Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott (hamstring) has been ruled out for the remainder of Week 9 against the Atlanta Falcons. Prescott was spotted getting his hand checked out on the sideline, but the official word from the Cowboys is that he's done due to a hamstring issue. Cooper Rush has entered in his place.
