Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Drake London is coming off his quietest outing (4-34-0) since Week 1 despite Kirk Cousins throwing for 276 yards and four touchdowns, but has a good shot to get back on track in Week 9. The 23-year-old has had at least six targets in seven consecutive games (26.72% target share), has the second-most red zone targets (12), and his 48 receptions (five TDs) are tied for fourth in the NFL. With the Falcons throwing nearly 57% of the time, all of this provides London with a solid floor along with a high ceiling. Dallas has failed to stop opponents from scoring the last two weeks and with a fairly high expected total in this game (48.5), there should be a couple of opportunities to score. The downside is that Cousins has looked fairly pedestrian so far when he isn't playing Tampa Bay, and the Cowboys allow the most rush YPG in the NFL, so that could favor the running backs a little more. Even so, the 6-foot-4 wideout profiles as a WR1 in this matchup.

New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye (concussion) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans. The former third-overall pick suffered a concussion last week in their victory over the New York Jets. Maye has been a limited participant during practice all week and still has a chance to pass through the league's concussion protocol in time for Sunday's tilt. If he is unable to suit up, veteran Jacoby Brissett would get the starting nod. In relief last weekend, the 31-year-old went 15-for-24 with 132 yards and 11 rushing yards. He has averaged 138.0 passing yards per game this season and should be viewed as a low-end QB2 if he gets the start.

Tennessee Titans running back Tyjae Spears (hamstring) has been ruled out for Week 9's contest against the New England Patriots. Spears opened the week as a limited participant but was then downgraded to a non-participant on Thursday and Friday. Spears will now miss his third-straight game and will set his sights on returning next weekend to face the Los Angeles Chargers. Through the first-half of the campaign, Spears has been deployed as the clear No.2 option behind Tony Pollard. However, Pollard (foot) is listed as questionable and could also be in danger of missing Sunday's game. If he is unable to suit up, fantasy managers should expect Julius Chestnut to serve as the lead option.

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Calvin Ridley (shoulder) is off the injury report and is expected to suit up on Sunday when the Titans face the New England Patriots. Ridley did not practice on Wednesday but was upgraded to full participation on Thursday. He sat out during Friday's practice for a non-injury reason. Ridley is coming off the best game of his season where he brought in ten of his 15 targets for 143 yards. Fantasy managers should expect the 29-year-old to see a heavy dose of targets once again with DeAndre Hopkins now in Kansas City. Cleveland Browns kicker Dustin Hopkins made all three of his field goals in an upset win over the Baltimore Ravens in Week 8. The veteran kicker will look to keep it going at home against the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 9. The Chargers have been tough on kickers in fantasy this season, allowing the second-fewest fantasy points per game to the position. Hopkins has a better outlook for fantasy with Jameis Winston under center but he is outside the top-20 options at the position heading into Week 9.

Cleveland's defense looked inspired in an upset win over the Baltimore Ravens last week, holding their division rivals to 24 points. Philadelphia Eagles tight end Dallas Goedert (hamstring) will not play in Week 9. Nevertheless, with 2x All-Pro pass rusher Micah Parsons still out and Dallas likely missing a couple of other key defensive pieces, Cousins projects as a low-end QB1 for Week 9.

Both athletes haven't appeared in action since being forced from the Chargers' Week 6 23-16 victory over the Denver Broncos early with their respective injuries. It's fantastic news for LA, as wideout DJ Chark (groin) could also be activated off injured reserve this Sunday, meaning Brenden Rice (shoulder) is the only other Chargers' wide receiver to carry a designation. Per Jordan Raanan of ESPN, New York Giants running back Tyrone Tracy Jr. (concussion) has cleared the league's concussion protocol and will play this Sunday in Week 9. It's excellent news for the rookie, who is coming off his best game on the ground of his young career thus far -- a 145-yard, one-touchdown performance against a stout Pittsburgh Steelers defense. He'll get a much easier matchup this Sunday when New York hosts their division-rival Washington Commanders at MetLife stadium. Washington has allowed 5.1 yards per carry to opposing rushing attacks this season -- the third-highest figure in the league. With the rookie back to full health, backfield mate Devin Singletary figures to again rotate in behind him in a change-of-pace role.

He will look to keep it going at home against the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 9. Chark has yet to be activated from the injured reserve after injuring his groin right before the start of the season. However, the 28-year-old was able to log two full practice sessions to close out the week, so perhaps this is the week he'll make his season debut. Even if he suits up, it will be difficult to trust the former second-round pick in his first game back to action as his role in the offense is unclear. Especially with the impending return of fellow wideout Quentin Johnston (ankle). While Chark may carve out a role for himself on the field, he's unlikely to provide a noteworthy fantasy impact.
