Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski said that wide receiver Cedric Tillman (concussion) remains in the league's concussion protocol but is improving. Tillman suffered a concussion in last Thursday night's upset win over the division-rival Pittsburgh Steelers. He has extra time to try and pass through the NFL's concussion protocol before the Monday night contest versus the Denver Broncos in Week 13, but Tillman should be considered iffy to play this week. The 24-year-old pass-catcher will eventually need clearance from an independent neurologist later this week to be allowed to play. With Amari Cooper no longer in town, Tillman has become a weekly flex option for fantasy managers. If he were to miss Monday's game in Denver, both Jerry Jeudy and Elijah Moore would become more intriguing, while Jaelon Darden would likely start in three-wide sets alongside them.

Dynasty | The Vikings have signed quarterback Daniel Jones. Dynasty Analysis: The signing makes sense after Jones said he was looking to sign with a contender and not necessarily need a starting job. It's a solid signing for the Vikings, who have Sam Darnold at the helm but little behind him with JJ McCarthy out for the season. If Darnold was to get hurt, Jones would immediately become dynasty relevant again considering his supporting cast. This move is likely a temporary one and won't stop his dynasty value plunge, however.
The New York Giants are listing quarterback Tommy Devito (forearm) as questionable for Thursday's Thanksgiving game against the division-rival Dallas Cowboys due to a right-forearm injury. DeVito wasn't even listed on the injury report on Monday before being limited in Tuesday's walkthrough. The 26-year-old made his first start of the year in the 30-7 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 12 and predictably struggled to move the offense consistently. He went 21-for-31 for 189 yards, no touchdowns and no interceptions. DeVito probably won't be 100% if he plays, making him an even less attractive low-end QB2 option in superflex leagues. If DeVito is ruled out, Drew Lock would make his first start of the year. Either way, the Cowboys defense/special teams unit is certainly worth a play in Week 13 with questions surrounding New York's QB situation.

Indianapolis Colts head coach Shane Steichen said wide receiver Josh Downs (shoulder) won't be ruled out for Week 13 against the New England Patriots at this time, but "it's gonna be tough" for him to be available this Sunday after injuring his right shoulder in the Week 12 loss to the Detroit Lions. The Colts listed the 23-year-old as week-to-week earlier this week, so fantasy managers would be wise to move him to their benches for the time being and see how much he's able to do in practice this week from Wednesday through Friday. Downs looked to be in quite a bit of pain on Sunday, but the good news is he was able to return late in the contest. Still, it sounds like he's fighting an uphill battle to play in Week 13. If Downs is ruled out, Michael Pittman Jr., Alec Pierce and rookie Adonai Mitchell would start in three-wide sets for the Colts.

The Detroit Lions have placed wide receiver Kalif Raymond (foot) on injured reserve, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. Raymond suffered the injury last Sunday and could miss the minimum four games before returning in Week 17. At the very latest, Detroit expects to have him back for the NFL playoffs. The 30-year-old receiver has played in 11 games this season, catching 16 passes for 204 yards and three touchdowns. Fantasy managers can stay away from Raymond as long as both Amon-Ra St. Brown and Jameson Williams remain healthy down the stretch.
From RotoBaller
Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence (shoulder) will practice on Wednesday and is expected to get the majority of first-team reps, head coach Doug Pederson told the media. Pederson noted that this development is an encouraging sign for Lawrence, who is trying to get healthy and return to the starting role in Week 13. Mac Jones has filled in for Lawrence over the last two games, completing just 60.7 percent of his passes for 249 yards, zero touchdowns, three interceptions, and one last fumble. Lawrence's results have not been terrific this year, but he's an upgrade over Jones and would give the Jaguars a better chance against the Houston Texans in Sunday's divisional battle.

New York Jets running back Braelon Allen could make his first career NFL start if Breece Hall (knee) is unable to play against the Seattle Seahawks in Week 13. Hall has been dealing with soreness for nearly two weeks. He won't practice Wednesday, and interim head coach Jeff Ulbrich was non-committal on his status for Sunday. If Hall doesn't suit up, Allen would immediately step into a role that allows him to earn north of 15 touches against a softer Seahawks run defense. That's a significant upgrade over his current role, which only affords him 5.6 carries, 20.8 rushing yards, and 0.3 touchdowns per game. Allen would rank as a low-end fantasy RB2 if he were to start Sunday.
From RotoBaller
New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers will remain the starter as long as he stays healthy, interim head coach Jeff Ulbrich confirmed Wednesday. There had previously been some chatter about a potential benching after it was reported that owner Woody Johnson proposed starting Tyrod Taylor over Rodgers. However, Ulbrich has now confirmed that the job belongs to Rodgers, barring an injury. The topic of health is an interesting one given recent rumors that Rodgers refused to undergo medical scans and was a candidate for injured reserve. Nevertheless, Ulbrich cleared the air Wednesday, saying Rodgers is healthier than he has been in several weeks. The veteran quarterback ranks as the overall QB19 in fantasy football this season, completing 241 passes for 2,442 yards, 17 touchdowns, and seven interceptions. He'll rank as a high-end fantasy QB2 heading into a somewhat favorable matchup against the Seattle Seahawks.
From RotoBaller
New York Jets quarterback Jordan Travis (ankle) has experienced some setbacks and is not expected to be activated from the non-football injury list before the end of the 2024 NFL season, interim head coach Jeff Ulbrich said Wednesday. Travis suffered the injury while competing at Florida State University last season, and he was placed on the NFI list near the end of training camp. Ulbrich noted that he checks in with Travis daily, and even though his recovery isn't going as expected, the Jets' coach loves the young quarterback's work ethic and believes he can still be an impact player. Fantasy managers will likely have to wait until next year before getting a glimpse of Travis in a Jets uniform. In the meantime, New York's quarterback room will continue to feature veterans Aaron Rodgers and Tyrod Taylor.
From RotoBaller
New York Jets running back Breece Hall (knee) will not practice on Wednesday. Interim head coach Jeff Ulbrich said that Hall is still dealing with soreness after he tweaked his knee back in Week 11 against the Indianapolis Colts. Ulbrich is "still hopeful" that Hall will suit up this Sunday against the Seattle Seahawks, but he acknowledges that the Jets are in the wait-and-see phase with their star running back. Not only has Hall been productive this year, but he has also been steadily available, suiting up for all 11 games so far and playing at least 69 percent of offensive snaps in every contest. If active this week, Hall would rank as a mid-range RB1 versus the Seahawks' relatively soft defense. If he can't play, rookie Braelon Allen would step up as the Jets' top running back, ranking as a low-end fantasy RB2.

Former New York Giants quarterback Daniel Jones is signing with the Minnesota Vikings, according to NFL insider Ari Meirov. The former No. 6 overall pick in the 2019 NFL Draft lands with Kevin O'Connell following his abrupt release from New York. Jones will have the chance to sit behind Sam Darnold in hopes of regaining a starting job in the near future. Jones started 69 games for the Giants, racking up a 24-44-1 record behind 14,582 passing yards, 70 passing touchdowns, and 47 interceptions. He rushed for 2,179 yards and 15 scores. The 27-year-old is not on the fantasy football radar for now, but he's worth stashing in deep Superflex or two-QB leagues. If Darnold were to miss time, Jones would enter an offense with stud pass-catchers, and he still has a little bit of juice as a runner.
From RotoBaller
Free agent quarterback Daniel Jones has zeroed in on a "leading" choice and will reveal his intended signing destination to NFL teams on Wednesday, according to insider Josina Anderson, citing a high-ranking league official. It sounds like Jones will share the news of his signing within league circles today, and it's hard to imagine that news stays private for long. We've previously seen him linked to the Ravens and Vikings as he would reportedly prefer to be a backup quarterback with a contender. However, Anderson notes that the Raiders are still interested after Gardner Minshew II broke his collarbone last Sunday.

Los Angeles Chargers running back J.K. Dobbins (knee) has been diagnosed with a knee sprain, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. He has been ruled out for Week 13 against the Atlanta Falcons and could miss additional time, too. It's crushing news for the veteran running back who was in the midst of a potential Comeback Player of the Year campaign. Numerous injuries held Dobbins to just nine games over the three previous seasons, and he was already at 11 games played when he picked up his latest injury on Monday night. The 25-year-old has been a fringe top-12 fantasy running back this season and will return to the starting role once he's healthy again. In the meantime, Gus Edwards will step up as the leader within Los Angeles' backfield.

Kansas City Chiefs defensive end Charles Omenihu (knee) was listed as a full participant in the team's first practice of the week on Tuesday. The Chiefs opened Omenihu's 21-day practice window to return from the Physically Unable to Perform list on Nov. 13, so he's been practicing for a bit, but Tuesday was his first full session. The 27-year-old suffered a torn ACL in his knee in the AFC Championship against the Baltimore Ravens earlier in 2024 but could be poised to make his season debut on Friday against the division-rival Las Vegas Raiders. Before suffering the serious injury in last year's postseason, Omenihu had a career-high seven sacks in 11 games, so this is a pretty significant addition to KC's defensive line the rest of the way in 2024. The Chiefs defense will be a must-start fantasy unit against the two-win Raiders this week.
From RotoBaller
Las Vegas Raiders quarterback Aidan O'Connell (thumb) was a full participant during Tuesday's walkthrough. This is a promising sign after the Raiders designated him to return from the injured reserve to open the week. The organization is hopeful that O'Connell will be ready to play in time for Friday's game against the Kansas City Chiefs. O'Connell has been out since Week 7 due to a broken thumb. The Raiders lost quarterback Gardner Minshew II (collarbone) during Sunday's loss to the Denver Broncos. It seemed that Desmond Ridder might get a chance under center, but the Raiders plan to start O'Connell, assuming he doesn't suffer any setbacks. O'Connell isn't a horrible option under center, but offers little streaming appeal against the Chiefs defense.
From RotoBaller
Las Vegas Raiders tight end Harrison Bryant (ankle) was listed as a full participant during Tuesday's walkthrough. That is an encouraging sign after Bryant has been forced to miss each of the last two games. It appears Bryant is trending in the right direction ahead of Friday's game against the Kansas City Chiefs. If active, Bryant will probably serve as the third option behind Brock Bowers and Michael Mayer. There's not enough playing time available to make Bryant worth a look in fantasy formats right now.
From RotoBaller
Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Tre Tucker (hip) was a limited participant during Tuesday's walkthrough. Tucker looked sharp over the weekend as he hauled in seven receptions for 82 yards in the loss to the Denver Broncos. He also picked up a hip injury along the way, but fantasy managers shouldn't be too concerned. The Raiders could be limiting him to open the week to keep Tucker fresh ahead of Friday's game against the Kansas City Chiefs. Tucker will probably be a popular waiver wire add this week, but is a risky option for Week 13 given his track record this season.
From RotoBaller
Las Vegas Raiders running back Zamir White (quad) was unable to suit up for Tuesday's walkthrough. This is a bit concerning after White missed last week's game against the Denver Broncos due to a quad strain. The fact he sat out to open the week doesn't look good ahead of Friday's game against the Kansas City Chiefs. It's worth noting that fellow back Alexander Mattison (ankle) was able to get through a limited session on Tuesday. He figures to serve as the primary back if healthy enough to play in Week 13. Otherwise, Ameer Abdullah could have low-end RB3 value if both backs are unable to play again.
From RotoBaller
Las Vegas Raiders running back Alexander Mattison (ankle) was a limited participant during Tuesday's walkthrough practice. This comes after Mattison sat out of last week's loss to the Denver Broncos due to an ankle issue. It's only a walkthrough on Tuesday, so fantasy managers shouldn't read too much into this ahead of Friday's game against the Kansas City Chiefs. If healthy, Mattison should be considered a low-end RB3 for this week. He has been hit-or-miss lately and this isn't a great matchup for Mattison. If he sits, Zamir White (quad) and Ameer Abdullah would see increased workloads.

Dynasty | Raiders quarterback Gardner Minshew will reportedly miss the rest of the season with a broken collarbone. Dynasty Analysis: Minshew had taken back over for Aidan O'Connell, but the injury he sustained this week will keep him out the rest of the season. The Raiders have been ravaged by injuries and this is the latest. On the positive front, it seems O'Connell will be back shortly to take back over the team from Desmond Ridder. As for Minshew, his dynasty value has evaporated as it looks like he's really no better than a decent backup for a team moving forward.
