New England Patriots safety Kyle Dugger (ankle) is listed as questionable to play against the visiting Indianapolis Colts on Sunday in Week 13. In addition to Dugger, safety Jabrill Peppers (knee), linebackers Christian Elliss (knee), Anfernee Jennings (knee) and Sione Takitaki (knee), and defensive tackle Jaquelin Roy (neck) are questionable for the Pats defense. The 28-year-old Dugger has played through limited tags each of the last two weeks, so barring a setback on Saturday, he should be active on Sunday for New England's secondary. Dugger has only played in eight games so far in 2024 due to injury and has compiled 44 tackles (30 solo), one sack, five tackles for loss, three pass breakups and a forced fumble. At best, he'll be a low-end starting option at defensive back for those in IDP fantasy formats.

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeVonta Smith (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Baltimore Ravens, according to Jonathan Jones of CBS. Fantasy managers should continue to pay close attention to his status throughout the weekend, as he could be a game-time decision. Smith sat out last weekend with this injury and opened the week as a non-participant in practice. He was then able to upgrade to a limited participant on Thursday and Friday. Throughout the season, Smith has shown flashes of his elite upside but has struggled to produce consistently. If he can play this weekend, fantasy managers should view him as a WR2 with upside facing a weak Baltimore secondary that has allowed the most PPR points to opposing wideouts this season. If he cannot play, A.J. Brown and Dallas Goedert could see a significant uptick in targets.
From RotoBaller
New England Patriots wide receiver DeMario Douglas (ankle) has been listed as questionable to play this Sunday against the visiting Indianapolis Colts in Week 13. Douglas was limited in practice this week and is now up in the air to play this weekend. If the 23-year-old is ruled out, it would be a serious downgrade for New England's offense, as he's been one of quarterback Drake Maye's favorite target through the air. Douglas entered Week 13 leading the team's receiving corps in receptions (48), receiving yards (477) and targets (66) while scoring one touchdown in 12 games in his second season in the NFL. Because of his injury, Douglas becomes more of a shaky WR4/5 option for fantasy managers this weekend. If he's unable to get the green light to play on Sunday morning, Kendrick Bourne and Kayshon Boutte will likely be the top receivers, with tight ends Hunter Henry and Austin Hooper also seeing more work.
From RotoBaller
Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeVonta Smith (hamstring) practiced for the second straight day on Friday, but he said after practice that he's unsure if he will be able to play on Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 13. Smith said the final decision on whether he'll play isn't up to him, but if it were, he said, "I still don't know." The 26-year-old missed practice all of last week and sat out the Sunday night win over the Los Angeles Rams. Then he missed Wednesday's practice before being limited on Thursday. Smith appears to be making progress, but he's likely to be listed as questionable on Friday's final injury report, and he could end up being a game-time decision. That will make the decision to sit or start Smith more difficult for fantasy managers in Week 13 with Philly's game coming in the later window on Sunday. If Smith misses another game, Jahan Dotson will operate as the WR2 for the Eagles.
From RotoBaller
Los Angeles Chargers running back J.K. Dobbins (knee) has officially been ruled out for Week 13's contest against the hosting Atlanta Falcons on Sunday after he was unable to practice all week. Dobbins sprained his left MCL in the Monday night loss to the Baltimore Ravens, so it's not a surprise that he won't be available this weekend. Depending on how he recovers, fantasy managers could be without LA's lead back again next week when the Chargers head on the road to Kansas City to take on the division-rival Chiefs for the second time this year. The Bolts will likely play it safe with Dobbins, considering his lengthy injury history. With Dobbins out this Sunday, Gus Edwards should lead the LA backfield in touches, with rookie Kimani Vidal and Hassan Haskins battling for change-of-pace work. Fantasy managers should view Edwards as a touchdown-dependent RB3/flex this week.
From RotoBaller
The Houston Texans defense/special teams is in the middle of the pack when it comes to points allowed, but they have been among the most disruptive which could mean another productive fantasy day in Week 13 against Jacksonville. In their past three games, the Texans have forced 10 turnovers, compiled 13 sacks, and scored two touchdowns, making them a force in fantasy lineups. The potential return of Jags quarterback Trevor Lawrence (shoulder) would be a major upgrade for their offense, but Jacksonville still ranks 27th in scoring percentage and has turned over the ball on 13% of its possessions. Houston is a starting option in this matchup.
From RotoBaller
Tampa Bay Buccaneers left tackle Tristan Wirfs (knee, foot) is currently listed as questionable ahead of the Week 13 matchup against the Carolina Panthers. Wirfs sat out of last week's win over the New York Giants. He continues to be limited in practice which gives him a questionable tag ahead of Sunday's game. Wirfs is an All-Pro tackle and is extremely important to this offensive unit. His presence is important for both the run game and for the protection of quarterback Baker Mayfield. His absence would likely mean Justin Skule gets the start at left tackle given he's listed as the second string on the depth chart.
From RotoBaller
Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeVonta Smith (hamstring) was seen on the field during Friday's practice. Smith sat out of practice to start the week, but has been back on the field for the last two days. Smith sat out last week's win over the Los Angeles Rams, but appears to be heading in the right direction now. The expectation is that Smith will likely be considered questionable heading into the Week 13 matchup against the Baltimore Ravens. When healthy, Smith has been solid this season, so fantasy managers should get him back in their lineups if he's able to play.
From RotoBaller
Kansas City Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco (leg) is officially back ahead of Friday's Week 13 matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders. Pacheco is back on the field for the first time since Week 2. It was uncertain coming into this game if Pacheco would be limited or not considering he hasn't played in months. The Chiefs have said that Pacheco will be a full-go for Friday's game. Fantasy managers should feel good about getting Pacheco back in their lineups for this favorable matchup. Kareem Hunt will see his value take a hit with Hunt back in the mix. It remains to be seen how much Hunt will be involved going forward.
From RotoBaller
Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Darnell Mooney (hamstring) is good to go ahead of the Week 13 matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers. Mooney suffered a hamstring injury during last week's loss to the Denver Broncos. As a result, Mooney was limited in practice on Wednesday, but has now been cleared to play in Week 13. Prior to last week, Mooney had posted three straight 80-plus receiving yard games. The Chargers secondary has been solid this season which should push Mooney into WR3 territory for Week 13.
From RotoBaller
New York Jets running back Breece Hall (knee) is hopeful to get on the field for the Week 13 matchup against the Seattle Seahawks. Hall missed Wednesday's practice but was able to get back on field during Thursday's session. Interim head coach Jeff Ulbrich said Hall is trending in the right direction ahead of this weekend's game. Hall tweaked his knee in Week 11 and has been experiencing soreness during the team's Week 12 bye. Braelon Allen figures to take over as the lead back if Hall is unable to play. Allen should be rostered in 12-team formats ahead of this Week 13 matchup.
From RotoBaller
Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Drake London (hip) is ready to go ahead of the Week 13 matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers. London landed on the injury report on Thursday due to what appears to be a minor hip issue. Despite that, head coach Raheem Morris has cleared London ahead of this weekend. London has 11 receptions for 158 yards over his last two games. Fantasy managers should feel safe plugging him back into lineups this weekend. However, London could have some issues against a tough Chargers secondary.
From RotoBaller
Indianapolis Colts head coach Shane Steichen said that wide receivers Josh Downs (shoulder) and Aston Dulin (ankle) have officially been ruled out for Sunday's tilt versus the New England Patriots in Week 13. After injuring his shoulder in the Week 12 loss to the Detroit Lions, Downs was fighting an uphill battle to play this week against the Patriots, and now he's officially out. Fantasy managers will obviously want him on their benches in Week 13. A bye in Week 14 will hopefully give Downs all the rest he needs to be good to go in Week 15 to face the Denver Broncos. Michael Pittman Jr., Alec Pierce (foot) and rookie Adonai Mitchell figure to be Indy's top three receivers this Sunday with Downs sidelined. The 23-year-old Downs has become one of the team's most dynamic receiving weapons in 2024 in his second season, catching 53 of his 78 targets for 594 yards and four touchdowns in 10 games.
From RotoBaller
Las Vegas Raiders tight end Harrison Bryant (ankle) was removed from the team's final Week 13 injury report on Thursday, but he will be a healthy scratch for Friday's divisional matchup against the hosting Kansas City Chiefs. Bryant sat out of the last two games due to his ankle injury and will now miss a third straight contest, although it appears he's put his ankle injury in the rearview mirror. The 26-year-old is the third QB in Vegas behind both Brock Bowers and Michael Mayer, so he's well off the fantasy radar now that Mayer is back with the team. In his first year with the Raiders in 2024, Bryant has barely been involved in the eight games he's been active for, catching nine of his 12 targets for 86 yards and no touchdowns.
From RotoBaller
Las Vegas Raiders running back Alexander Mattison (ankle) has officially been ruled out for the team's Week 13 game against the division-rival Kansas City Chiefs on Black Friday. Mattison missed last week's loss to the division-rival Denver Broncos and came into Friday's contest as questionable, but he'll now miss his second straight game. With Zamir White (quadriceps) also missing a second straight game, Ameer Abdullah is in line to make a second straight start, with Sincere McCormick and rookie Dylan Laube backing him up. For volume alone, Abdullah enters the RB3/flex mix in fantasy yet again, but the matchup isn't a great one. The Chiefs defense has allowed the fewest half-PPR points to opposing RBs this year. Abdullah wasn't exactly impressive in his start last week against a similarly tough Broncos defense, rushing for 28 yards on eight carries, although he did find the end zone through the air.

Thomas Brown, who was promoted to offensive coordinator just over two weeks ago, will take over as the Chicago Bears' interim head coach after they fired Matt Eberflus on Friday. The Bears made the move to relieve Eberflus of his head-coaching duties after the Bears lost to the division-rival Detroit Lions by a score of 23-20 for their sixth straight loss. It's the first time in Bears franchise history that they have fired a coach in the middle of a season. Since the Bears fired offensive coordinator Shane Waldron and inserted Brown as the offensive coordinator, Chicago's offense, led by rookie first overall pick Caleb Williams, has improved. However, Eberflus' defensive unit has deteriorated, leading to his firing. Brown could be a candidate for the full-time job in Chicago if the team performs well down the stretch, but it also wouldn't be a surprise for the Bears to bring in a whole new coaching staff for 2025.
From RotoBaller
The Atlanta Falcons signed free-agent kicker Riley Patterson to their practice squad on Friday and released safety Dane Cruikshank in a corresponding move. The move comes with regular kicker Younghoe Koo (hip) up in the air to play in Week 13 against the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday due to a right-hip injury. If the Falcon end up adding Patterson to their 53-man active roster on Saturday, that will be the most telling sign that Koo won't be able to kick this weekend. The 25-year-old Patterson kicked in just one game so far this year with the New York Jets, making all three of his extra-point tries. He did not attempt a field goal. Fantasy managers with Koo in their starting lineups may want to think about a backup plan in case he's unable to suit up against the Chargers. Patterson is a career 88.1% field-goal kicker on 67 attempts over four NFL seasons.
From RotoBaller
Miami Dolphins running back Raheem Mostert carried the ball five times for 19 yards and caught two of three targets for 15 yards in their 30-17 loss to the Green Bay Packers. Before the Thanksgiving game, it had appeared Jaylen Wright took over the backup running back role from Mostert and had been receiving more carries recently. Thursday's game script was not friendly for the rushing attack, with Miami down 24-3 going into halftime. At this point of the season, Mostert is unstartable and should be left on the bench with how inconsistently he's getting touches. Mostert gets a tough matchup next week when the New York Jets come to town.

Buffalo Bills head coach Sean McDermott said on WGR550 on Friday that linebacker Matt Milano (biceps) will be questionable to play in Week 13 against the visiting San Francisco 49ers on Sunday night. The Bills have until Saturday at 4 pm ET to activate Milano from Injured Reserve if they feel he's healthy enough to play this weekend. The Bills are taking it day to day with Milano, who has yet to play in 2024. The 30-year-old linebacker was able to practice in full on both Wednesday and Thursday, so he's certainly trending in the right direction after Buffalo opened his 21-day practice window to return from IR back on Nov. 13. Given how much time Milano has missed, it wouldn't be a surprise to see him on some sort of snap count if he's active on Sunday night. The former fifth-rounder in 2017 out of Boston College was an All-Pro in 2022, so he could provide a big boost to the Bills' defense down the stretch.
From RotoBaller
Miami Dolphins tight end Jonnu Smith caught 10 of 11 targets for 113 yards in their 30-17 loss to the Green Bay Packers. Smith continues to draw plenty of opportunities early and often from Tua Tagovailoa. He led the team in targets, receptions, and yards in Thursday's loss. The 29-year-old looks like a solidified TE1 and has returned significant value to fantasy managers who grabbed him off the waiver wire. Smith now ranks as the TE3 overall, behind only Brock Bowers and George Kittle. Next week, he will get a matchup at home against the New York Jets, who have struggled mightily against tight ends.
