Ameer Abdullah Nov 22 10:30pm CT
    Ameer Abdullah

Las Vegas Raiders running back Ameer Abdullah will lead his team's backfield in Week 12 against the Denver Broncos. RBs Alexander Mattison (ankle) and Zamir White (quad) are both designated as "Doubtful" on the Raiders' injury report, meaning they're highly unlikely to play. Abdullah had just one carry for one yard last week, but did catch three passes for 16 yards and a touchdown. It's a nightmare matchup against a great defense, though. It's hard to trust in the third-string running back on a team that's averaging 3.5 yards per carry as a whole. That's the worst mark in the league by a significant margin. He's a desperation RB3/FLEX play in deep PPR leagues, with the hope that he'll garner significant targets.

Dylan Laube Nov 22 10:30pm CT
    Dylan Laube

Las Vegas Raiders running back Dylan Laube will get his second chance for backfield work for his team in Week 12. Injuries to both of the teams top-2 backs, Zamir White (quad) and Alexander Mattison (ankle), have left them almost certain to be held out of the contest. Laube will join lead back Ameer Abdullah to form some kind of committee. There haven't been many helpful reports on how much work he'll get, but the team would be well-served to give him some work and see if he can bring any juice. LV's offense hasn't been good this season, and the running game has been the worst in the league statistically. Such an inefficient ground attack warrants trying out new things. Laube is worth stashing in deep, highly competitive fantasy football leagues, but too risky to start for now. His only carry this season resulted in a lost fumble.

Daniel Carlson Nov 22 10:20pm CT
    Daniel Carlson

Las Vegas Raiders kicker Daniel Carlson has now hit on 18 of his 20 field goals this season. He's a perfect 15-for-15 on his extra points. On many teams, he'd be an elite K option in fantasy, like the 2020, 2021, and 2022 Raiders. Not so this season. He's the 17th ranked player at his position because the offense hasn't played very well. There's plenty of turmoil on that side of the ball, and LV has dealt with poor play from its quarterbacks and running backs. In addition, the team's top-2 RBs, Zamir White (quad) and Alexander Mattison (ankle) are both listed as "Doubtful" on the team's injury report. A depleted backfield won't help against a tough Denver Broncos defense. There's a lot of uncertainty here, so it's better to look elsewhere for placekicker options for your fantasy teams.

Audric Estime Nov 22 10:20pm CT
    Audric Estime

Denver Broncos rookie running back Audric Estime could have a decent workload in the Week 12 road tilt against the division-rival Las Vegas Raiders at Allegiant Stadium on Sunday. The Broncos have made it a point to get the rookie more involved of late, with him seeing 28 touches for 113 scrimmage yards in the last three games. While it might have been a bit premature to assume Estime would be Denver's lead back the rest of the season over Javonte Williams after he led the backfield in the Week 10 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, it's safe to say he's now the RB2 over Jaleel McLaughlin. Against a beat up Raiders defense that allows 22.5 half-PPR points per game to RBs this year (tied for seventh-most in the league), Estime has RB3/flex upside in a plus matchup, especially with fantasy managers needing help at RB with six teams on bye this week.

Tre Tucker Nov 22 10:20pm CT
    Tre Tucker

Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Tre Tucker will face the divisional rival Denver Broncos again in Week 12. They held him to just two catches for 18 yards and eight rushing yards in Week 5. Denver has a stingy pass defense that smothered the second-year pro just a few short months ago. It's hard to see this playing out differently. Tucker has been on a cold streak of games, failing to log above 50 yards receiving since Week 3. He's a gadget player that gets some work in the running game, but not enough to support good fantasy production. He's a play in very deep PPR leagues, but not a tantalizing one at that. It's better to search for other options to fill your fantasy lineups, even if you have multiple players injured.

Jakobi Meyers Nov 22 10:00pm CT
    Jakobi Meyers

Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver will face a tough coverage test when his team takes on the divisional rival Denver Broncos in Week 12. Broncos CB Patrick Surtain II has been lockdown this season, though Meyers did just fine in their last matchup in Week 5, catching six of nine targets for 72 yards. He may need to rely on garbage time again to produce well, though -- and possibly staying away from Surtain, though that might not happen. The Broncos just dominated the Atlanta Falcons 38-6 in Week 11. The star CB held WR Drake London to three catches for 61 yards in that game, despite the plethora of garbage time. Meyers is a risky WR3/FLEX in PPR leagues for this matchup.

Gardner Minshew II Nov 22 10:00pm CT
    Gardner Minshew II

Las Vegas Raiders quarterback Gardner Minshew II could be in for his last rodeo in Week 12. His team will take on the Denver Broncos, and QB Aidan O'Connell (thumb) won't be able to play. He's still recovering from a thumb injury. Minshew will have his hands full with a Denver Broncos defense that just held Kirk Cousins and the Atlanta Falcons to six points in a Week 11 blowout game. The 28-year old Raiders signal-caller has thrown eight touchdowns, but tossed nine interceptions and lost a fumble this season. It could be an ugly game, and it's hard to trust him in 1QB leagues. He should be started in 2QB/Superflex leagues, though. He's not always been bad, just wildly inconsistent. Garbage time production counts for fantasy points, too.

Brock Bowers Nov 22 10:00pm CT
    Brock Bowers

Las Vegas Raiders tight end Brock Bowers is in his first year of the pros, but he already looks like an elite player at his position. He might be the best TE in the NFL right now. He'll face the Denver Broncos in Week 12. They had no answer for him in Week 5, when he caught eight of his 12 targets for 97 yards and a touchdown. That was his best game for fantasy football of the season... until last week, when he caught 13 of 16 targets for 126 yards and a touchdown. He was considered to be one of the best tight end prospects in NFL Draft history, and he's easily living up to those expectations. Start him in every league every week he plays without blinking an eye. He could be a league-winner.

    From RotoBaller

Javonte Williams Nov 22 9:50pm CT
    Javonte Williams

After being dropped by many fantasy managers following Week 10, Denver Broncos running back Javonte Williams is firmly back in the RB3/flex mix for an upcoming matchup against the division-rival Las Vegas Raiders on the road in Week 12. Williams had only three touches and saw rookie Audric Estime take over the backfield in Week 10 against the Kansas City Chiefs, but Williams returned to lead-back duties in last week's blowout win over the Atlanta Falcons, carrying the ball nine times for 59 yards and a touchdown while adding four catches for 28 yards. Estime isn't going away, but the 24-year-old Williams' demise was premature. As long as he can be efficient, Williams could produce nicely as an RB3/flex this weekend against a banged-up Raiders defense that has been a top-10 matchup in fantasy this year for opposing RBs.

Brock Purdy Nov 22 9:30pm CT
    Brock Purdy

According to head coach Kyle Shanahan, San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy's (shoulder) status for the team's Week 13 matchup against the Buffalo Bills is "really up in the air." ESPN's Jeremy Fowler reported the news. Yikes. The Iowa State product left San Francisco's Week 11 loss to the Seattle Seahawks with some shoulder soreness, but after his Monday MRI came back clean, San Fran thought a few days of rest would do the field general some good. However, upon his appearance at Thursday's practice, his shoulder pain "surprised him," and they "had to shut him down." It's unfortunate news for the 49ers offense as what was thought to be a routine ailment has potentially evolved into a multi-week injury. It's possible that a few extra days of rest could quell the pain, but at this time, fantasy managers will want to prepare for the worst-case scenario. With Brandon Allen set to make his first start this season in Purdy's stead, the entirety of San Francisco's offense gets a downgrade for the time being.

Joey Bosa Nov 22 9:20pm CT
    Joey Bosa

Los Angeles Chargers outside linebackers Khalil Mack (groin), Joey Bosa (hip), and safety Derwin James Jr. (groin) were all listed as limited practice participants for the second straight day on Friday. Bosa and Mack were both on the team's Week 11 injury report. While the former suited up for LA's victory over the Cincinnati Bengals, the latter did not and only played four snaps the week prior. James Jr., however, is a new addition to this week's injury report after playing 100% of the team's defensive snaps for the seventh time this season. They'll each have another opportunity to elevate their practice participation before the Chargers must designate their status ahead of the Har-bowl (their matchup against the Baltimore Ravens). With five total defensive players currently on their injury report, Los Angeles could be heading into the battle of the brothers short-staffed. Keep an eye on them over the next 24 hours.

David Montgomery Nov 22 9:10pm CT
    David Montgomery

Detroit Lions running back David Montgomery heads into a favorable Week 12 matchup against the Indianapolis Colts, fresh off a two-touchdown performance in Week 11. Montgomery rushed 15 times for 75 yards and two scores while adding 20 yards on three receptions in Detroit's dominant 52-6 win over the Jaguars. With 10 touchdowns in 10 games, Montgomery remains the Lions' primary red-zone option, ranking ninth in red-zone touches and fourth in total touchdowns this season. Montgomery has been one of the most consistent backs in fantasy, finishing outside the top 24 just once this year. The Colts rank 28th against the run, allowing the sixth-most rushing yards per game and the second-most yards after contact per attempt. Expect Montgomery to capitalize on a positive game script and deliver another reliable performance for fantasy managers in Week 12.

Jared Goff Nov 22 9:10pm CT
    Jared Goff

The Indianapolis Colts will play a home game this weekend, but for fantasy managers considering using the Indy defense this week, it might be best to see what other options are available for streaming on the waiver wire. The Colts' Week 12 opponent will be the Detroit Lions, an offense that has put up the most points per game in the entire NFL this season (33.6). Indy on the other hand has allowed the 14th-most points per game on the season (22.7), but eighth-most over the last three weeks (26.0). Sure Jared Goff threw five interceptions a couple of weeks ago, but it's not something he had been doing week-in and week-out, having thrown zero interceptions in six of the last seven games, so it is not something that should be counted on for fantasy. The Colts have been adept at recovering fumbles, having fallen on top of nine so far, good for second-most in the league, however, Detroit has lost just one fumble all season, so it is not something they do. Pass on Indy for this week, however, they do have some enticing matchups coming up during the fantasy playoffs (vs. TEN, @ NYG), so you could consider picking them up for use later on.

Saquon Barkley Nov 22 9:10pm CT
    Saquon Barkley

Philadelphia Eagles running back Saquon Barkley will go on the road to take on the Los Angeles Rams in Week 12. The 27-year-old tallied nearly 200 total yards against the Washington Commanders last week and found the end zone twice. Washington was a solid matchup heading into last week, but the Rams present a bit more of a challenge. Los Angeles has allowed just six rushing touchdowns this year and they allow the 11th-fewest fantasy points per game. With that said, the Eagles are without wide receiver DeVonta Smith and have been the run-heaviest offense in the NFL as of late. Barkley is matchup-proof and is a no-brainer must-start in Week 12.

Alec Ingold Nov 22 9:00pm CT
    Alec Ingold

Miami Dolphins running back Alec Ingold (calf) has been designated as questionable for the team's matchup against the New England Patriots this Sunday. It's the third consecutive week the sixth-year veteran has been given the questionable tag. Despite logging three limited practice sessions in Weeks 10 and 11, Ingold was ultimately inactive for the ensuing two contests. Miami hopes history doesn't repeat itself, as he was yet again limited all week leading up to their Week 12 home tilt. Last Sunday, the Dolphins compensated for the loss of Ingold by deploying tight ends Jonnu Smith and Julian Hill more frequently, and they may do so again if the veteran is forced to miss another game.

    From RotoBaller

Marte Mapu Nov 22 8:50pm CT
    Marte Mapu

New England Patriots defensive back Christian Gonzalez (hip) is officially questionable for Sunday's road tilt against the Miami Dolphins. The 22-year-old was a late addition to the Patriots' injury report with a hip ailment, putting his status for Sunday's divisional clash in doubt. The second-year corner has yet to miss a contest this season and currently leads the team in passes defensed. Safeties Marte Mapu (neck) and Kyle Dugger (ankle) are also questionable for the contest after they were both limited practice participants this week with their respective injuries. In total, New England has seven defensive players designated as questionable, so they could be in danger of being severely depleted against a Dolphins team that appears to be finding its legs offensively. If Gonzalez can't play, fellow DB Alex Austin projects to pick up the slack in New England's defensive backfield.

Adonai Mitchell Nov 22 8:40pm CT
    Adonai Mitchell

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Adonai Mitchell made a splash in Week 10 without Michael Pittman Jr. (six catches, 71 yards) but reverted to his status as the No. 4 receiver in Week 11 (one catch, 33 yards) and will assume that role again in Week 12 with a fully healthy receiving corps. The 22-year-old has speed and uses it for deep targets, sitting just outside the top 10 WRs in aDOT (14.2). However, without volume and with a notoriously inaccurate QB, the former second-round draft pick makes for a very risky fantasy play. If you're looking for a reason to use him, there is a strong possibility that as seven-point underdogs, the Colts will be trying to keep pace with the Lions for the entire game, which could mean a few additional deep targets for the rookie wideout. The product out of the University of Texas is a WR5/6 dart throw, even in a week with six teams on bye.

    Amon-Ra St. Brown Nov 22 7:30pm CT
    Amon-Ra St. Brown

Detroit Lions wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown heads into a Week 12 matchup against the Indianapolis Colts as one of the most reliable WR1 options in fantasy football. St. Brown is coming off an elite performance in Week 11, catching all 11 targets for 161 yards and two touchdowns, extending his touchdown streak to eight consecutive games. He ranks as the WR2 on the season, trailing only Ja'Marr Chase in fantasy points. St. Brown has exceeded 100 receiving yards in three games this season and thrives against zone defenses like the Colts, who rank 26th against the pass. Fantasy managers should continue to trust him as an elite WR1 option.

    From RotoBaller

Alec Pierce Nov 22 7:20pm CT
    Alec Pierce

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Alec Pierce owns the largest percentage of his team's air yards (28.15%), but not only that, he leads the entire NFL in average depth of target (21.25) -- and it isn't even close. The downside for him is that he's received just four targets or less in eight of 11 contests. On the bright side, the 24-year-old usually makes the most of it, leading his team in reception yards (although Josh Downs is not far behind despite playing two fewer games) while recording a 30-plus yard reception in five of 11 weeks. Pierce figures to earn his usual share of deep shots in Week 12's matchup against the Lions, especially if the Colts -- who are seven-point underdogs -- find themselves trailing late in the game. The former second-round draft pick ranks in the WR5 range this week, but with his four TDs on the season, the third-year pro does possess some upside.

    From RotoBaller

Jahmyr Gibbs Nov 22 7:10pm CT
    Jahmyr Gibbs

Detroit Lions running back Jahmyr Gibbs heads into Week 12 against the Indianapolis Colts as a consistent RB1 option for fantasy managers. Gibbs has been electric, finishing as the RB6 last week after turning 12 touches into 123 total yards and a touchdown. He's a Top-6 RB in total fantasy points this season and ranks fifth in rushing yards, demonstrating his ability to maximize his opportunities. The Colts present a favorable matchup, ranking 28th against the run while allowing the sixth-most rushing yards per game and the second-most rushing attempts. Gibbs has scored five touchdowns in his last five games and surpassed 100 scrimmage yards six times this season. Working in tandem with David Montgomery, Gibbs remains a dynamic playmaker and should be locked in as an RB1 for Week 12.
