. The Seahawks will face a solid defense in the Green Bay Packers in Week 15. The Packers could make it difficult for the Seahawks to get into scoring positions, but the Seahawks defense has succeeded in giving them a lot of short fields lately. The offensive efficiency has been solid since the team's Week 10 bye so Myers should at least be in a position to kick field goals. With his accuracy and big leg, Myers has an excellent chance to reach 10 fantasy points in Week 15. 10 points from your kicker is a significant boost during the fantasy playoffs. As such, if you need potential upside, Myers is a solid kicker streamer this week.

    From RotoBaller

Tyler Lockett Dec 14 5:10am CT
    Tyler Lockett

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Tyler Lockett is the forgotten man in the offense. With Jaxon Smith-Njigba breaking out and DK Metcalf (shoulder) healthy, Lockett is an afterthought. Lockett was blanked on the box score in Week 14 and very well could be again in Week 15. The Seahawks host the No. 9 defense against opposing wide receivers in fantasy when the Green Bay Packers come to town in Week 15. Lockett has not garnered more than four targets in a game since Week 7. The Seahawks have consolidated targets among the running backs and the aforementioned top two wide receivers. The tactic is working as the team now sits atop the NFC West with a one-game lead. Lockett should now be on waivers for your fantasy playoff run. He is not worth taking the roster spot of a player who could help your team. As long as Lockett's volume remains this low, he will not be a fantasy option.

    From RotoBaller

Foster Moreau Dec 14 4:40am CT
    Foster Moreau

New Orleans Saints tight end Foster Moreau has not been a fantasy asset so far this season and that trend will continue into Week 15. Moreau's receiving production is so light that he has hit double-digit PPR points in just one game this season despite scoring a touchdown in three separate games. The fact that New Orleans' wide receivers have been banged up for most of the season and Taysom Hill (knee) suffered a season-ending injury in Week 13 has little bearing on Moreau's utility in fantasy. Moreau is primarily used as a blocker and he has not seen more than four targets in a game this season or a red zone target since Week 10. Furthermore, quarterback Derek Carr (concussion, hand) is listed as doubtful, giving Jake Haener the chance to make his first NFL start. Moreau has flashed his hands on chunk plays here and there in 2024 but is not consistent enough to plug into lineups with confidence. He is an easy fade as the fantasy playoffs begin.

    From RotoBaller

Blake Grupe Dec 14 4:40am CT
    Blake Grupe

New Orleans Saints kicker Blake Grupe converted both of his extra point attempts in Week 14 but he missed both of his field goal tries. It is worth noting that the misses were both from over 50 yards out. The first, a 53-yarder, had the distance but veered left of the uprights. The second was a 60-yard try at the end of the first half that was blocked by the Giants. Before those whiffs, Grupe had been a perfect 5-for-5 from 50 or more yards out. Grupe is a tough sell for fantasy football purposes in Week 15. The Saints will next face the Washington Commanders, who have seen the fourth-fewest field goal attempts in the league and are tied for the third-lowest fantasy points per game allowed to opposing kickers. On top of that, the Saints offense as a whole will be downgraded with quarterback Jake Haener drawing the start in light of regular starter Derek Carr's (concussion, hand) injuries. Fantasy managers can and should find a more bankable option for the first round of the fantasy playoffs.

    From RotoBaller

    Jaxon Smith-Njigba Dec 14 4:40am CT
    Jaxon Smith-Njigba

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba will play the No. 9 defense against opposing wide receivers when the Seahawks host the Green Bay Packers on Sunday Night Football. Smith-Njigba has delivered as a high-end WR2 to low-end WR1 of late. He currently sits as the WR6 in fantasy with four games to go. Smith-Njigba is being anchored by target volume. He is consistently leading or coming in second on the team in targets each week. He has squarely taken over wide receiver Tyler Lockett's role in the offense. He has even been more productive than DK Metcalf (shoulder) over the last few weeks. With Seattle providing a balanced offensive attack, the passing game has become far more efficient. Although Smith-Njigba is not scoring many touchdowns, he should earn plenty of receptions and yards in this game. Keep him confidently in your lineup.

    From RotoBaller

    D.K. Metcalf Dec 14 4:40am CT
    D.K. Metcalf

Seattle Seahawks wide receiver DK Metcalf (shoulder) has struggled to produce for fantasy lately. His outlook may not improve in Week 15 when the Seahawks host the Green Bay Packers on Sunday night. The Packers are No. 9 against opposing wide receivers in fantasy football and Metcalf has struggled to find room to operate downfield since he returned from a sprained MCL in Week 11. Additionally, Metcalf has not always been quarterback Geno Smith's No. 1 target this season. With Jaxon Smith-Njigba emerging as an elite option, Smith is spreading the ball around more. Lastly, Metcalf's red zone targets are down this season. After earning 1.5 red zone targets per game in 2023, Metcalf has cut that number in half to 0.73 red zone targets per game this season. That number has significantly diminished his touchdown opportunities despite his yardage and reception totals being comparable to previous seasons. Metcalf is more of low-end WR2 until he can prove reliable as a high-end option once again. However, time is running out during this fantasy football season.

    From RotoBaller

Zach Charbonnet Dec 14 4:40am CT
    Zach Charbonnet

Seattle Seahawks running back Zach Charbonnet could deliver another top 10 week with starter Kenneth Walker III (calf) doubtful this week. Charbonnet has now seen extended duty due to Walker's injuries on three occasions this season. He has averaged 27.3 PPR fantasy points in those games. His most recent big performance came in Week 14 against the Arizona Cardinals. The most encouraging part about that game was that Charbonnet was efficient as a runner and heavily involved as a receiver. His prior games in relief of Walker were buoyed by excellent pass-catching and touchdowns despite poor rushing efficiency. If Walker can keep up the efficiency in Week 15 against the Green Bay Packers, then the sky is the limit. Green Bay is No. 21 against opposing running backs in fantasy. Charbonnet is all but guaranteed an excellent passing game role so he has a chance to do a lot of damage on the ground as well. Charbonnet could be exactly what your fantasy team needs to get through the first-round of the playoffs.

    From RotoBaller

Kendre Miller Dec 14 4:30am CT
    Kendre Miller

New Orleans Saints running back Kendre Miller scored a rough-and-tumble touchdown in his return from injured reserve in Week 14. Miller out-touched Jamaal Williams 10-to-5 backing up Alvin Kamara (illness) and saw a 17-to-5 advantage in their snap counts, as well. Kamara logged consecutive DNPs to start Week 15 which allowed Miller to see more reps in practice. Kamara recovered well enough to practice in full on Friday and is off the team's injury report, relegating Miller to his expected backup role and limiting his fantasy value. There is a chance that the 5-8 Saints pull back on their blistering use of Kamara and give Miller more work but the offense as a whole is a downgrade with quarterback Jake Haener pulling a start in lieu of the ailing Derek Carr (concussion, hand). Miller is a solid bench stash but he should not be in starting lineups for the first round of the fantasy playoffs.

    From RotoBaller

    Marquez Valdes-Scantling Dec 14 4:30am CT
    Marquez Valdes-Scantling

New Orleans Saints wide receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling's recent run of fantasy relevance appears to be over. Over the Saints' three games from Week 10 to Week 13 (bye Week 12), he compiled 232 receiving yards and four touchdowns on just seven receptions. The party came to an end in Week 14, though. Not only was MVS held out of the end zone, but his quarterback, Derek Carr (concussion, hand), left the game due to injury and will cede the Week 15 start against the Commanders to Jake Haener. Haener has appeared in seven games this season, going a combined 14-for-29 for 177 yards, one touchdown, and no interceptions. With Chris Olave (concussion) and Rashid Shaheed (knee) still on IR and Bub Means (ankle) declared out, Valdes-Scantling is still the de facto WR1 for the Saints. However, with the inexperienced Haener under center, MVS should be kept out of lineups for the first round of the fantasy playoffs.
