Miami Dolphins kicker Jason Sanders made 4-of-4 field goal attempts and missed his only extra-point try in Week 14's 32-26 victory in overtime over the New York Jets. The last of Sanders' field goals was from 52 yards to tie the game at 26 with seven seconds remaining. Sanders was perfect 2-for-2 (57, 52) in long field goal attempts from 50 yards out. However, his perfect kick streak ended at six games, but his field goal streak remains intact. He has been one of the best kickers in fantasy football during his streak and should continue to see plenty of opportunities down the stretch. Sanders and the Dolphins will travel to face the Houston Texans in Week 15.

San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy rebounded from a depressing road trip to lead the team to an impressive 38-13 home victory over the Chicago Bears on Sunday. The former seventh-rounder completed 20-of-25 attempts for 325 yards, two touchdowns and no turnovers. He rushed five times for 11 yards. Both touchdowns came on crossing patterns in the red zone to wideout Jauan Jennings against a surprisingly ineffective Chicago zone coverage scheme. The patchwork left side of San Francisco's offensive line stepped up in Week 14, allowing just one sack of Purdy, a good sign moving forward if tackle Trent Williams (ankle) and guard Aaron Banks (concussion) were to miss more time. It's worth noting, Purdy left the game in pain momentarily after being roughed in the second half but re-entered quickly. More importantly, today's domination and connection with Jennings and George Kittle was fresh air for those relying on Purdy. His matchups for the fantasy playoffs aren't great, getting a mediocre Rams pass defense at home on Thursday night in Week 15 before facing two stingy pass defenses -- first in Miami, then at home against the Lions.
From RotoBaller
Buffalo Bills tight end Dawson Knox only caught one pass on one target for five yards in a narrow loss to the Los Angeles Rams. The 28-year-old was Buffalo's primary tight end with Dalton Kincaid (knee) sidelined. Knox and running back James Cook were the only Bills starters who did not benefit from a 42-point Buffalo bonanza. Knox hasn't been getting many looks despite Kincaid's extended three-game absence. Kincaid should be nearing a return. Knox should not be started next week against a rugged Detroit defense.
From RotoBaller
Las Vegas Raiders running back Ameer Abdullah rushed once for one yard in Sunday's 28-13 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He caught one of two targets for a three-yard loss. After handling lead back duties in the Raiders' offense over the last few weeks, the veteran bottomed out in Week 14 -- playing clear second-fiddle to third-year back Sincere McCormick (15/78). Abdullah saw his workload tick down in Week 13, but it was all McCormick Sunday afternoon, as he was also more productive in the passing game. It's a blow to fantasy managers relying on the 31-year-old -- particularly through another six-team bye week. With his role now in question and one of, if not both, Alexander Mattison (ankle) and Zamir White (quad) due back shortly, Abdullah can likely be avoided for fantasy purposes.
From RotoBaller
Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill (wrist) caught 10 of 14 targets for 115 yards and a touchdown in the 32-26 victory over the New York Jets. Hill also added six rushing yards on one attempt. The touchdown came on a crucial 4th and goal that tied the game at 23 after Jaylen Waddle converted the two-point attempt. This marks the first time since Week 1 that Hill has posted 100-plus receiving yards in a game. The touchdown is the fourth time he has found paydirt in the last five games. The 30-year-old is starting to have some of the performances that fantasy managers have hoped for when drafting him early in the first round back in August. With Miami needing wins in all their remaining games, Hill should continue to be heavily utilized down the stretch. Miami will travel in Week 15 to take on the Houston Texans.
From RotoBaller
Buffalo Bills wide receiver Khalil Shakir caught five passes for 106 yards and one touchdown in the team's loss to the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday. Shakir led the Bills in receiving yards. His total was one yard shy of his season-high mark. Shakir's touchdown came deep in the third quarter when the slot receiver took a short completion and sprinted past defenders for 51 yards. It was his first score since Week 3. He later caught a 34-yard pass to the Rams' one-yard line. Shakir will be in the flex conversation again when the Bills travel to Detroit next week.
From RotoBaller
Buffalo Bills wide receiver Amari Cooper caught six passes for 95 yards in the team's 42-44 loss to the Los Angeles Rams. The veteran was targeted a team-high 14 times in what was ultimately his busiest game as a member of the Bills. It's encouraging to see Cooper's usage increase as he gets more comfortable with the Buffalo offense and his wrist ailment heals. Unfortunately for fantasy managers who started Cooper, Josh Allen's three passing touchdowns went to Khalil Shakir, Mack Hollins, and Ty Johnson. Cooper and the rest of the Bills travel to face the Detroit Lions in Week 15.
From RotoBaller
Buffalo Bills wide receiver Mack Hollins caught four of six targets for 57 yards and a touchdown in the team's 42-44 loss to the Los Angeles Rams. His score came from 21 yards away midway through the fourth quarter. Hollins' playing time has increased with Keon Coleman (wrist) out of the lineup and he's now found paydirt two games in a row. However, there's little consistency in his usage with several players ahead of him in the target pecking order. Coleman is nearing a return, which would send Hollins to the sidelines more often. He does not need to be added to fantasy football rosters.
From RotoBaller
Miami Dolphins tight end Jonnu Smith caught three of four targets for 44 yards and a touchdown in Week 14's 32-26 overtime victory over the New York Jets. His touchdown grab to seal the victory came from 10 yards out on a beautiful touchball by Tua Tagovailoa. Smith went into the contest on an absolute tear. His averages in the previous three games were 10 targets, 8.3 receptions, and 100.3 yards per game. That was on top of scoring three touchdowns in that same span. Smith has quickly emerged as one of the top tight ends in fantasy football and should be a vital part of the Dolphins offense for the remainder of the season. Week 15 presents a road matchup with the Houston Texans.
From RotoBaller
Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen threw for three touchdowns and added three more on the ground in the team's 42-44 loss to the Los Angeles Rams. Allen was the biggest beneficiary of the shootout in the City of Angels. In addition to his six scores, Buffalo's franchise quarterback threw for 342 yards and ran for 82 on 10 carries. Although he hit a season-high mark for rushing yards, all three touchdowns were one-yard plunges. All of that production turned into 51 fantasy points. Despite the loss, Allen's performance confirms his status as the favorite to win MVP. Another shootout against the Detroit Lions could be on tap next week.
From RotoBaller
Buffalo Bills defensive back Rasul Douglas (knee, back) was forced from his team's 44-42 loss to the Los Angeles Rams twice on Sunday. Late in the third quarter, Douglas left the outing after a Rams scoring play with a back injury but was cleared to return and did so the next time he was needed. However, ESPN's Alaina Getzenberg reports that the 30-year-old was again forced from the contest -- this time with a knee injury. He did not reenter the game. Before exiting, the veteran racked up six tackles (four solo). It appears the back injury won't be an issue moving forward, but the knee ailment he picked up could be a problem. Expect an update on its severity over the next few days as Buffalo begins their prep for a Week 15 road tilt against the Detroit Lions.
From RotoBaller
Buffalo Bills running back James Cook rushed six times for 20 yards and caught two passes for nine yards in the team's 42-44 loss to the Los Angeles Rams. The 25-year-old was bottled up on his first few carries and then the Bills fell behind by multiple scores, limiting his touches. Cook's 29 yards was his second-worst yardage total of the season, only trailing the Kansas City game. In that game, he scored twice. That wasn't the case against the Rams. Therefore, it was Cook's worst fantasy output of the season. Cook faces a tough Detroit Lions run defense in Week 15.
From RotoBaller
Miami Dolphins running back De'Von Achane carried the ball 14 times for 24 yards and a touchdown in their 32-26 overtime victory over the New York Jets. He also added six receptions on seven targets for 45 yards. This is the sixth time in the last seven games that Achane has found the end zone and scored at least 15-plus PPR fantasy points. The touchdown came from two yards out on the opening drive to give Miami an early 7-0 lead. While the rushing totals have not been great recently, he has proven time and time again that he doesn't need the ball a ton to produce. His role is as safe as almost any other back in the NFL, with Miami having no more margin for error for the rest of the season. Next on the schedule is a matchup with the Houston Texans in Week 15.
From RotoBaller
Miami Dolphins wide receiver Jaylen Waddle caught nine of 12 targets for 99 yards in their 32-26 overtime victory over the division-rival New York Jets. It was a bounce back after a poor performance in Week 13 against the Green Bay Packers. Waddle and Tyreek Hill (wrist) took advantage of Sauce Gardner's absence in this game. It was the second time in three games that the 26-year-old was able to surpass 90 yards after not being able to break 50 in eight of the previous nine contests. Things are starting to click for Miami's offense, and Waddle has become a beneficiary with 25 targets over the last three games. Fantasy managers can feel more comfortable starting him in their starting lineups as we approach the fantasy playoffs. Next on the schedule is a matchup with the Houston Texans, who are very suspect against wide receivers.
From RotoBaller
Chicago Bears running back Travis Homer (head) had three catches for 11 yards in Sunday's loss to the 49ers. With Roschon Johnson (concussion) out, Homer took over as the No. 2 option behind D'Andre Swift. Unfortunately, he wasn't on the field long before exiting in the second quarter. The 26-year-old will probably undergo more tests in the coming days. But Darrynton Evans would be in line to support Swift if Johnson and Homer aren't available in Week 15 versus the Vikings.
From RotoBaller
San Francisco 49ers rookie running back Isaac Guerendo (foot) will undergo an MRI exam on Monday after potentially spraining his foot in Week 14. With Christian McCaffrey (knee) and Jordan Mason (ankle) sidelined, the 24-year-old took over in the backfield in Sunday's win over the Bears. He played well, amassing 78 yards and two scores off 15 carries and adding 50 yards off two receptions. It was a spirited performance for those that picked Guerendo up off the waiver wire and started him this week, but the elation was short-lived. If he can't suit up in Week 15 versus the Rams, Patrick Taylor Jr., who had 25 yards and a touchdown off seven attempts against Chicago, will likely handle the starting duties and will be a popular waiver-wire addition.
From RotoBaller
Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Bucky Irving (back) was active for Sunday's win over the Raiders. However, he didn't see much action, amassing three yards off four carries and adding one catch for 15 yards. The rookie exited in the second quarter and was progressively downgraded to out. Fortunately, it doesn't appear as if he was re-injured, with ESPN's Jenna Laine reporting that Irving was held out to avoid "any setbacks" regarding his health. With the Bucs currently sitting atop the NFC South, the team will need him on the field in Week 15 versus the Los Angeles Chargers. It sounds as if Irving should be good to go. But if not, Rachaad White, who had two touchdowns in Week 14, will be in line for more work.
From RotoBaller
Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba caught his fifth touchdown of the season in Week 14 against the Arizona Cardinals. He finished third on the team in targets, but he caught all five for 82 yards. Smith-Njigba caught passes at all three levels of the field. He continues to be excellent for fantasy football, especially with the way the touchdowns have flowed of late. Smith-Njigba has not fallen below 69 receiving yards since Week 7. He is now operating and producing as if he is Seattle's No. 1 wide receiver. That mantle likely still technically belongs to DK Metcalf, but Smith-Njigba is making a great case for himself. Look for him to continue this streak in Week 14 when Seattle hosts the Green Bay Packers.
From RotoBaller
Seattle Seahawks running back Zach Charbonnet was excellent in Week 14 against the Arizona Cardinals. Charbonnet carried the ball 22 times for 134 yards and two touchdowns. He also caught seven passes for 59 yards. As expected, Charbonnet received massive volume while filling in for an injured Kenneth Walker III (ankle/calf). Charbonnet scored almost 40 PPR fantasy points. He actually looked better than Walker has of late. Charbonnet averaged 6.24 yards per carry and looked smooth as a pass catcher. He also delivered on a massive 51-yard scamper to the end zone in the first half. The Seahawks love what Walker brings to the table, but it is hard to deny how well Charbonnet has played in his stead this season. Perhaps this performance will earn Charbonnet more opportunities moving forward. Walker's status for Week 15 against the Green Bay Packers is unknown. If Walker were to miss or be limited, Charbonnet would step right back into an RB2 role.
From RotoBaller
Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Mike Williams logged three receptions for 36 yards on four targets in a 27-14 victory over the Cleveland Browns. With George Pickens (hamstring) inactive, Williams stepped up for quarterback Russell Wilson, particularly down the field in contested catch situations. If Pickens were to miss extended time, Williams would likely become an intriguing fantasy asset, but it's difficult to project him for consistent opportunities otherwise. It is possible, however, that the veteran is more involved going forward. He is worth rostering in bestball and dynasty formats, but Williams will remain off the fantasy radar in most redraft leagues heading into a Week 15 meeting with the Philadelphia Eagles.
