BOX SCORE SCOREBOARD

Seattle's Cal Raleigh and Dylan Moore hit run-scoring doubles in the eighth inning as the Mariners' bats got going late for a 4-3 victory against the host Baltimore Orioles on Saturday night.

The Mariners didn't have a hit until the sixth inning but they finished with seven, including two apiece for Julio Rodriguez and Moore.

Baltimore's Grayson Rodriguez pitched six innings in his first game back from the injured list with right shoulder inflammation, but his start went to waste when the Mariners struck for two runs as soon as he was out of the game.

Grayson Rodriguez surrendered only Julio Rodriguez's infield single in the sixth. He struck out Mitch Garver with runners on the corners to end his stint.

Ryne Stanek (2-0) picked up the victory with two-thirds innings of relief, and Andres Munoz gave up Gunnar Henderson's solo home run with two outs in the ninth on the way to his eighth save.

Mariners starter Luis Castillo settled in and worked six innings. He was charged with two runs on four hits. He walked four and struck out two.

Yennier Cano (2-2) took the loss, giving up two runs on two hits in 1/3 of an inning. Henderson's homer was his 14th, tops in the majors.

The game began following a weather-related delay of just under three hours.

Manager Brandon Hyde said prior to the game that Grayson Rodriguez would be on a short leash coming off the injury, but the right-hander made a case for more mound time because of his efficiency. He got through the fifth inning on 57 pitches.

Grayson Rodriguez, who hadn't pitched since blanking the New York Yankees across 5 2/3 innings April 29, struck out seven and walked three in matching his second-longest outing of the season.

With Rodriguez done, the Mariners went to work to begin the seventh against reliever Danny Coulombe. He gave up Luke Raley's single, Dylan Moore's double and pinch hitter Mitch Haniger's RBI groundout. Albert Suarez entered and surrendered Ty France's game-tying double.

In the eighth, Julio Rodriguez reached on another infield single and scored on Raleigh's double. With two outs, Moore drove in Raleigh for the 4-2 lead.

The Orioles struck first in the second inning with Jordan Westburg tripling and scoring on Austin Hays' sacrifice fly.

Jorge Mateo, who had two of the Orioles' six hits, led off the Baltimore third with a double and scored on Ryan O'Hearn's single. The Orioles loaded the bases with two outs in the inning but didn't convert again.
