Arizona Cardinals running back James Conner got back on track to a degree in the Week 14 loss. Conner rushed for 68 yards on 17 carries while adding 13 receiving yards on three catches. That was another 20+ touch game for Conner, and he has the full confidence of being the workhorse of the organization after signing a two-year contract extension this past weekend. With the contract noise behind him, confidence should be high for Conner and the Cardinals, and they will rely on him heavily as they try to push their way into the playoffs down the stretch. This has the looks of another round of missed practices and possibly missed games for the hard-luck Lawrence, who was attempting to slide before getting plowed into.
