Greg Dulcich Sep 18 9:10pm CT
    Greg Dulcich

Denver Broncos tight end Greg Dulcich (knee/ankle) was limited at the team's practice to open up the week. Dulcich hauled in three catches for 16 yards in Denver's 13-6 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 2 and was unable to leave the contest unscathed -- sustaining not one but two injuries. It's nice to see him at least get in a little bit of work Wednesday, but it's even more intriguing that he led the team in targets in the team's defeat. Injuries have been the theme of the 24-year-old's young career, but for now, he's trending in the right direction leading up to the Broncos' Week 3 road tilt against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The UCLA product will be a touchdown-dependent option in that matchup and moving forward until there is more consistency in his offensive role.

Pierre Strong Jr. Sep 18 9:00pm CT
    Pierre Strong Jr.

Cleveland Browns running back Pierre Strong Jr. (hamstring) was officially a non-participant in the Browns' Wednesday practice. The third-year RB suffered the injury in Cleveland's 18-13 road victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars. Head coach Kevin Stefanski said Monday that Strong would be week-to-week; thus, it stands to reason that he could miss at least one game. On the season so far, he's toted the rock just three times for five yards, though he does lead backfield mates D'Onta Foreman and Jerome Ford in receiving yards (30) on three catches. Strong also contributes in the return game, totaling 25 yards on his lone kickoff return. Expect Ford and Foreman to divvy up Strong's touches while he is on the shelf, with Jaelon Darden and James Proche II handling return duties. Cleveland will face off against the Browns at home this Sunday.

Rome Odunze Sep 18 8:40pm CT
    Rome Odunze

Chicago Bears wide receiver Rome Odunze (knee) was officially a limited participant on Wednesday ahead of the third week of NFL action. Odunze suffered the injury during Chicago's Week 1 win over the Tennessee Titans. However, he was still able to suit up in Week 2, finishing his day with two catches and 33 yards on 94% of snaps. It's encouraging for the rookie's prospects of being able to dress for Sunday's road matchup against the Indianapolis Colts. On the other hand, teammate Keenan Allen (heel) was held out of practice yet again to start the week. If the rookie wideout can play, he projects to be quarterback Caleb Williams' second option in the passing attack against a porous Colts defense. Still, he'll be tough to trust as a viable option until his first-year signal-caller exhibits a bit more poise in the pocket.

Deonte Harty Sep 18 8:30pm CT
    Deonte Harty

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver and return specialist Deonte Harty (calf) was listed as a limited participant on the team's first injury report of the week. It's unknown when he picked up the injury, though it presumably occurred in the Ravens' 26-23 loss to the Las Vegas Raiders last Sunday. It's a good sign for Harty to at least get in some practice to begin the week ahead of a Week 3 road matchup against the Dallas Cowboys. The 26-year-old and the rest of Baltimore's squad will look to get into the win column for the first time this season in a tilt that presents with a 48-point implied total between the two high-powered offenses. Despite the lofty score total, Harty can be left alone even with his likely contributions in the return game. He's recorded just 18 yards over two punt returns thus far in 2024.

Raheem Mostert Sep 18 6:33pm CT
    Raheem Mostert

Miami Dolphins RB Raheem Mostert (chest) was limited during practice Wednesday, Sept. 18.

Fantasy Spin: Mostert was not able to play in the Week 2 game but seems to have a decent chance to play this week. He probably will see limited work behind De'Von Achane if he plays and probably can be avoided in most leagues.

    From TheHuddle

Calais Campbell Sep 18 6:33pm CT
    Calais Campbell

Miami Dolphins OT Terron Armstead (shoulder) and DT Calais Campbell (non-injury) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Sept. 18. WR Grant Dubose (shoulder), OG Rob Jones (shoulder), LB Jaelan Phillips (Achilles), WR Malik Washington (quadriceps) and RB Jeff Wilson Jr. (oblique) were limited during practice. OG Liam Eichenberg (shoulder) fully participated in practice.

    From TheHuddle

Dalton Schultz Sep 18 6:23pm CT
    Dalton Schultz

Houston Texans TE Dalton Schultz (ankle) was limited during practice Wednesday, Sept. 18.

Fantasy Spin: Schultz is off to a disappointing start to the season with only five receptions and 37 yards in two games. Fantasy players can consider benching Schultz if they have a better option available.

    From TheHuddle

    M.J. Stewart Sep 18 6:23pm CT
    M.J. Stewart

Houston Texans CB Kris Boyd (hip), DT Folorunso Fatukasi (shoulder) C Jarrett Patterson (calf), RB Dameon Pierce (hamstring) and C Juice Scruggs (groin) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Sept. 18. LB Azeez Al-Shaair (shin) and S M.J. Stewart (knee) were limited during practice.

Joey Slye Sep 18 6:20pm CT
    Joey Slye

New England Patriots kicker Joey Slye has positioned himself as a solid fantasy football waiver wire addition for Week 3. When the Patriots face the New York Jets on Thursday night, Slye is a candidate to exceed his project point total. For starters, the Patriots offense has afforded Slye several opportunities to kick for points this year. He has three extra points through two games and is a solid 5-for-6 on field goals. Furthermore, the Jets are a terrific matchup for Slye. New York has allowed the third-most kicking points to opposing kickers this year. They allowed 49ers kicker Jake Moody to connect on six field goals in Week 1, and Nick Folk nailed a 41-yarder against the Jets last Sunday. Slye should be treated as a fringe top-12 scorer at his position in Week 3, making him a solid streaming option if you're looking to make a change at the kicker slot.

    From RotoBaller

Allen Lazard Sep 18 6:10pm CT
    Allen Lazard

New York Jets wide receiver Allen Lazard caught two touchdown passes in Week 1 but was unable to recreate the magic in Week 2, finishing with just two catches for 11 yards. He will look to bounce back against the New England Patriots in Week 3's Thursday night game. The Patriots have struggled to contain opposing wideouts through two games this season, giving Lazard a sliver of hope for a big outing. That being said, he falls into the desperation flex category heading into Week 3 because of his inconsistency in the Jets offense.

    From RotoBaller

Tyler Conklin Sep 18 6:10pm CT
    Tyler Conklin

New York Jets tight end Tyler Conklin has struggled to make an impact through the first two weeks of the season, having caught just two passes for 16 yards thus far. Conklin will look to reverse his fortunes in Week 3's Thursday night game against the New England Patriots. The Patriots have been stingy against fantasy tight ends through two weeks as they are allowing the sixth-fewest fantasy points per game to the position. The tough matchup paired with the lack of production makes Conklin a stay-away in fantasy in Week 3.

    From RotoBaller

Tyler Allgeier Sep 18 6:10pm CT
    Tyler Allgeier

Atlanta Falcons running back Tyler Allgeier (hip) was a limited participant in practice on Wednesday. Allgeier has been a solid complement to Bijan Robinson in the Falcons' backfield thus far this season. The Falcons' run game was particularly potent in Monday night's victory against the Philadelphia Eagles. Allgeier carried the ball nine times for 53 yards in Week 2. He has 12 carries for 74 yards on the season. If Allgeier is limited or cannot play this weekend then Robinson projects to see an even larger workload than usual.

    From RotoBaller

Antonio Gibson Sep 18 6:10pm CT
    Antonio Gibson

New England Patriots running back Antonio Gibson has emerged as an intriguing fantasy option ahead of his Week 3 clash against the New York Jets. Gibson was particularly productive last Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks, rushing for 96 yards on 11 carries. Typically viewed as a pass-catcher out of the backfield, Gibson has been almost exclusively used on the ground with the Patriots this season. He offers great burst and change of pace behind lead back Rhamondre Stevenson. The big concern with Gibson is playing time. He registered a dozen touches last week, but he only played 24 percent of offensive snaps. It's difficult to play less than one-quarter of the snaps and have consistent fantasy relevance. Nevertheless, Gibson proved last week that he's capable of producing fantasy points, putting him on the radar as a fringe top-36 running back this week. Interestingly, for perhaps the first time in his career, he might rank higher in standard leagues than in PPR formats.

    From RotoBaller

Greg Zuerlein Sep 18 6:10pm CT
    Greg Zuerlein

New York Jets kicker Greg Zuerlein has been quiet through the first two weeks of the season, having attempted just one field goal over that span. He will hope for a larger workload against the New England Patriots in Week 3's Thursday night game. Zuerlein was a solid fantasy kicker in 2023 as he missed just three of his 38 field-goal attempts but he is hard to trust in fantasy this season until the Jets start affording him more chances.

    From RotoBaller

Mike Williams Sep 18 6:00pm CT
    Mike Williams

New York Jets wide receiver Mike Williams made his first catch of the season in Week 2, hauling in a 19-yard pass in a win over the Tennessee Titans. He will look to make a bigger impact against the New England Patriots in Week 3's Thursday night game. Williams, who tore his ACL early in the 2023 season, is trending in the right direction as he was in on 64.9% of the snaps in Week 2 after playing just 17.6% of the snaps in the season opener. The Patriots have been generous to opposing wide receivers through two weeks and are fresh off allowing both DK Metcalf and Jaxon Smith-Njigba to post 100-yard games last week. That being said, until Williams shows he is a bigger piece of the offense, he is just a desperation flex in fantasy.

    From RotoBaller

Josh Downs Sep 18 6:00pm CT
    Josh Downs

Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Josh Downs (ankle) was a full participant in practice on Wednesday. Downs had yet to take the field this season due to the injury. After previously stating that he plans to play in Week 3, Downs' official practice participation suggests that that is true. Downs is a talented young receiver for an offense that is growing together. He recorded 68 receptions for 771 yards and two touchdowns in 2023. Downs is not someone you should start in Week 3 but he is worth a stash if you have space on your bench. Either way, he should substantially help quarterback Anthony Richardson as a short-yardage target.

    From RotoBaller

Aaron Jones Sep 18 5:53pm CT
    Aaron Jones

Minnesota Vikings RB Aaron Jones (hip) was limited during practice Wednesday, Sept. 18.

Fantasy Spin: Jones has played despite injuries in the past, so there is a good chance that he will be available for Week 3. He likely will be involved in the running and passing game if he plays and can be a No. 2 running back or flex option in leagues.

    From TheHuddle

Braelon Allen Sep 18 5:50pm CT
    Braelon Allen

New York Jets running back Braelon Allen had a big afternoon in his team's win over the Tennessee Titans in Week 2, finding the end zone twice in the victory. Allen will look to keep it going in Week 3's Thursday night game against the New England Patriots. The Patriots are allowing the 11th-fewest fantasy points per game to running backs through two weeks but they have given up two rushing touchdowns already. Allen's workload could fluctuate from week to week as he is still the backup behind Breece Hall but he is at least on the radar as an RB3/flex option heading into Week 3.

    From RotoBaller

Jordan Addison Sep 18 5:50pm CT
    Jordan Addison

Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Jordan Addison (ankle) did not practice on Wednesday. Addison continues to recover from the ankle injury he suffered in Week 1. Addison had a highly productive rookie year that saw him score ten receiving touchdowns. His sophomore year has not gotten off to the start that many had hoped. If Addison cannot ramp up his activity as the week progresses then he will be in danger of missing another game. Practice reports over the next two days will be important for fantasy managers to monitor.

    From RotoBaller

Garrett Wilson Sep 18 5:50pm CT
    Garrett Wilson

New York Jets wide receiver Garrett Wilson has yet to post a ceiling game in 2024, having caught just 10 passes for 117 yards through two games thus far. He will look to make a bigger impact in the box score against the New England Patriots in Week 3's Thursday night game. Wilson could very well break out against a Pats defense that is allowing the seventh-most fantasy points per game through the first two weeks of the season and is fresh off getting shredded by DK Metcalf (10 catches for 129 yards and a touchdown) and Jaxon Smith-Njigba (12-117-0). Wilson is a lock for starting lineups as a low-end WR1 in fantasy heading into Thursday night.
