2024 Dynasty League Notes
We've made some changes for the upcoming 2024 season. You asked for the first one about trading #1 draft picks. The next two are subtle adjustments that should help curtail tanking as well as maintain some excitement and reason to keep playing all season long for every team in the league.
- You can now trade any of your draft picks up to three years out. How do I do this, you ask? You do this by renewing your team for those years. Nothing new, but you can only trade 2024 picks right now if you are renewed for 2024. What is new is you can also renew for 2025 right now and all of those 2025 picks (including #1) are now available to trade away. Ditto for 2026 and 2027.
- The trade deadline is moving up 3 weeks, from week 14 to week 11.
- For leagues with playoffs, the 6 teams not making the playoffs will compete against each other to determine the next season's draft order. Details are in the rules.
You can renew your teams any time between now and June 1st by going to Team -> Renew for 2024 in the Menu. There are already orphan teams for sale if you're interested in dominating even more leagues.
