Commishdon's AFC Playoff Outlook: pre-Week 13
AFC North
BrownsRBrowns are 10-2 and is one win away from clinching division and the #1 seed w/ Home Field Advantage throughout the AFC Playoffs. If they lose AND Clark Shark wins, Clark wins the AFC North with the better division record.
Clarke’s Sharks 9-3 have an outside chance at the North division of Browns loses to Pinnacle and he wins. Sharks would win division based on better division record in this scenario 4-2 vs 3-3.
He Hate Covid has a Wild Card spot locked up at 8-4.
AFC South
The Fake Meatheads 6-6 has a commanding lead of the South (if not already locked up no matter what happens as far as Commish Don can tell here). Jordan holds the H2H over German Drunks. If Potzer Pawns were able to beat Meatheads 2.0, they will both finish with same record 6-7 but Meatheads 2.0 will have better division record and therefore win. So if I have read this correctly, even if German wins and 3 are tied at 6-7, Jordan still holds the division over Potzer/German. So the Celebrity Meatheads 2.0 are (un)officially locked in as the #4 seed for Week 14.
AFC East
Pestilence 8-4 has locked up the East title. RG Sploose 6-6 still has a shot at the last Wild Card spot. Sploose would have a 5-4 conference record which will be the ultimate tiebreaker for the #7 spot in the AFC.
AFC West
Ralph 8-4 has locked up the West title. The Original Meatheads, Ultimate Team and Shady Acres are all tied at 6-6. Ultimate Team sits in best spot as far as I can tell with the 3-2 division record.
AFC Wildcard Race
Clarke’s Sharks 9-3 (IN)
He Hate Covid 8-4 (IN)
Sploose 6-6 (4-4 conf record)
Ultimate Team 6-6 (4-4 conf record)
Shady Acres 6-6 (4-4 conf record)
Celebrity Meatheads 6-6 (3-5 conf record)
AFC PeeWee Playoffs
CanStopTheFire 4-8 (3-5 conf)
Pinnacle 3-9 (1-7 conf)
Glorious Buttchins 3-9 (1-7 conf) but beat CantStopTheFire H2H in Week 9)
NFC Playoff Outlook: pre-Week 13
NFC North
Amish 6-6 with the 1-game lead over Maye Day. If Amish wins, he wins NFC North. If Maye Day wins and Amish loses, Maye Day wins division with better record 4-2 vs 3-3 in that scenario.
NFC South
Jared Morton 9-3 has won the NFC South. Crackers 7-5 and Colossus 7-5 are both squarely in the Wild Card hunt. If they both finish with same record, Crackers should have the tiebreaker with better conference record.
NFC East
Ninja 8-4 and Fargan both stand deadlocked at 8-4, but Ninja has the better conf record at this point at 6-2. King of the NFC North and Careless P are both at 6-6 and MUST win this week to have any shot at the Wild Card. King of the NFC North division record (1-4) going to be hard to overcome.
NFC West
Bend the Knee 9-3 holds a 1 game lead over Out of Luck 8-4. Christman swept the season matchups vs Jared Brown, so if they finish with 9-4 record, Out of Luck will win the division.
NFC Wildcards
Out of Luck 8-4
Fargan 8-4
Crackers 7-5
Colossus 7-5
King of North 6-6
Careless P 6-6
NFC PeeWee Playoffs
Goodfellas 0-11 – clinched #16 seed in NFC for PeeWee Playoffs. (IN)
WIE 3-9
Tenacious D 3-9 (3-2 division record & 3-5 conf record best of WIE and Warriors)
Dream Warriors 4-8
UPDATE:
Since I have heard from at least 2 of you, we will go ahead and setup some quick meetings tomorrow afternoon (Thursday).I won't be able to set the meetings up until thursdaymorning - but plan for 4pm window.[We will then open up the waiver wire after the meetings]
-commishdon
Pickup meetings will be scheduled for tomorrow afternoon. Look for invites in the am.
Reminder-
No pickups until next week's meeting on Thursday. I had to re-do those Drinnan, those last 2 pickups.
{I know you are 1st next week in pickup meeting since you picked 16, but still have to do it]
BTW - the trade that RG/Wes did, i just allowed that because in the draft they agreed to it, and it was both players they drafted, only reason i let that move go in early]

Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford has played at an elite level this season, throwing 30 touchdowns to just two interceptions in 11 games. Stafford lit up the Bucs for three first-half touchdowns before throttling down in the second half in the Week 12 blowout win. The 37-year-old ranks as the QB4 in fantasy points per game this season, while his elite wide receiver duo of Puka Nacua and Davante Adams both rank in the top 10 for PPR points per game. Stafford profiles as a high-end QB1 again in Week 13 against the Carolina Panthers.
From RotoBaller
Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence had an up-and-down 2025 season through 11 games, completing 59.8% of his passes for 2,407 yards to go with 14 touchdowns and 11 interceptions, while adding 54 carries for 210 yards and five more scores on the ground. Lawrence's legs have been a bigger story this season as he's already tied a career high in rushing touchdowns and is tied for fourth among quarterbacks in that category. However, the No. 1 overall pick in the 2022 NFL Draft has been one of the most turnover-prone quarterbacks in the league, tied for the league lead with 14 giveaways. His pass catchers haven't helped him much this season, as his 35 drops are by far the most among quarterbacks, with Bo Nix being the next highest with 26. Lawrence will have close to his full group of pass catchers back in a favorable Week 13 matchup against the Titans, and is ranked as RotoBaller's QB14 for the week.
From RotoBaller
Green Bay Packers rookie wide receiver Matthew Golden (wrist) has been ruled out for Thanksgiving's game against the Detroit Lions, according to Lily Zhao of FOX6 News. Golden is inactive for the second straight game after missing Week 12 due to shoulder and wrist injuries. The rookie first-rounder was listed as limited every day in practice this week, but ultimately wasn't ready to go on a short week. Golden last played in Week 11 against the New York Giants, but posted his lowest snap share of the season (33.3%) and recorded just one reception for 24 yards on three targets. He has been buried on Green Bay's depth chart with multiple other capable pass catchers, and the eventual return of Jayden Reed (foot, shoulder) could make the situation even murkier for Golden.
From RotoBaller
Pittsburgh Steelers QB Aaron Rodgers (wrist) is expected to play in Week 13.
Fantasy Spin: The Buffalo Bills are one of the toughest teams against opposing QBs in terms of fantasy points the last five weeks. Rodgers will be a QB2 option in two-QB leagues with everyone playing in Week 13.
From TheHuddle
The Chicago Bears activated cornerback Jaylon Johnson (groin) from injured reserve ahead of their matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles on Black Friday, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. Johnson has played in just one game this season, back in Week 2 against the Detroit Lions, but he was listed as a full participant in practice on Tuesday and Wednesday and is expected to return in Week 13. The 26-year-old cornerback's snaps could be limited after missing a lot of time, but his presence will be a big lift to a Chicago Bears defense that has allowed 26.5 points per game so far this season.
From RotoBaller
Green Bay Packers wide receiver Jayden Reed (foot, shoulder) won't play on Thanksgiving against the Detroit Lions, but there's a solid chance that he will be able to return in Week 14 against the Chicago Bears. Reed has been sidelined since Week 2 after suffering a broken collarbone and was listed as limited in practice every day this week. Head coach Matt LaFleur kept the possibility of the 25-year-old returning on Thursday on the table before he was eventually ruled out, and there's hope that he will be activated from injured reserve soon. In the meantime, Reed remains a strong stash option for fantasy managers as he could return to a prominent role in Green Bay's passing attack alongside Christian Watson and Romeo Doubs.
From RotoBaller
Indianapolis Colts quarterback Daniel Jones (fibula) will practice on Thursday, according to James Boyd of The Athletic. Jones was listed as limited for Wednesday's practice session and should be good to play in Week 13 against the Houston Texans. Jones showed up on the injury report last week with a fibula injury, but practiced in full on Friday and played in the Colts' Week 12 overtime loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. The 28-year-old played decently well, completing 19 of 31 passes for 181 yards and two touchdowns. Jones has had a resurgent season in his first year in Indianapolis, leading one of the best offenses in the league and being a valuable player for fantasy, ranking as the QB9 in points per game (19.0). It's a tough matchup in Week 13 against an elite Texans defense, which puts Jones as more of a high-end QB2.
From RotoBaller
Cleveland Browns quarterback Shedeur Sanders made his first career start in Week 12 against the Las Vegas Raiders and was named the starter again in Week 13 against the San Francisco 49ers. Fellow rookie quarterback Dillon Gabriel cleared concussion protocol, but head coach Kevin Stefanski will stick with the rookie fifth-rounder after he showed some positive moments in their Week 12 win. Sanders completed 11 of 20 passes for 209 yards with one touchdown and one interception, and took only one sack. It wasn't the greatest performance, with his touchdown coming on a screen pass to Dylan Sampson, who took it to 66 yards to the house, but there were things to build on. He has appeal as a QB2 in deeper leagues in Week 13 against the San Francisco 49ers.
From RotoBaller
Tennessee Titans rookie tight end Gunnar Helm posted his best game of the season in Week 12 against the Seattle Seahawks, recording six receptions for 51 yards on seven targets. Helm had the most catches in receiving yards for the Titans on the day and tied fellow rookie Chimere Dike for the lead in targets. The rookie tight end's role in the offense has slowly been increasing as the season has gone along, with two of his three highest snap shares of the season coming in the past two weeks after their Week 10 bye. Helm and veteran tight end Chig Okonkwo have played the same number of snaps in the past two games, with the rookie out-producing him. Helm is a young player to consider adding as a TE2 in deeper leagues for Week 13 against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
From RotoBaller
Denver Broncos rookie running back R.J. Harvey played a season-high 60.7% of the snaps in Week 11 against the Kansas City Chiefs, but had underwhelming production with 11 carries for 30 yards to go with three receptions (three targets) for 20 yards as a receiver. In the first game without J.K. Dobbins (foot), the rookie second-rounder handled the bulk of the running back touches, which bodes well for his rest of season outlook. Jaleel McLaughin's involvement near the goal line could limit the upside as he took two of the three carries inside the 10 and scored a touchdown against the Chiefs, but we'll need to see more than one game to determine that. Harvey has the explosiveness and receiving ability to be impactful in fantasy down the stretch, and he gets a prime matchup in Week 13 against the Washington Commanders.
From RotoBaller
Green Bay Packers running back Josh Jacobs (knee) will play on Thanksgiving against the Detroit Lions and feels close to 100%, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. Jacobs suffered a bone bruise in his knee in Green Bay's win over the New York Giants in Week 11 and was close to suiting up in Week 12, but with a second game coming up on Thursday, the team held him out, and he should be a full go against the Lions. Emanuel Wilson filled in admirably for the 27-year-old last week, handling 28 carries for 107 yards and two touchdowns, but he will return to backup duties with Jacobs back. Jacobs had scored nine touchdowns in his last six games before exiting early against the Giants, and fantasy managers will be happy to plug him back into their lineups in Week 13.
From RotoBaller
Buffalo Bills wide receiver Khalik Shakir posted his best game of the season in Week 12's loss to the Houston Texans, catching eight of 10 targets for 110 yards. It was the most receptions of the season for Shakir and his first 100+ yard game since Week 14 of last season. The 25-year-old bounced back after recording negative three receiving yards in Week 11 against Tampa Bay despite Buffalo scoring 44 points. Shakir should continue to operate as the team's top wideout in Week 13 against the Pittsburgh Steelers. He ranks as RotoBaller's WR26 in PPR formats.
From RotoBaller
New York Giants wide receiver Wan'Dale Robinson has been a target machine this season, recording 66 receptions for 794 yards and three touchdowns on 102 targets in 11 games. Robinson is one of just seven players with over 100 targets this season. The 24-year-old just posted a career high 156 receiving yards in New York's Week 12 overtime loss to the Detroit Lions, racking up 30.6 PPR points and finishing as the WR2 on the week. The 2022 second-round pick is having a career year and is showing improved per catch efficiency with 12 yards per reception after averaging 8.2 over the first three seasons of his career. Robinson is the clear No. 1 target for the Giants with little competition behind him, and he should remain productive in Week 13 against the New England Patriots, whether Jameis Winston makes his third straight start or Jaxson Dart (concussion) returns.
From RotoBaller
Denver Broncos running back Jaleel McLaughlin totaled just six offensive snaps and one carry all season before Week 11 against the Kansas City Chiefs. McLaughlin played just eight offensive snaps in the game, but handled six carries for 19 yards and a touchdown while adding one catch (one target) for negative five yards. Rookie R.J. Harvey operated as the clear lead back, playing 60.7% of the snaps and recording 14 touches, but McLaughlin outcarried him two to one inside the 10-yard line and found the end zone. Head coach Sean Payton praised the 25-year-old after the game and said that he will be "important down the stretch." With J.K. Dobbins (foot) likely out for the year and Tyler Badie mostly operating on passing downs, McLaughlin should play a key role in Denver's backfield for the remainder of the season and could be the preferred goal-line option, giving him value in deeper leagues.
From RotoBaller
Chicago Bears rookie running back Kyle Monangai out-snapped D'Andre Swift 34 to 26 in Week 12's win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. Monangai finished with 12 carries for 48 yards and a touchdown in the game, while Swift had eight carries for 15 yards with one reception (one target) for 14 yards. That decision was impacted by Swift losing a fumble, but it could lead to more opportunities for Monangai in future weeks. It was the first game all season where the rookie seventh-rounder played more snaps than Swift, with both players active. Monangai seemingly has the upper hand in goal-line work as well, recording a team-high five carries inside the 10-yard line over the past three weeks and finding the end zone in three straight games. He carries FLEX value with solid touchdown upside for Black Friday's matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles.
From RotoBaller
Chicago Bears running back D'Andre Swift had his worst game of the 2025 season in Week 12, handling just eight carries for 15 yards. Swift's role plummeted last week, as a costly fumble cut his snaps and his role against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Swift dropped from a consistent 60%+ snap player to playing under 43% of the snaps, trailing rookie running back Kyle Monangai, who played 57%. This week will be telling to see if Swift loses or returns to his normal starting role in Week 13. The Bears face the Philadelphia Eagles, who have regressed from the league's best run defense in 2024 to a middle-of-the-pack defense in 2025. However, with Monangai continuing to carve a role, Swift is more of a FLEX play in Week 13, rather than a locked-in starter.
From RotoBaller
Miami Dolphins tight end Darren Waller (pectoral) suffered a pectoral injury during Week 7's loss to the Cleveland Browns and was placed on Injured Reserve, but he had his 21-day practice window opened this week. Waller was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice, and it's possible that he could play in Week 13 against the New Orleans Saints, though it's more likely that he will need more time. The 33-year-old was impactful in four games for the Dolphins this season, catching 10 of his 12 targets for 117 yards and four touchdowns. The veteran tight end's status will be updated on Thursday and Friday. If Waller isn't activated from IR, Greg Dulcich will remain Miami's top tight end option for Week 13.
From RotoBaller
Chicago Bears rookie tight end Colston Loveland hauled in four of five targets for 49 yards and a touchdown in the 31-28 victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers. Loveland has emerged as a key contributor in this Bears' passing attack, totaling 40 or more yards in four straight weeks. However, veteran Cole Kmet remains a factor, splitting the snaps evenly in Week 12 (65%). While Loveland is showcasing his potential, the Bears are the fifth-most run-heavy team in the NFL, and have seven receivers who have 195 yards or more on the season. Loveland faces a tough matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles, who have allowed the second-fewest fantasy points to tight ends this season. With a crowded receiving room and a tough matchup, Loveland is a risky start in Week 13.
From RotoBaller
Chicago Bears wide receiver Rome Odunze has been very inconsistent and outright untrustworthy in recent weeks. Since the bye in Week 5, Odunze has had fewer than four receptions and 55 yards in five of his last seven games and has only caught one touchdown during that span. Odunze is averaging just 9.1 fantasy points per game since Week 6, on track to finish as the WR51 in that timeframe. The second-year receiver will look to bounce back against the Philadelphia Eagles, who have allowed the 10th most receiving yards in 2025. While Odunze still offers WR3 value in Week 13, without consistent usage in this Ben Johnson offense, Odunze will remain volatile in fantasy.
From RotoBaller
Chicago Bears wide receiver D.J. Moore was able to find the endzone twice in Week 12, totaling 64 yards on five receptions in the 31-28 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. Despite his strong showing against Pittsburgh, Week 12 marked just his second game of the season with seven or more targets in a game. Whether it's due to the emergence of Rome Odunze, Luther Burden III, and Colston Loveland or the strong workload given to the run game, Moore is a risky option for fantasy managers moving forward. The Eagles host the Bears this weekend, and their secondary has given up the 10th most yards to wide receivers in 2025. Despite the ideal matchup, Moore is a FLEX play at best in Week 13.
