The New England Patriots defense had a field day against the Chicago Bears, surrendering just three points while sacking rookie quarterback Caleb Williams nine times. The unit didn't register a turnover, but it did tally 13 tackles for loss and five passes defended. In the end, the Bears registered just 69 net passing yards and 73 rushing yards as they fell to 4-5 and the Patriots improved to 3-7. New England's defense is trending upward, but they're tough to trust in fantasy football against an impressive Los Angeles Rams offensive attack in Week 11.

Minnesota Vikings running back Aaron Jones (chest) appears to have escaped Sunday's 12-7 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars without a serious injury. Jones was carted to the locker late into the third quarter after sustaining a chest injury, but his x-rays were negative, and he would return to the contest. Fortunately for the 29-year-old, he was able to close out the game, participating in the team's final two drives. He was seen in the locker room after the game, wearing his typical post-game garb (a sombrero), and seemed jovial when speaking with reporters. When asked how he felt, Jones replied, "A little sore, but mentality is everything. I feel strong...it's about these guys in this locker room, and that's why I went back out there." Fantasy managers will want to keep an eye on his practice status this coming week, but it doesn't seem like he should miss any time. Minnesota will travel to Nissan Stadium to face off against the Tennessee Titans in Week 11.
From RotoBaller
Buffalo Bills running back James Cook rushed 19 times for 80 yards and scored a touchdown in the team's 30-20 win over the Indianapolis Colts. He also caught one pass for five yards. Without starting wide receivers Amari Cooper (wrist) and Keon Coleman (wrist) and playing with a lead for the entire second quarter, Cook saw plenty of usage. The exclamation point of his afternoon was a two-yard touchdown plunge with three minutes remaining in the fourth quarter. Cook draws a matchup against a stout Kansas City run defense in Week 11.
From RotoBaller
Buffalo Bills wide receiver Khalil Shakir caught six of nine targets for 58 yards in the team's victory over the Indianapolis Colts. It was a mostly quiet afternoon for the Bills slot receiver, who needed a 30-yard reception late in the fourth quarter to avoid a disappointing stat line. Shakir missed on three targets, matching his season total entering Week 10. Fantasy managers were expecting more from Shakir with Amari Cooper (wrist) and Keon Coleman (wrist) sidelined, but he didn't completely burn those who started him. His slot role did not change with their absence. Shakir will be in the WR3/flex range next week against the Chiefs.
From RotoBaller
Buffalo Bills wide receiver Mack Hollins caught all four of his targets for 86 yards in the team's 30-20 victory over the Indianapolis Colts. He led Buffalo in receiving yards. Hollins made the most of his increased playing time with Amari Cooper (wrist) and Keon Coleman (wrist) sidelined. He and Curtis Samuel primarily manned the outside receiver spots. Most of his production came on a 44-yard completion to set up a last-second field goal before halftime. Hollins will revert to a secondary role if Cooper and Coleman can return against the Chiefs.
From RotoBaller
New England Patriots kicker Joey Slye went 4-for-4 on field goals and also converted his lone extra-point attempt during Sunday's Week 10 win over the Chicago Bears. Slye was responsible for more than two-thirds of New England's scoring in the victory. He converted kicks from 25, 30, 33, and 37 yards in the effort. The 28-year-old had been quiet over the last handful of weeks, but he bounced back in a huge way in Chicago. Still, he needs to be more consistent before fantasy managers can trust him in their lineups. His next chance to do so will come in Week 11 against the Los Angeles Rams.
From RotoBaller
Indianapolis Colts running back Jonathan Taylor rushed 21 times for 114 yards in Sunday's 30-20 loss to the Bills, tacking on two receptions for eight yards. While it was an overall good day for the 25-year-old back, 58 of his rush yards came on a single play with five minutes left in the first quarter, so he was held somewhat in check afterward. Also, to the dismay of fantasy managers, running back Tyler Goodson -- not Taylor -- was on the receiving end of a Joe Flacco touchdown pass despite not receiving a single carry in the contest. Nevertheless, it was the fifth time in the last six games Taylor has played that the former second-round pick has gone over 100 total yards. He'll be an RB1 again in Week 11 against a Jets defense that has yielded five rushing touchdowns in their last four games, including allowing James Conner to go over 100 total yards and a score in Week 10.
From RotoBaller
Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen completed 22 of 37 passes for 280 yards and two interceptions in the team's 30-20 victory over the Indianapolis Colts. That broke his four-game streak of at least two passing touchdowns. However, Allen rushed for 50 yards on eight carries and scored on one attempt from 13 yards out in the second quarter. Without top receivers Amari Cooper (wrist) and Keon Coleman (wrist) in the lineup, Allen relied on his legs more than he has in recent weeks. The Bills host an outstanding Kansas City defense in Week 11.
From RotoBaller
Dynasty | Jaguars running back Travis Etienne had 44 rushing yards, one catch, and -1 receiving yard in a loss against Minnesota. Dynasty Analysis: Tank Bigsby was hurt in the game and that opened up the door for Etienne for more touches. Unfortunately, a Mac Jones-led offense just didn't do much in this one and Etienne couldn't get on track. This has been a tough season for Etienne, who clearly has talent but the Jaguars aren't committing much to him and he's playing on a team that just isn't very good. A lost season isn't a death knell for Etienne, but he's hardly a lineup lock at this point in the season. His dynasty value is continuing it's slow descent as a result.
New England Patriots wide receiver Kayshon Boutte caught four of his six targets for 47 yards during Sunday's Week 10 win over the Chicago Bears. The second-year receiver has blossomed into one of New England's top playmaking receivers, commanding 18 targets over his last three games and averaging 15.5 yards per catch since Week 4. Fantasy managers can't quite depend on him in fantasy football yet, but he's worth monitoring after playing 97 percent of snaps and catching four passes (both career-highs) on Sunday. Next up, he'll face the Los Angeles Rams in Week 11.
From RotoBaller
Tennessee Titans wide receiver Calvin Ridley hauled in five receptions on nine targets for 84 yards and two touchdowns in the 27-17 defeat to Los Angeles. With quarterback Will Levis back in the lineup, Ridley did not miss a beat, enjoying his best performance of the season with almost 23 half-PPR points. The speedster got the scoring going early, beating his single coverage with ease and coasting into the end-zone on a perfect ball from Levis. Ridley dominated the attention from his quarterback overall, registering a 39% target share on the afternoon, the next closest Titan only drawing three looks. While it's been quite the roller coaster season thus far for the high-dollar offseason acquisition, Ridley has posted 20+ PPR points in two of his last three games, finally showing some signs of consistency which has turned him into a must-start fantasy asset. Up next is a meeting with the Minnesota Vikings at home, a team that is much easier to throw against than run on.
From RotoBaller
New England Patriots tight end Hunter Henry converted four targets into just one reception for 14 yards during Sunday's Week 10 win over the Chicago Bears. Henry had caught 23 passes for 234 yards and one touchdown over the previous for weeks, so his quiet showing in Chicago was not only disappointing but also surprising for many fantasy managers. Heading into Week 11 against the Los Angeles Rams, Henry is a TE2 with TE1 upside.
From RotoBaller
New Orleans Saints RB Alvin Kamara became the franchise's all-time leader in rushing yards during a 20-17 win over the Atlanta Falcons in Week 10, finishing with 17 carries for 55 yards and catching five passes for 54 yards.
From TheHuddle
New Orleans Saints WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling caught all three of his targets for 109 yards and two touchdowns in a 20-17 win over the Atlanta Falcons in Week 10.
Fantasy Spin: Without Rashid Shaheed or Chris Olave, Valdes-Scantling emerged as the big-play weapon for Derek Carr. Until Olave is able to return, Valdes-Scantling could have potential as a flex play.
From TheHuddle
New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye completed 15 of 25 passes for 184 yards, one touchdown, and one interception during Sunday's Week 10 win over the Chicago Bears. He also rushed for 24 yards on four attempts. Notably, Maye played better than fellow rookie quarterback Caleb Williams in their head-to-head matchup on Sunday. The No. 3 overall pick did turn the football over for the fourth time in five starts, but he also led five scoring drives and completed passes to seven different teammates. He remains a fringe top-12 fantasy quarterback heading into next week's matchup against the Los Angeles Rams.
From RotoBaller
New England Patriots wide receiver DeMario Douglas caught four of his five targets for 50 yards during Sunday's Week 10 win over the Chicago Bears. Despite a tough matchup versus a Bears defense that defends slot receivers quite well, Douglas was able to be productive, registering four-plus catches for the fourth time in the last six weeks. He continues to showcase a strong rapport with Drake Maye and should be treated as a low-end WR3 heading into a battle with the Los Angeles Rams next weekend.
From RotoBaller
New Orleans Saints QB Derek Carr completed 16 of his 25 passes for 269 yards and two touchdowns in a 20-17 win over the Atlanta Falcons in Week 10.
From TheHuddle
New England Patriots running back Rhamondre Stevenson rushed for 74 yards on 20 carries during Sunday's Week 10 win over the Chicago Bears. He also turned his lone target into a three-yard reception. Although Stevenson saw heavy volume and modest efficiency, his fantasy showing was somewhat disappointing given that he caught only one pass and failed to score a touchdown. This was quite the change for Stevenson, who had tallied four touchdowns over his last two games. Moving forward, Stevenson remains in the low-end RB2 conversation. He'll face the Los Angeles Rams at home next weekend.
From RotoBaller
Tampa Bay Buccaneers SS Jordan Whitehead ended up with 12 total stops with seven solo tackles in Week 10 against the San Francisco 49ers.
From TheHuddle
Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB Baker Mayfield completed 18-of-29 passes for just 116 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions in Week 10 against the San Francisco 49ers, while running three times for three yards.
Fantasy Spin: This was easily Mayfield's worst fantasy line of the season, and it was his first passing yardage total under 200 yards since Oct. 3 in Atlanta. This outing also snapped a six-game streak with two or more passing touchdowns. He'll look to bounce back in Week 12 after the team's bye.
