Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins caught four passes for 32 yards and a touchdown in the 19-17 win over the Los Angeles Chargers. Hopkins saw a team-high nine targets on Sunday night but reeled in just four and averaged eight yards per catch. The veteran receiver was the only Chief to find the endzone against the stingy Chargers defense, demonstrating Patrick Mahomes' trust in him. Hopkins has provided a safe floor over his last three games and will look to continue that trend next week against the Cleveland Browns. The Browns rank 24th in fantasy points allowed to opposing wide receivers this season, making them one of the more advantageous matchups. Hopkins has seen nine targets in the last two games, meaning Mahomes often looks in his direction. Fantasy managers should feel comfortable with Hopkins in their starting lineups.
From RotoBaller
Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Michael Wilson caught a 41-yard touchdown pass to give the Cardinals the lead on their opening drive. Wilson finished the day with two catches for 57 yards, having commanded only three targets. While he has become a potential streaming flex option, he is still yet to receive a consistent workload to make him truly fantasy-relevant. The Cardinals have two upcoming matchups against the New England Patriots and Carolina Panthers, both of which have struggling defenses, making Wilson a potential option in the coming weeks.
From RotoBaller
Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Xavier Worthy caught five passes for 41 yards in the 19-17 win over the Los Angeles Chargers. Since his one-catch performance in Week 10 against the Broncos, Worthy has been a more consistent member of the Kansas City passing attack. The rookie now has four straight games of at least four catches and 40 receiving yards. The 21-year-old will look to find the endzone next week against the Cleveland Browns, who rank 24th in fantasy points allowed to opposing wide receivers this season. Worthy has provided a consistent floor over the past month but has yet to demonstrate the potential for ceiling performances. Worthy has only scored over 14 PPR fantasy points in three of his 13 games this season. Fantasy managers hope Worthy and Patrick Mahomes will connect on a long touchdown next week.
From RotoBaller
Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Van Jefferson converted his lone target into a 10-yard touchdown reception during Sunday's Week 14 victory over the Cleveland Browns. With George Pickens (hamstring) inactive, Jefferson played 74 percent of the offense snaps, which was his highest mark since Week 8. Although he was targeted just once, the 28-year-old took advantage of his lone opportunity and scored a third-quarter touchdown that gave Pittsburgh a two-possession lead over its divisional opponent. Jefferson's reduced offensive role keeps him off the fantasy radar, especially with Pickens looking like he'll return to action in Week 15.
From RotoBaller
Arizona Cardinals rookie wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. received eight targets in a Week 14 loss to the Seattle Seahawks. Harrison Jr. again finished near the top for targets behind tight end Trey McBride. However, he only converted those targets into four catches for 49 yards. It's been a tough season for Harrison Jr., as he and quarterback Kyler Murray are still working out their chemistry. The Cardinals' passing attack as a whole has lacked downfield shots, which has limited the effectiveness of the Cardinals' wide receivers. Harrison Jr. remains a solid fantasy option, as he is tied for sixth in the NFL in touchdown receptions and is a touchdown-dependent WR2 or WR3 moving forward.
From RotoBaller
Seattle Seahawks tight end Noah Fant caught three of four targets for 18 yards during Sunday's Week 14 win over the Arizona Cardinals. This was Fant's third game in a row with exactly four targets and three catches, but it was his lowest yardage output during that span. The 27-year-old played a modest 59 percent snap share, which led the Seahawks' tight end position but still doesn't inspire much confidence about his ability to get consistent, meaningful looks going forward. As Fant continues to lose some opportunities to A.J. Barner, he ranks outside the top 24 fantasy tight ends.
From RotoBaller
Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Jalen Nailor continued to see minimal involvement in the team's 42-21 win over the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday. The 25-year-old didn't see any targets in this contest even though Sam Darnold threw the ball 28 times with five touchdowns. Jordan Addison, Justin Jefferson, and T.J. Hockenson saw 24 of the 28 total targets, which didn't leave much for the rest of the team. Nailor will look to get more involved in Week 15 against the Chicago Bears.
From RotoBaller
Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes completed 24 of 37 pass attempts (65%) for 210 yards and a touchdown in the 19-17 win over the Los Angeles Chargers. The matchup against the Chargers was difficult for Mahomes as he was sacked three times and did not score a touchdown in the entire second half. That said, the Chiefs did just enough to secure the win and the division. The 29-year-old had his worst fantasy performance since Week 7 against the 49ers when he passed for 154 yards, no touchdowns, and two interceptions. Mahomes will look to bounce back from a statistical standpoint next week against the Cleveland Browns, who rank 17th in fantasy points allowed to opposing quarterbacks this season. The hope is that Jameis Winston will push the tempo on the other side of the ball and force the Chiefs offense to score more points. Fantasy managers will have to hope Mahomes leaves this lackluster performance in the rearview mirror.
From RotoBaller
Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce caught five passes for 45 yards in the 19-17 win over the Los Angeles Chargers. The 35-year-old was held under 60 receiving yards for the second time since Week 8 and has not found the endzone since Week 10. Kelce's performances have been serviceable from a fantasy perspective, given the landscape of the tight end position, but he has not been delivering high-end TE1 numbers over the past month. The emergence of backup tight end Noah Gray has also limited Kelce's fantasy ceiling, but he will try to right the ship next week against the Cleveland Browns. The Browns rank 22nd in fantasy points allowed to opposing tight ends this season, making them one of the more advantageous matchups. The hope is that the Browns offense pushes the pace of the game and makes the Chiefs offense play in a back-and-forth affair. The Chiefs have been doing enough to squeeze out wins, and Kelce's touchdown upside has taken a hit. Fantasy managers will hope for a vintage Kelce performance in Week 15.
From RotoBaller
New Orleans Saints tight end Foster Moreau caught each of his two targets for a total of 40 yards during Sunday's Week 14 win over the New York Giants. His highlight of the day was a 32-yard reception over the middle of the field. The 27-year-old now has multiple catches in each of his last three games, but he still ranks as the overall TE41 in fantasy football during that span. As long as fellow tight end Juwan Johnson remains healthy, Moreau can be left buried on waivers, especially now that quarterback Jake Haener might be in line to start a couple of games for New Orleans.
From RotoBaller
Arizona Cardinals tight end Trey McBride finished the day with seven catches for 70 yards in the Week 14 loss to the Seattle Seahawks. There is no doubt that McBride is the focal point of the Cardinals' passing attack. McBride logged 14 targets, leading the team in that category for the game. He has yet to find the end zone through the air this season, but he continues to dominate targets for the Cardinals and remains one of the top tight ends in fantasy football. The Cardinals passing attack should have an advantageous matchup with the New England Patriots next week.
From RotoBaller
Kansas City Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco had 14 carries for 55 yards and two catches for six yards in the 19-17 win over the Los Angeles Chargers. The 25-year-old was the clear lead back for the Chiefs in Week 14, as Kareem Hunt handled just five carries and one catch for 29 total yards. Neither back was incredibly efficient on the ground, as they both averaged under four yards per carry, but Pacheco's 14 carries bode well for his fantasy performances moving forward. The Chiefs running back will look to have more success next week against the Cleveland Browns, who rank seventh in fantasy points allowed to opposing running backs. The Browns front seven is a strong unit at rushing the quarterback back and stopping the run, leading most teams to throw against the secondary, but Pacheco should still have touchdown upside in any matchup. Fantasy managers should be encouraged by Pacheco's role in his second game back and expect that role to continue to grow.
From RotoBaller
San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Ricky Pearsall remained lower in the pecking order of targets during the team's 38-13 win over the Chicago Bears. The rookie finished the game with two targets, one reception, and five yards. Jauan Jennings and George Kittle commanded over half of the targets in this game, leaving Pearsall behind Isaac Guerendo and Deebo Samuel Sr. The 49ers now have a short week and will take on the Los Angeles Rams on Thursday night for Week 15.
From RotoBaller
Minnesota Vikings running back Cam Akers rushed for 37 yards on five carries during Sunday's Week 14 win over the Atlanta Falcons. He also had a 24-yard kick return. Akers averaged an impressive 7.4 yards per carry in the victory, although that number was skewed by a 25-yard run midway through the fourth quarter. He also logged his second-highest snap share (32 percent) since Week 5. On a less positive note, the 25-year-old was held without a target in the passing game for the second week in a row. Akers has firmly established himself as the Vikings' No. 2 running back behind Aaron Jones, but he's merely a handcuff and should be benched in all fantasy leagues for the time being.
From RotoBaller
Atlanta Falcons running back Tyler Allgeier scored his third touchdown of the season in a 42-21 loss to the Minnesota Vikings. The third-year back finished the game with nine carries for 63 yards and a score but didn't post any stats in the passing game. Allgeier now has two weeks as an RB2 or higher after this performance. He's not very reliable for fantasy managers in the playoffs unless injuries pile up. The Falcons will take on the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 15.
From RotoBaller
New York Giants running back Devin Singletary was almost non-existent during the 14-11 loss to the New Orleans Saints. He's firmly behind Tyrone Tracy Jr. and didn't even receive as many chances to run the ball as Drew Lock. Singletary finished with two carries for eight yards and didn't register any targets or receptions. With the Giants looking more towards the NFL Draft, Singletary and company won't be very reliable for the fantasy playoffs. They take on the stout run defense of the Baltimore Ravens in Week 15.
From RotoBaller
Buffalo Bills running back Ray Davis didn't see much backfield work against the Rams in a surprising 44-42 loss on Sunday. The only stat that Davis had shown up on the box score was one kick return for 14 yards as the Bills abandoned the run pretty early on since they were playing from behind. Davis may also have a tough time finding some fantasy points in Week 15, as the Bills travel to Detroit to take on the NFC-leading Lions.
From RotoBaller
New York Giants wide receiver Darius Slayton saw six targets as the team threw the ball 49 times in a loss to the New Orleans Saints. The 27-year-old finished with two receptions for 27 yards in an overall rough day for the team. Despite seeing 12 targets over the last two games, he's only been able to turn them into four catches for 35 yards. While the Giants head for the first-overall pick in the next draft, the passing game is hard to trust down the stretch. The Giants will take on the Ravens in Week 15.
From RotoBaller
Carolina Panthers tight end Tommy Tremble caught just one pass for three yards in their 22-16 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. It was a quick, outbreaking route on 4th-and-goal that gave the veteran his first touchdown of the year. Tremble has battled various injuries to his hamstring, back, and head this year, so finding pay dirt in Week 14 was extra meaningful. Still, with rookie Ja'Tavion Sanders (neck) returning this week, Tremble's value moving forward is questionable. Tremble is mainly an option in deep leagues when the Panthers host the Dallas Cowboys in Week 15.
From RotoBaller
Carolina Panthers wide receiver Adam Thielen finished with nine receptions on 11 targets for 102 yards against the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 14. The veteran has been money since returning from a hamstring injury in Week 13, totaling 258 yards and a touchdown over his last three games. He has been quarterback Bryce Young's most consistent and reliable target, and Sunday was no different. His key moment in this game came on an improbable 4th-and-2 reception off a tipped ball, saving a drive that eventually resulted in a touchdown. Thielen remains a surprise late-season flex option as the Dallas Cowboys travel to Carolina in Week 15.
