Houston Texans tight end Dalton Schultz will face the struggling Tennessee Titans in Week 12, though that's not good news for a mid-tier fantasy player at his position. The Titans' solid defense has been particularly good against fantasy tight ends, ranking sixth overall and holding Minnesota's T.J. Hockenson to just two catches for 13 yards in a loss to the Vikings last week. Schultz now hasn't scored a regular-season touchdown in a calendar year and ranks 23rd among tight ends in PPR formats. Bye weeks are wreaking havoc on lineups, but fantasy managers should aim higher than Schultz's typical TE2 output if they have other options.

The Green Bay Packers defense and special teams unit got a bit of an upgrade and should now be considered a pretty good option in fantasy lineups as the Packers host the San Francisco 49ers in Week 12. The 49ers will be without quarterback Brock Purdy (shoulder) as he was ruled out of Sunday's matchup due to a shoulder injury. Journeyman backup Brandon Allen will get the nod for the suddenly reeling 49ers who are looking to crawl out of a 5-5 hole on the season to reach the playoffs in the NFC. For the Packers, their defense hasn't been great over the last four games, but their three-sack and a blocked kick against the Chicago Bears were good enough to place in the top-ten for fantasy defenses. With Allen in at quarterback on the road at Lambeau Field, the Packers should get a solid upgrade to become plenty startable in Week 12.

The Tennessee Titans present a difficult matchup for Houston Texans wide receiver Tank Dell in their first meeting of the season in Week 12. The Titans' brutal offense has dragged down the team's record, but their defense ranks an impressive second overall against fantasy wide receivers through 11 weeks. That presents a complicated decision for fantasy managers who roster the second-year Texan, who is once again playing second fiddle to teammate Nico Collins and dependent on a shaky Houston offensive line that has struggled to limit sacks at times. Dell is averaging 8.3 targets over his past three games, but the risk involved with the Week 12 matchup relegates him to a WR3/Flex play.

Baltimore Ravens running back Justice Hill (concussion) was able to practice in full on Friday after being limited on Thursday. Hill suffered a concussion in the Week 11 loss to the division-rival Pittsburgh Steelers and is working through the league's concussion protocol. It's a good sign that he ditched his non-contact jersey on Friday, but Hill still needs to gain clearance from an independent neurologist in order to get the green light to play on Monday night versus the Los Angeles Chargers. If Hill is cleared in time to play on Monday, he'll be a low-upside RB3/flex, at best, in point-per-reception leagues. His opportunities out of Baltimore's backfield could be more sparse down the stretch as second-year back Keaton Mitchell gets more involved. If Hill isn't cleared by an independent neurologist, Mitchell and rookie Rasheen Ali would be backing up Derrick Henry against the Bolts.

Back in the lineup after a prolonged absence, Houston Texans wide receiver Nico Collins is once again a top fantasy option as his team takes on the Tennessee Titans in Week 12. The Michigan Man had only four catches last week against Dallas, but he also played only 47% of Houston's offensive snaps in the 34-10 win. The Titans, however, are a much tougher defensive matchup. Tennessee has given up the fewest air yards in the NFL so far this season and ranks second against fantasy wide receivers. Already one of the top-performing fantasy players of the year, Houston Texans running back Joe Mixon faces another decent matchup when his team plays host to the Tennessee Titans in Week 12. The top Houston back has scored in six straight games and rushed for 100-plus yards in five of six, and now takes on a Tennessee team that ranks 17th against fantasy running backs. The Texans are giving Mixon a feature back workload with nearly four red zone touches and 2.5 targets per game, making him a dynamic RB1 option in any format. He should be starting once again in Week 12.

Green Bay Packers tight end Tucker Kraft looks to get out of his production slump as the Packers host the San Francisco 49ers in Week 12. If you've started Kraft in fantasy football over the past couple of weeks, you've no doubt been disappointed. Just before the Packers' bye in Week 10, Kraft was held to four catches for 34 yards on six targets. Last week after the team's bye, Kraft was completely stymied with just one target and no catches. The Packers' offense has been in a funk lately with quarterback Jordan Love not throwing for double-digit touchdowns in the last three games. With the Packers set to tangle with a tough pass defense in the 49ers, Kraft is in the streaming category of fantasy tight ends this week, where you're hoping for a touchdown to make starting him worth it.

Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Rashod Bateman (knee) was added to the Week 12 injury report on Friday and was listed as a non-participant. Mid-week additions to the injury report are usually not good, but Bateman has one more day to get back on the practice field before the Ravens release their final injury report on Saturday for Monday night's game against the Los Angeles Chargers. If the 24-year-old's injury is serious enough to keep him sidelined in Week 12, it could be an opportunity for the recently acquired Diontae Johnson to finally get more involved in the offense next to Zay Flowers and Nelson Agholor (illness). Bateman was held quiet in the Week 11 loss to the division-rival Pittsburgh Steelers, but he's quietly had a career year in his fourth year in Baltimore, catching 33 passes for 531 yards and four touchdowns in 11 games.

Kicker Ka'imi Fairbarin of the Houston Texans remains a clear starter once again as his team prepares to take on the slumping Tennessee Titans in Week 12. The longtime Texans kicker has logged at least two made field goals in seven consecutive games, and nobody in the NFL has made more kicks from beyond 50 yards this season. Nine of his 11 kicks from 50-plus yards were indoors, and the Texans find themselves playing their first of two matchups with the Titans at home this week. At this point, Fairbairn is an every-game starter while attached to a talented Houston offense.

San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle (hamstring) was removed from the final injury report on Friday and will be active for the Week 12 game on Sunday against the hosting Green Bay Packers. Hamstring irritation caused Kittle to miss the Week 11 loss to the division-rival Seattle Seahawks, but he'll end his absence at just one game and return this weekend at Lambeau Field. Fantasy managers' excitement will be tempered for the 31-year-old, though, with quarterback Brock Purdy (shoulder) being ruled out for Week 12. Indianapolis Colts quarterback Anthony Richardson is coming off his best fantasy performance since Week 1 after accounting for three touchdowns in Week 11. In Week 12, the Colts draw the Lions and they will be seven-point home underdogs in a game that features a high expected total (50). Although the 22-year-old completed 67% of his passes last week, he still has just a 48.5% completion rate for the season, so Indy would prefer to not have to play catch-up all day through the air. Look for the Colts to attempt to keep the ball out of Jared Goff's hands by sticking to the run for as long as possible, as difficult a task as that may be against a rush defense that has allowed the fifth-fewest rush yards per game this season. Still, Richardson should have a decent floor with his rushing ability and has a decent chance to score if they get down close. View the former first-round draft pick as a high-end QB2, with his rushing ability giving him QB1 upside this week.

Despite practicing in full all week, the Denver Broncos ruled wide receiver Josh Reynolds (hand) out for Week 12 against the division-rival Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday. Although Reynolds is getting close to making his return, he'll remain on Injured Reserve for another week. The 29-year-old's next chance to play for the Broncos will be in Week 13 against the Cleveland Browns on Monday Night Football. In addition to landing on IR with a hand injury, Reynolds was shot multiple times in an off-the-field incident. Those injuries apparently aren't holding him back at all. When Reynolds does return, he'll be battling for targets behind Courtland Sutton with rookies Devaughn Vele and Troy Franklin and Lil'Jordan Humphrey. Denver's offense is peaking right now, but it's still hard to envision Reynolds having a consistent enough role to warrant fantasy attention in 12-team leagues.

Washington Commanders tight end Zach Ertz should continue to be viewed as a low-end TE1 in Week 12 when he faces the Dallas Cowboys. Last week, during their loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, Ertz brought in six of his seven targets for 47 yards and his second touchdown of the season. Since Week 6, Ertz has scored double-digit PPR points in four of the six contests and averaged 6.2 targets per game in this span. With a lack of a proven No.2 option in the passing attack, Ertz has continued to see a steady volume of work weekly. Washington Commanders kicker Zane Gonzalez could be in line to start his third-straight contest with Austin Seibert (hip) listed as questionable. Seibert has been sidelined over the past two weeks with a hip injury. Gonzalez has filled in quite well in his absence, as he has gone 3-for-3 on attempts and a perfect 4-for-4 on extra points. San Francisco 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan announced that quarterback Brandon Allen will make the start on Sunday against the Green Bay Packers in Week 12 in place of the injured Brock Purdy (shoulder), who has been ruled out. An MRI exam on Purdy's right shoulder delivered encouraging news, so the team doesn't expect a long-term absence, but Allen will at least fill in this weekend and could have to again in Week 13 versus the Buffalo Bills. The Washington Commanders defense is shaping up to be a solid streaming option facing a struggling Dallas offense this weekend. Despite disappointing in their previous two games against the Philadelphia Eagles and Pittsburgh Steelers, fantasy managers should still consider the Washington defense, given their favorable matchup. During their past two games with Cooper Rush under center, the Cowboys have scored just 16 total points, been sacked eight times, and thrown two interceptions. The San Francisco 49ers officially ruled defensive end Nick Bosa (hip, oblique) out for the Week 12 game on Sunday at Lambeau Field against the Green Bay Packers. Over his past two games, Daniels has posted the two lowest fantasy scores of his standout rookie season. During this stretch, Daniels has tallied just one score and averaged a mere 196.5 passing yards per game. However, before this, Daniels scored at least 20.0+ PPR points in all but one contest this season. Removing his Week 7 game, where he left early, Daniels has averaged a strong 25.3 PPR points per game during Weeks 3 through 9 and scored 11 total touchdowns during this span. Facing a Dallas Cowboys defense that has allowed the 28th-most PPR points to opposing QBs sets the LSU product up for a great "get-right" matchup, making him a solid QB1.

Washington Commanders running back Brian Robinson Jr. returned to action last Thursday and found the end zone for the seventh time this season and should be in a great position to stay hot facing the Dallas Cowboys. Throughout the season, Robinson has failed to score double-digit PPR points in just one game and is averaging a solid 65.5 rushing yards per game. In addition, he has continued to be deployed as the de facto red zone option out of the backfield, which has set him up for great scoring opportunities. Facing the Cowboys, who have allowed the 30th-most PPR points to opposing RBs this season, suggests Robinson could be in store for another solid showing on Sunday afternoon, making him an RB2 with upside.
