Malik Monk Mon Nov 11 3:00pm

Sacramento Kings guard Malik Monk (ankle) has been ruled out for Monday night's contest against the San Antonio Spurs. The sixth man is dealing with a sprained ankle and won't be suiting up for the first time this season. Keon Ellis should see some more minutes off of the bench while Doug McDermott could see some more opportunities for the offensive side of the ball. Ellis would be the better streaming option if defensive stats are needed.

Anthony Davis Mon Nov 11 3:00pm

Los Angeles Lakers center Anthony Davis (eye) took a hit to the eye from Jakob Poeltl on Sunday night. ESPN's Dave McMenamin says that the superstar big man was experiencing swelling in his eye and he will have his eye examined as a precautionary measure on Monday. Right now, it seems like Davis could need to get some goggles or other eye wear, but fantasy managers will want to wait and see the results before moving to any backup plans.

    Dorian Finney-Smith Mon Nov 11 2:10pm

Brooklyn Nets forward Dorian Finney-Smith (ankle) was a later addition to the injury report when he popped up in the afternoon. The veteran is apparently dealing with an ankle sprain which he didn't seem to suffer during the team's back-to-back. With the later addition to the report, it appears more than likely that he'll miss a game. If that's the case, Ziaire Williams could be in line to get a starting spot while Jalen Wilson sees some extra playing time from the bench.

Trey Murphy III Mon Nov 11 2:00pm

New Orleans Pelicans guard/forward Trey Murphy III (hamstring) has officially been upgraded to available according to the team's X account. He'll make his season debut against the Brooklyn Nets after dealing with a hamstring issue that stemmed from the preseason. There hasn't been any word about a minute restriction, but it's likely that he won't be a 100%, full go right away. The Pelicans are dealing with a slew of injuries right now, so Murphy can start right away, but Jose Alvarado will continue to get big minutes while Brandon Boston Jr. might take the biggest hit fantasy-wise.

Malaki Branham Mon Nov 11 11:30am

San Antonio Spurs guard Malaki Branham (ankle) is considered questionable again on Monday for their game against the Sacramento Kings. The former first-round pick was unable to play in their last contest on Saturday due to the same ankle issue, so it's unclear if he'll be able to suit up or not. Tre Jones (ankle) remains sidelined as well, so if Branham can't give it a go, Stephon Castle and Devin Vassell will see some heavy minutes while Blake Wesley gets some opportunities too.

Jalen Smith Mon Nov 11 11:20am

Chicago Bulls forward/center Jalen Smith (illness) remains on the injury report as he deals with an illness and he's officially listed as questionable for the contest against the Cleveland Cavaliers. The 24-year-old was previously listed with a knee injury ahead of their game on Saturday and was able to play through it. The illness is a new issue appearing on the injury report, so this could come down to a game-time decision. If he's unable to play, Julian Phillips and Matas Buzelis may see some extra minutes from the bench while Patrick Williams could get some extended time too.

Zach LaVine Mon Nov 11 11:00am

Chicago Bulls guard Zach LaVine (adductor) is still dealing with a right adductor strain but he was able to return from a three-game absence on Saturday. Now, he's listed as probable to play again on Monday versus the undefeated Cleveland Cavaliers. The two-time All-Star played a full 31 minutes on Saturday so he shouldn't be limited on Monday either. The Cavaliers are the lone undefeated team in the NBA and boast the league's number-one offense, so LaVine and company will be forced to try and match their firepower.

Ausar Thompson Mon Nov 11 10:40am

Detroit Pistons forward Ausar Thompson (illness) had his rookie season cut short with a blood clot issue back in March and hasn't been able to play with the team since then. Now, as reported by Shams Charania, the dynamic wing has been cleared to return to the floor by the NBA's fitness-to-play panel. He'll likely take some more time to ramp up and get his conditioning back up to speed, but the Pistons will get back an important piece to their youth movement. Last year, he averaged 8.8 points, 6.4 rebounds, 1.9 assists, 1.1 steals, and 1.3 turnovers per game.

Chet Holmgren Mon Nov 11 10:20am

Oklahoma City Thunder forward/center Chet Holmgren (hip) suffered a hip injury in Sunday's game, which rendered him unable to come back and compete. According to Shams Charania, Holmgren will have to miss at least eight to 10 weeks with a right-iliac hip fracture. The timeframe of eight to 10 weeks is set just to give a return-to-play protocol, so he'll likely be out even longer than that. This unfortunate news comes when Holmgren and the Thunder are tied for the top seed in the West with an 8-2 record. He was averaging 16.4 points, 8.7 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 2.6 blocks, 1.4 threes, and 2.3 turnovers per game. With Isaiah Hartenstein (hand) still out and Jaylin Williams (hamstring) suffering a setback, Ousmane Dieng and Kenrich Williams (knee) are the only bigs on the depth chart.

LeBron James Mon Nov 11 12:30am

Lakers' F LeBron James recorded a triple-double, finishing with 19 points, 16 assists and 10 rebounds in a 123-103 win over the Raptors on Sunday, Nov. 10.

Nikola Jokic Mon Nov 11 12:30am

Denver Nuggets' C Nikola Jokic recorded a triple-double, finishing with 37 points, 15 assists and 18 rebounds in a 122-120 win over the Mavericks on Sunday, Nov. 10.

Kyrie Irving Mon Nov 11 12:30am

Dallas Mavericks' G Kyrie Irving scored 43 points on 17-of-22 shooting in a 120-122 loss to Denver on Sunday, Nov. 10.

Bennedict Mathurin Mon Nov 11 12:30am

Indiana's G Bennedict Mathurin scored 38 points on 13-of-18 shooting in a 132-121 win over the Knicks on Sunday, Nov. 10. Mathurin is owned in only 55.2% leagues.

Giannis Antetokounmpo Mon Nov 11 12:30am

Bucks' F Giannis Antetokounmpo recorded a double-double, scoring 43 points and grabbing 13 rebounds in a 107-113 loss to the Celtics on Sunday, Nov. 10.

Chet Holmgren Sun Nov 10 9:40pm

Oklahoma City Thunder center Chet Holmgren (hip) exited Sunday's loss to the Golden State Warriors. The 2022 No. 2 overall pick didn't last long in this one, logging just five minutes before taking a hard fall on his hip. But considering he needed to be helped off the court, fantasy managers likely won't have him in the lineup on Monday against the Los Angeles Clippers. Holmgren has played well this season, averaging 18.2 points, 9.2 rebounds, and 2.9 blocks. He's also shot 40.0% from behind the arc. With Isaiah Hartenstein (hand) and Kenrich Williams (knee) both on the shelf, the Thunder may play smaller than usual until Holmgren can get back on the floor. Ousmane Dieng could also get some more minutes underneath the basket.

Immanuel Quickley Sun Nov 10 3:30pm

Toronto Raptors guard Immanuel Quickley (pelvis) is not on the injury report ahead of Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Lakers. Quickley returned to action on Saturday after being sidelined since the season opener due to a pelvic contusion. There was some speculation that he'd sit out on Sunday because it's a back-to-back set. However, it sounds like Quickley will be good to go ahead of this game. Davion Mitchell figures to return to the bench where he won't have as strong of streaming appeal. Quickley can be plugged back into fantasy lineups.

Obi Toppin Sun Nov 10 3:30pm

Indiana Pacers forward Obi Toppin (ankle) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the New York Knicks. Yikes, the injury list continues to grow for the Pacers early in the season. Toppin will join the group of inactive players due to a left ankle sprain. Jarace Walker figures to see additional playing time off the bench with the Pacers limited on options. Pascal Siakam and Myles Turner should play heavy minutes with the Pacers shorthanded on depth. Walker isn't a great fantasy option, but could be worth a look while Toppin is out.

Andrew Nembhard Sun Nov 10 3:20pm

Indiana Pacers guard Andrew Nembhard (knee) is set to miss at least two weeks of action. This is a quick turn of events after Nembhard was scratched ahead of Friday's loss to the Charlotte Hornets. Nembhard will be sidelined for the next two weeks while he recovers from left knee soreness. Head coach Rick Carlisle mentioned that Nembhard could be sidelined until December. T.J. McConnell figures to see more playing time with Nembhard out for the foreseeable future. Fantasy managers needing help at the guard spot should take a look at McConnell.

Aaron Nesmith Sun Nov 10 3:10pm

Indiana Pacers forward Aaron Nesmith (ankle) is expected to be sidelined until at least December, according to head coach Rick Carlisle. Nesmith suffered a right ankle sprain during a game on November 1. The team was hopeful Nesmith could return in a few weeks, but that's not the case. Bennedict Mathurin figures to remain in the starting lineup going forward. The extended playing time should make him an attractive fantasy option everywhere.

Carlton Carrington Sun Nov 10 2:40pm

Washington Wizards guard Bub Carrington (wrist) is available to play in Sunday's meeting with the Magic. The rookie has played well this season, averaging 10.3 points, 5.3 assists, 5.1 rebounds, and 1.3 steals. While he's been banged up throughout the year, his most recent ailment won't keep him off the floor on Sunday night. With Kyle Kuzma (groin) still out, Carrington should see his share of minutes and scoring opportunities. Keep him starting.
