Let's start with your statement: "Pitts is better than what you have". Negative! He has the lowest point total of any of your tight ends. Likely is only 8 points behind, but he was only a part-time player. Downs doesn't surpass Flowers, Jennings, or Godwin (and he only played in about 6 games). So, no, the players you traded for are not even close to the players you have on your team.
Second, do more research. The 7th pick is very valuable, as Breeced wouldn't want to include it even to secure the first overall pick, which should tell you something. There are at least five running backs and five wide receivers that rank highly on everyone's boards, as well as two tight ends who are NFL-ready. This means you could have acquired good young talent with the 7th pick wit much more promise than Pitts and Downs.
When trading with a powerhouse team like Breeced, you can’t just take his leftovers and give up more valuable players to him . For a trade to be successful, it has to "hurt" a little for him to part with great talent. That’s why he wasn’t offering me anything substantial for the first overall pick. He wants the MUCH better end of the deal rather than close to fair or even a little heavy on your side
You could have acquired two much better players for that 7 spot instead of what you received (and I proved they are not that good based on the numbers).
The main point is to conduct more research; this draft is quite comprehensive, even more so than just seven picks. Additionally, unlike FSU8, stop supplying great talent to an already dominant powerhouse with no end in sight.
So, you're going to be dumping guys you cant keep for even lesser draft picks. Every team should have you on their radar, since we all know now that you can be easily fleeced.
