Arizona Cardinals running back James Conner recorded 53 rushing yards on 20 carries and a touchdown in the Week 9 victory over the Miami Dolphins. Conner also caught two of three passes for 16 receiving yards. The Cardinals struggled to establish the run against the stout Dolphins front. Despite this struggle, Conner made critical plays in the fourth quarter and found the end zone, delivering a solid fantasy outing and helping the Cardinals secure the victory. Conner received 20 carries and remains the Cardinals' workhorse. He is set to be a mid- to high-end RB2 when the Cardinals host the Bears in Week 10.

After missing three weeks due to injury, Indianapolis Colts running back Jonathan Taylor (ankle) looked like his old self on Sunday, rushing 20 times for 105 yards (5.3 YPC) and a score while adding one catch for 12 yards in the 23-20 loss to the Texans. Neither Tyler Goodson nor Trey Sermon received a single carry in the contest as Taylor monopolized the rushing duties. The 25-year-old now has five touchdowns in five games played and has gone over 100 total yards rushing and receiving in four straight games he's participated in. The former second-round draft pick will probably be an RB1 again in Week 9, although Minnesota has limited backs to just three rushing touchdowns (two through the air as well) thus far.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Jalen McMillan was forced into the No. 1 role with Mike Evans (hamstring) and Chris Godwin (ankle) going down. McMillan didn't appear quite ready for that role as he struggled throughout most of Sunday's game. The rookie wideout hauled in four of his seven targets for 35 yards in the loss to the Atlanta Falcons. It didn't seem that McMillan and quarterback Baker Mayfield were on the same page this week. Hopefully some more practice time will help the duo get back on track. McMillan should be in the flex conversation for the Week 9 matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray threw for over 300 yards for the first time this season in Sunday's 28-27 win over the Miami Dolphins. Murray's official stat line included 26 completions on 36 attempts for 307 yards and two touchdowns while adding 19 yards on the ground. He played his best game of the season so far and orchestrated a game-winning drive that set up Chad Ryland to hit the walk-off field goal. While Murray didn't have as many designed runs in previous weeks, this was primarily due to the Dolphins' ability to stop the run and the Cardinals' shift to a pass-first offense, which should not concern fantasy managers. Murray remains a starting fantasy quarterback as the Cardinals take on the Bears in Week 9.

Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. finally got back on track with a 22-yard touchdown catch in the Week 8 victory over the Miami Dolphins. Harrison Jr. hauled in six catches for 111 yards and a touchdown, which is on par for a WR1-type outing. The Cardinals showed a commitment to scheming up looks for Harrison Jr. to get the ball despite playing against one of the top passing defenses in the NFL. If they continue that commitment, fantasy managers should once again feel confident in starting Harrison Jr. He appears to be valued as a high-end WR2 when the Cardinals host the Chicago Bears in Week 9.

Buffalo Bills tight end Dalton Kincaid caught four passes for 31 yards and a touchdown in the team's 31-10 victory over the Seattle Seahawks. Kincaid finished tied for second on the team in targets (seven), trailing wide receiver Khalil Shakir. His touchdown came from 12 yards out just before halftime. The score saved what was otherwise a mediocre performance on National Tight Ends Day. Fellow tight end Dawson Knox tallied more yards (50) on two receptions. Kincaid will be a low-end TE1 when the Bills host the Miami Dolphins next week.
From RotoBaller
Denver Broncos wide receiver Devaughn Vele reeled in all three of his targets for 28 yards in his team's 28-14 victory over the Carolina Panthers. It was an acceptable performance for the rookie wideout as quarterback Bo Nix spread the ball around effectively -- completing a pass to 11 different Denver pass-catchers, with seven recording at least two targets. Fellow wideout Courtland Sutton was the only Broncos skill player to register more than six (11). While Vele likely wasn't counted on by fantasy managers, it's a disappointing effort against one of the league's least formidable defenses, particularly after he recorded 14 targets over his first two outings. The 26-year-old will get another opportunity to be more involved in Week 9 when he and the Broncos square off against the Baltimore Ravens on the road.

Dynasty | Cardinals rookie wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr had six catches for 111 yards and a touchdown in a win against Miami. Dynasty Analysis: It was another day at the office for Harrison, who hasn't had a truly monster performance since his 8/130/2 game in week two, but is looking like a player with an extraordinarily high floor. Harrison is on pace for nearly 1,000 yards and double-digit touchdowns as a rookie, making him one of the most coveted assets in dynasty leagues already. He's solidified his status as a top-two rookie already.
Dynasty | Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray completed 26-of-36 passes for 307 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions in a win against Miami. Dynasty Analysis: Murray doesn't get as many headlines as some others, but he's been solid all season and now has 11 touchdowns and just three interceptions on the year. While he only has one game with at least three touchdowns, he's also thrown at least one in every game this season. His high floor is going to keep him on the QB1 line this year and the buy low window on Murray is quickly closing.
Dynasty | Dolphins running back De'Von Achane had 97 rushing yards, six catches, 50 receiving yards, and one touchdown in a loss against Arizona. Dynasty Analysis: This game looked a lot like many of his in last year's rookie breakout as he did his damage on just 16 touches. While Raheem Mostert took both rushing touchdowns away from him today, Achane again proved he can carve out RB1/2 value without getting anything cheap. With Tua Tagovailoa back in the fold, Achane's buy low window just closed again.
Dynasty | Lions quarterback Jared Goff completed 12-of-15 passes for 85 yards and three touchdowns in a demolition of the Titans. Dynasty Analysis: Goff's completion percentage is hovering around a staggering 75% this season (or 30% higher than that of Anthony Richardson, if you're counting) and he has now thrown for 13 touchdowns and just four interceptions. Goff is having a career year and the Lions are simply plowing through most of their opponents at this point. While he's never going to post big rushing lines, Goff now has eight touchdown passes and no interceptions over the last three weeks. He also hasn't thrown an interception in more than a calendar month. Goff is an easy target for a contending team as a very solid QB1.
Dynasty | Titans wide receiver Calvin Ridley had ten catches for 143 yards in a loss to the Lions. Dynasty Analysis: He was targeted a whopping 15 times on the day. While part of that was game script specific as the Titans were getting their doors blown off, it's notable as Ridley has been critical of his role in recent weeks. One week doesn't make a total turnaround, but it looks like Ridley may just be on the cusp of a mid-season rebound. His ADP and ranking drop should stop for the moment.
Dynasty | Lions running back Jahmyr Gibbs had 127 rushing yards, one catch, six receiving yards, and one touchdown in a win against Tennessee. Dynasty Analysis: Gibbs and David Montgomery (Sonic and Knuckles) did their thing yet again as each scored a touchdown in the blowout win against the Titans. Gibbs is going to post some clunkers as a true committee back, but he's also good enough to break one each and every week. He'll remain a solid option and solid hold in dynasty leagues as the season goes on.
Dynasty | Browns quarterback Jameis Winston completed 27-of-41 passes for 334 yards and three touchdowns in an upset win against Baltimore. Dynasty Analysis: Just when you thought Deshaun Watson couldn't look worse, this happens. Winston unlocked the potential of the Browns offense the week after Watson tore his Achilles, making his season look even worse in the process. Simply put, this was by far the best the Browns have looked all year. Winston is prone to massive ups and downs, but this shows he still has some juice left in the tank and it's a near certainty he'll keep the job even when Dorian Thompson-Robinson proves healthy. Winston looks like a player who should be on dynasty rosters for certain.
Dynasty | Browns wide receiver Cedric Tillman had seven catches for 99 yards and two touchdowns in a win against Baltimore. Dynasty Analysis: It was fair to wonder who was going to take over for the recently departed Amari Cooper and that's been answered as Tillman has posted 15 catches for 180 yards and two touchdowns over the past two weeks. While we may need to see just a little more before making him a weekly lineup staple, his dynasty value is clearly on the rise.
Dynasty | Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts completed 16-of-20 passes for 236 yards, adding 37 rushing yards and posting four total touchdowns in a win against the Bengals. Dynasty Analysis: That's more like it. Hurts hasn't looked like himself for much of the season, but he was downright surgical today. With Saquon Barkley (108 rushing yards) running effectively, Hurts is finding open receivers and finally has both AJ Brown (five catches for 84 yards) and DeVonta Smith (six catches for 85 yards and one touchdown) back healthy. He still has just eight passing touchdowns, but his seven rushing scores have made up for it. Regardless, Hurts is a QB1 moving forward and one who may be on the cusp of a nice second half of the fantasy season.
Dynasty | Saints quarterback Spencer Rattler was benched in the Saints loss to the Chargers. Dynasty Analysis: Rattler completed 12-of-24 passes for 156 yards on the day, but failed to really move the offense effectively as most of his passing yards came from run after the catch efforts from Alvin Kamara and others. Rattler just doesn't quite look ready for prime time and while he's still a decent dynasty hold, it would be surprising to see him start over Jake Haener next week.
Dynasty | Chargers rookie wide receiver Ladd McConkey had six catches for 111 yards and two touchdowns in a win against New Orleans. Dynasty Analysis: McConkey's 60-yard touchdown reception was the highlight of the game and while he was third in the pecking order in terms of targets, he caught all six of them and posted the best game of his young career. This was a much-needed breakout performance for McConkey, who now really does look the part of a top-ten rookie draft pick. His dynasty value should rise a touch after this one.
Dynasty | Panthers quarterback Bryce Young completed 24-of-37 passes for 224 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions in a loss to Denver. Dynasty Analysis: Baby steps. While much of his damage came in garbage time, Young was at least competent on the day and that's a step in the right direction for the young quarterback. He could still get traded if the Panthers are truly done with him, but this wasn't a total nightmare like some of his other starts have been. He'll remain a weak hold in dynasty leagues with his value at near zero.
Dynasty | Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce had ten catches for 90 yards and one touchdown in a win against Las Vegas. Dynasty Analysis: This was a major step in the right direction for Kelce, who hadn't scored a touchdown all season. His stat line today represented the most catches, targets, yards and touchdowns in a game this year and is hopefully a sign of things to come. Still, we'll need to see more to view Kelce as a truly elite TE1 again as his season has been a clunker thus far.
