Cleveland Browns wide receiver Cedric Tillman (head) left the Thursday night game against the division-rival Pittsburgh Steelers and is being evaluated for a concussion. Tillman's return is questionable. The 24-year-old took a hard hit in the third quarter and headed into the locker room to be looked at. Before getting injured, he caught two of his four targets for 28 yards and lost a crucial fumble. If Tillman is unable to return for the rest of the game, it should mean more offensive snaps for Jaelon Darden as the No. 3 behind Jerry Jeudy and Elijah Moore. Tillman, like other Cleveland pass-catchers, has seen his fantasy stock rise ever since quarterback Jameis Winston took over the injured Deshaun Watson (Achilles), although this will be Tillman's second straight disappointing performance if he doesn't return. The Browns have another difficult matchup on tap in Week 13 against the Denver Broncos.

Arizona Cardinals running back Emari Demercado (shoulder) was limited in practice for the second straight day on Thursday. This is now back-to-back limited sessions which puts Demercado's status in danger ahead of the Week 12 matchup against the Seattle Seahawks. He hasn't been a huge piece to the offense with only three carries last week. However, Demercado recorded 59 rushing yards and a touchdown versus the Chicago Bears earlier this month. Despite that, Demercado remains the third string back and won't have much streaming appeal even if healthy this weekend.
From RotoBaller
Miami Dolphins defensive back Jalen Ramsey (knee) was listed as a full participant during Thursday's practice session. That's a relief to Dolphins fans after Ramsey was limited on Wednesday due to a knee issue. The fact he was able to get through a full session on Thursday is a good sign ahead of Sunday's game against the New England Patriots. Ramsey has 40 tackles, six passes defended, and two interceptions through 10 games this season. The All-Pro has been a key piece to this defense and appears to be ready for this important Week 12 matchup.
From RotoBaller
Washington Commanders tight end Zach Ertz was back on the practice field as a full participant during Thursday's session. The veteran tight end missed Wednesday's practice for rest purposes, but is back to being a full participant now. Fellow tight end Ben Sinnott (illness) also missed Wednesday's practice, but joined Ertz for a full session on Thursday. Both tight ends figure to have a full workload during Sunday's game against the Dallas Cowboys. Ertz is coming off a game where he hauled in six of his seven targets for 47 yards and a touchdown during last week's loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. He has been quiet for a few weeks before that game, but hopefully that is a sign of good things to come for the veteran tight end.
From RotoBaller
Washington Commanders tight end Ben Sinnott (illness) was a full participant during Thursday's practice. This is good news after Sinnott was a limited participant on Wednesday due to a minor illness. The fact that he's back to being full in practice means he should be good to go for the Week 12 matchup against the Dallas Cowboys. Sinnott has one reception for 12 yards over his last four games. The Commanders selected Sinnott in the second-round of this year's draft, but the 22-year-old hasn't seen a significant role in the passing game this season. Fantasy managers should hold Sinnott in dynasty formats, but there's little reason to roster him otherwise.
From RotoBaller
Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Van Jefferson (quad) is currently considered questionable to return to Thursday's game against the Cleveland Browns. Jefferson appears to have re-aggravated his quad injury during the first half of this contest. It's the same issue that Jefferson was dealing with last week, but he ultimately played in Week 11. He hauled in his lone target for 11 yards before exiting on Thursday. It wouldn't be shocking to see the Steelers hold out Jefferson until at least halftime. George Pickens and Calvin Austin III figure to see more targets with Jefferson absent currently.
From RotoBaller
Seattle Seahawks tight end Noah Fant (groin) returned to a limited practice on Thursday after sitting out the first session of the week on Wednesday. Fant has missed the team's last two games, with Thursday being his first practice since he hurt his groin on Oct. 30. The 27-year-old isn't in the clear just yet to play in Week 12 against the division-rival Arizona Cardinals, but his return to the practice field at least gives him a chance. In Fant's absence, rookie AJ Barner has seen a bigger role, which has made him a TE2 sleeper in much deeper fantasy leagues. If Fant is able to do more in practice on Friday and return to play on Sunday, he'd be in play as a TE2 streamer with six teams on bye in Week 12. When healthy, Fant has averaged only 5.3 half-PPR points per game, which ranks 30th among all TEs in football.
From RotoBaller
Las Vegas Raiders running backs Alexander Mattison (ankle) and Zamir White (quadriceps) both missed practice on Thursday for the second straight day this week. Unless one or both of them return to practice on Friday, the Raiders could be heading into Sunday's divisional contest against the visiting Denver Broncos with Ameer Abdullah and rookie Dylan Laube as their top backs against a top-five defense. No matter how you slice it, having any Raiders RB in your starting lineup this week in a bad matchup isn't ideal, but with six teams on bye in Week 12, it might be necessary for some. The Raiders could get Laube much more involved, but probably only if both Mattison and White sit out. In last week's loss to the Miami Dolphins, Abdullah had one carry for one yard and caught three passes for 16 yards and his second TD of the season. He'll be no better than an RB3/flex if Mattison and White are inactive.
From RotoBaller
Green Bay Packers running back Josh Jacobs (calf, quadriceps) was limited in practice for the second straight day this week on Thursday. Jacobs was also listed with a quad injury last week but played through it on his way to 18 carries for 76 yards and his fourth rushing touchdown of the season in the win over the division-rival Chicago Bears. He also caught four of five targets for a season-best 58 yards. Jacobs' status is worth watching leading up to Sunday's contest against the visiting San Francisco 49ers, and if he's active, he should be considered a low-end RB1 that should be in most starting fantasy lineups. The 49ers defense hasn't been quite as strong in 2024 as in years past and they've allowed the ninth-most half-PPR points per game to RBs in the last three weeks. The 26-year-old has seen a strong 19.9 touches per game in his first year in Green Bay.
From RotoBaller
Cleveland Browns running back D'Onta Foreman is a healthy scratch on Thursday night for the third straight week against the division-rival Pittsburgh Steelers. Now that Jerome Ford is back to full health, Foreman has fallen to fourth on the RB depth chart in Cleveland behind Nick Chubb, Ford and Pierre Strong Jr. As long as none of the trio are injured against Pittsburgh, Foreman figures to be a healthy scratch again in Week 13 against the Denver Broncos. The 28-year-old opened the 2024 campaign with a bigger role alongside Ford while Chubb recovered from a gruesome knee injury the year prior. In eight games in his first year with the Browns, Foreman hasn't been very effective, averaging a weak 3.4 yards per carry for 155 rushing yards and no touchdowns on 46 rushing attempts. He's added five catches for 46 yards.
From RotoBaller
San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey (Achilles) was rested on Wednesday in the first practice of the week before being limited in Thursday's session. McCaffrey isn't in any real danger of not playing in Week 12 against the Green Bay Packers on Sunday, but the 49ers will continue to take it easy on him during the practice week after he missed the first nine weeks of the season due to bilateral Achilles tendonitis. The 28-year-old hasn't scored for his fantasy managers in his first two games of the season, but he has gone over 100 scrimmage yards in both contests, which counts for something. In addition, backup Jordan Mason has been a distant No. 2 in terms of usage. The Packers defense has been middle of the pack this year in terms of fantasy points allowed per game to RBs, but they've given up the fourth-most fantasy points to the position in the last three weeks. CMC is a must-start RB1.
From RotoBaller
San Francisco 49ers defensive end Nick Bosa (hip) and left tackle Trent Williams (ankle) were both absent from practice on Thursday for the second straight day this week. It's bad news for the team's defensive and offensive-line standouts in terms of their availability for the upcoming game on Sunday versus the Green Bay Packers. The 27-year-old Bosa is pretty banged up right now and will need to return to practice on Friday to have a shot at playing in Week 12. The same can be said for Williams, who came out of the Week 11 loss to the division-rival Seattle Seahawks with soreness related to a nagging ankle injury. Both Bosa and Williams were questionable to play last week, but this week they could be held out entirely. Fantasy managers in IDP leagues should have a backup D-lineman in place in case Bosa is ruled out on Friday.
From RotoBaller
San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy (shoulder) was listed as a limited practice participant for the second straight day this week on Thursday. Purdy also didn't speak to the media after practice on Thursday, instead opting to get extra treatment for his sore right shoulder. The 24-year-old's status is a bit up in the air for Sunday's game at Lambeau Field against the hosting Green Bay Packers, but the good news is he did more throwing in warmups than he did on Wednesday. In a worst-case scenario for the Niners, Purdy would be held out this weekend in favor of Brandon Allen under center. We'll have a better idea of Purdy's status after Friday's practice. If Purdy gets more done in Friday's practice and is cleared to play by Sunday, he should be considered a low-end QB1 option in fantasy against a Packers defense that has been more stingy against the position in recent weeks.
From RotoBaller
San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle (hamstring) was limited in practice for the second straight day this week on Thursday. Kittle has been dealing with some hamstring irritation of late and was held out of the Week 11 loss to the division-rival Seattle Seahawks. The 31-year-old intends to return this Sunday to face the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field, though, and fantasy managers need to move him back into all starting lineups. He could be a little more risky as a TE1 in his first game back after missing last week, but Kittle has been the most productive TE for fantasy managers this year when active, so he's a no-brainer must-start if he's playing. Despite missing two games this season, Kittle is the TE2 in overall fantasy points, behind only rookie Brock Bowers. Kittle's seven touchdowns lead all tight ends.
From RotoBaller
Los Angeles Chargers outside linebacker Khalil Mack (groin) was listed as a limited participant for the team's first practice of the week on Thursday. Outside linebackers Joey Bosa (hip) and Bud Dupree (foot) and safety Derwin James Jr. (groin) were also limited. Meanwhile, linebacker Denzel Perryman (groin) was a DNP. Mack aggravated a groin injury in the Week 10 win over the Tennessee Titans and sat out of the Week 11 victory over the Cincinnati Bengals. The fact that the 33-year-old pass-rusher is practicing in the first practice of the week could be a good sign that he will return to face the Baltimore Ravens on Monday night. Even with Mack back, the Bolts' defense will have a big challenge on their hands against the reigning MVP in Lamar Jackson and a potent Ravens offense. The three-time All-Pro hasn't been quite as good in 2024 as when he registered a career-high 17 sacks last year, as he has 4.5 sacks in nine games.
From RotoBaller
The New England Patriots removed tight end Austin Hooper (neck) from the Week 12 injury report on Thursday, which means he was a full practice participant. Hooper was limited in Wednesday's session but is now ready to roll for a divisional clash this Sunday at Hard Rock Stadium against the Miami Dolphins. The 30-year-old veteran has become more intriguing as a TE2 sleeper play in deeper leagues and DFS contests now that rookie quarterback Drake Maye is leading the offense. However, the fantasy ceiling and floor remain pretty low as he works behind Hunter Henry. Most of Hooper's production has come in the last two games, as he's caught seven of his eight targets for 99 yards and no touchdowns. Hooper's lone score of the season came back in the loss to the San Francisco 49ers back on Sept. 29. He should be on the waiver wire in most fantasy leagues.
From RotoBaller
Green Bay Packers cornerback Jaire Alexander (knee) said on Thursday that he's dealing with a torn PCL that he suffered in the win over the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 8. Alexander missed the Week 9 game against the Detroit Lions. The Packers had their bye in Week 10, and Alexander played just 10 defensive snaps in last week's win over the Chicago Bears before leaving the game and not returning. He's hoping to return to the All-Pro form he had in 2020 and 2022 but doesn't know exactly when he might be back with the team. Alexander did say, though, that "I just need more than 21 days of non-contact." The veteran defensive back has missed 27 of a potential 61 regular-season games since the start of 2021, with 26 of them coming due to injury. Alexander can still be an elite corner when healthy, but Green Bay's secondary will be more vulnerable in Week 12 against the San Francisco 49ers.
From RotoBaller
Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Nelson Agholor (illness) was listed as a non-participant for the team's first practice of the week on Thursday. It's worth watching, but with the Ravens playing on Monday night in Week 12 against the Los Angeles Chargers, Agholor should be feeling better by then. We'll have a better idea of the 31-year-old's status by the time the Ravens release their final injury report for the week on Saturday. Even if Agholor is active, though, fantasy managers should have plenty of better options to throw into a flex spot in Week 12. Agholor didn't come down with his only target in the Week 11 loss to the division-rival Pittsburgh Steelers and has only 13 receptions on 26 targets for 205 yards and two touchdowns in 11 games in his second year in Baltimore.
From RotoBaller
Baltimore Ravens running back Justice Hill (concussion) is in the league's concussion protocol but was able to put in a limited practice on Thursday. Hill apparently came out of the Week 11 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers with a concussion and is now questionable to suit up for the Monday night showdown against the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 12. The good news is the 27-year-old has an extra day to try and clear the concussion protocol this week, and the fact he was in a non-contact jersey on Thursday helps his chances. Hill has become less attractive as a deep-league flex at RB since the return of second-year back Keaton Mitchell. Fantasy managers will most likely want to avoid Hill this week since he's most likely going to at least be questionable to play on Monday. If Hill doesn't get the green light to face the Bolts, rookie Rasheen Ali would be in line to be active behind Derrick Henry and Mitchell.
From RotoBaller
Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts (ankle) returned to full participation in Thursday's practice, as expected, after he was limited on Wednesday. Hurts tweaked his ankle a little bit a week ago in the win over the division-rival Washington Commanders and was receiving a little extra maintenance for it on Wednesday. The 26-year-old was never in any doubt to play in Week 12 against the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday Night Football and should remain locked into all starting fantasy lineups as a game-changing, elite QB1. Hurts will be looking for a bounce-back performance after running back Saquon Barkley stole the show last week. The Rams defense has been a plus matchup for opposing QBs in terms of fantasy points, although they have yet to allow a rushing TD to a QB all year. In the last six games, Hurts has thrown for eight TDs and one pick and has rushed for nine TDs.
