Former Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Michael Gallup, who has come out of retirement, is scheduled to visit with the Seattle Seahawks, a source told FOX Sports' Jordan Schultz. Gallup has also visited with the Washington Commanders and turns just 29 years old this month. The Seahawks released veteran Tyler Lockett and shipped DK Metcalf to the Pittsburgh Steelers this offseason, but if Gallup were to latch on in Seattle, he'd probably be the No. 4 wideout behind Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Cooper Kupp and Marquez Valdes-Scantling after taking the year off in 2024. The former third-rounder (81st overall) by Dallas in 2018 out of Colorado State had his only 1,000-yard season in 2019 and had 843 receiving yards the following year, but then he took a sharp fall from 2021-23 and didn't go over 445 receiving yards. Wherever he lands, he'll likely be a secondary receiving option and will struggle for fantasy relevance.

Former Jacksonville Jaguars free-agent cornerback Ronald Darby signed a one-year, $2.5 million deal on Monday with the Houston Texans, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter. The move comes after the Texans made cornerback Derek Stingley Jr. the highest-paid defensive back in the NFL early in the day. Darby spent the 2024 season with the Jacksonville Jaguars and had 46 tackles (36 solo) and nine pass breakups in 13 games (12 starts). The 31-year-old veteran has played with three different teams (Jaguars, Ravens, Broncos) in the last three years and is now on his seventh different NFL team in his 11 years in the league. He's unlikely to have a starting role in Houston, but he'll provide veteran leadership and defense for the Texans in 2025. Darby was selected in the second round (50th overall) by the Buffalo Bills in 2015 out of Florida State and won a Super Bowl with the Philadelphia Eagles.

Free-agent defensive lineman Isaiahh Loudermilk re-signed with the Pittsburgh Steelers on an undisclosed one-year deal on Monday, a source told ESPN's Jeremy Fowler. Loudermilk was drafted by the Steelers in the fifth round (156th overall) in 2021 out of the University of Wisconsin and has spent all four of his seasons in the league to this point in the Steel City. The 27-year-old defensive end had 17 tackles (10 solo) and one pass defended in 16 regular-season games (no starts) in 2024 as a rotational defensive lineman. He has only 63 total tackles (38 solo), one sack and six pass breakups in his 58 games played (five starts) over four seasons and will continue to be off the IDP fantasy radar in 2025 as a rotational defensive lineman.

Free-agent running back Travis Homer re-signed with the Chicago Bears on Monday on a one-year, $2 million deal, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter. Homer will be back for a third year in the Windy City and is currently the No. 3 behind D'Andre Swift and Roschon Johnson. The 26-year-old former sixth-round selection (204th overall) by the Seattle Seahawks in 2019 out of the University of Miami (FL) saw a grand total of six rushing attempts for 23 yards while catching three of four targets for 11 yards in 26 games (no starts) over the last two years in Chicago, so he hasn't been a very big part of the offense. A hamstring injury kept him sidelined for the final three games in 2024, but he should be good to go for training camp this summer. Homer will once again be nowhere near the fantasy radar for the Bears heading into 2025 drafts.

ESPN's Jeremy Fowler reports that free agent linebacker Azeez Ojulari is signing with the Philadelphia Eagles on a one-year deal worth $4 million. Fowler notes that Philadelphia "heavily recruited" the fifth-year pass-rusher. Ojulari recorded 28 tackles and six sacks for the New York Giants in 11 games last season and looks to give the Eagles a boost on their defensive front after seeing defensive linemen Josh Sweat and Milton Williams depart in free agency. The Georgia product has played just one full season in his four years as a pro. Still, he heads to a destination known to maximize their defensive front's talent. Ojulari projects to be a rotational piece for Philadelphia's pass-rush situations.

Ian Rapoport reports that the Pittsburgh Steelers have agreed to terms with free agent safety Juan Thornhill on a one-year deal. The intricacies of the contract have not yet been reported. Thornhill spent the last two seasons with the Cleveland Browns, playing in just 22 games after missing time with a nagging calf injury. The 29-year-old will join his third squad after the Kansas City Chiefs took him in the second round of the 2019 NFL Draft. Despite missing time over the last two years, the Virginia product is a viable option in the secondary, and he recorded 71 tackles, one sack, and three interceptions in his most recent full season (2022). He's expected to compete with DeShon Elliott for a chance to play alongside incumbent starter Minkah Fitzpatrick.

According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Philadelphia Eagles have reworked offensive lineman Lane Johnson's contract to add $8 million over the next two seasons. Per Schefter, Philadelphia added one year and $25 million to his deal, and the veteran is now under contract through 2027. All in all, Johnson will earn $48 million over the next two seasons with $40 million guaranteed. The five-time All-Pro tackle is entering his thirteenth season in the league -- all with the Eagles -- and will continue to be a force on the team's offensive front. The 34-year-old missed just one game during 2024 with a concussion but otherwise participated in 80.99% of the team's snaps. He'll remain entrenched on the right edge, protecting the front side of franchise quarterback Jalen Hurts.

During a trip to South Korea, where he ran a QB clinic, Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray expressed his excitement for the team and their trajectory in 2025. "I'm looking forward to this next season," said Murray. "I think, as an organization, we're on the up and up, and I'm looking forward to it." Murray is coming off his first full season since 2020, tossing 3,851 yards and 21 touchdowns on a 68.8% completion percentage. However, Arizona has made just one playoff appearance during his tenure -- a 2021 loss to their division-rival Los Angeles Rams in the wild-card round -- and the 27-year-old understands it's partly on his shoulders. When asked how far Arizona is from a Super Bowl, Murray responded, "Not far at all. I think anything's possible." The Cardinals made just one big-ticket signing thus far in pass-rusher Josh Sweat, but they'll need to surround the Oklahoma product with a few more weapons as they've finished above .500 just once since selecting him first overall in 2019.

Former Chicago Bears defensive lineman Byron Cowart is signing a one-year, $1.362 million deal with the New York Jets. Ethan Greenberg of the team reported the news. The 28-year-old is joining his fifth team since being selected by the New England Patriots in the fifth round of the 2019 NFL Draft. Cowart appeared in 15 games in 2024 (seven starts), recording 26 tackles and a career-high 2.5 sacks. The Maryland product has racked up 21 starts since 2019, appearing in 51 total games. He ranked third amongst Bears defensive tackles in 2024 snaps (335) and projects to serve as depth for New York on their defensive front. Per NFL media, free agent quarterback Jameis Winston is scheduled to meet with the New York Giants on Tuesday. New York is still searching for their next quarterback, and though a pending offer is out there for ex-New York Jets QB Aaron Rodgers, they've continued to leave no stone unturned. Winston spent last season with the Cleveland Browns, appearing in 12 games (six starts), amassing 2,121 passing yards and a 13:12 TD:INT ratio. If we know one thing about the 31-year-old, he loves to sling the rock, routinely mixing in superb and questionable throws throughout his ten seasons. A former first-overall pick, the Florida State product is unlikely to be a long-term solution for the G-Men if he signs there. Still, New York currently holds quarterback Tommy DeVito on their roster and no other option at signal-caller. Winston's presence would be a boost for second-year wideout Malik Nabers. However, due to his lack of consistency, the veteran would not be a recommended fantasy option in drafts.

Former Arizona Wildcats wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan participated in his pro day on Monday and was clocked at a 4.48 for his 40-yard dash. FOX Sports' Jordan Schultz reported the news. Schultz also noted that 24 NFL teams were in attendance. McMillan is widely considered the top wideout prospect in this year's draft class. Standing at 6-foot-4 and 219lbs, the 21-year-old was stellar in his last two collegiate seasons, racking up 174 receptions and 2,721 receiving yards with 18 scores. McMillan has size, speed, and a reliable set of hands. He's been mocked to a few intriguing spots, including the Jacksonville Jaguars at fifth overall and the Dallas Cowboys, who currently hold the twelfth overall pick. Across three seasons with Arizona, he averaged 92.5 yards per game.

Despite just giving lucrative long-term contract extensions to both wide receivers Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins on Sunday night, the Cincinnati Bengals hope to get something done with All-Pro defensive end Trey Hendrickson despite granting him permission to seek a trade, according to FOX Sports' Jordan Schultz. Quarterback Joe Burrow publicly pushed for the team to sign Chase, Higgins, Hendrickson and tight end Mike Gesicki earlier this offseason, and Hendrickson is the only one that remains without an extension. It's not going to be easy for Cincinnati since the 30-year-old Hendrickson is going to command top dollar after recording 17.5 sacks in each of the last two seasons as one of the best sack artists in the NFL. Hendrickson is in the final year of his deal with the Bengals in 2025 but understandably wants a new deal after recording 35 sacks the last two years.

The Houston Texans made cornerback Derek Stingley Jr. the highest-paid defensive back in the league on Monday by agreeing to terms on a three-year, $90 million deal ($30 million per year) that includes a whopping $89 million guaranteed, sources told NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. The 23-year-old former third overall pick by Houston in the 2022 NFL draft out of LSU was a Pro Bowler and first-team All-Pro for the first time in 2024 after recording a career-high 54 tackles (37 solo), five interceptions for the second straight year and 18 pass breakups in 17 regular-season starts. It was the first time he was able to stay healthy for an entire season in his third year in the league after playing in just 20 games in 2022 and 2023 combined. But Stingley proved last year that he's the real deal and he added two more interceptions in two playoff games.

Dynasty | The Bengals have signed wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase to a four-year, $161 million contract extension. Dynasty Analysis: Well, better late than never for Chase, who is now the highest paid non-quarterback in NFL history. It's hard to argue with the logic here as Chase was flat-out dominant last season, posting 127 catches for 1,708 yards and 17 touchdowns. The challenge for the Bengals is the fact they're not getting better, just more expensive. However, dynasty managers won't care much as Chase is locked in as a top-three option in dynasty leagues and many have him as the top overall position player. With Joe Burrow, Chase and Tee Higgins all in the fold for the foreseeable future, this team will clearly score points.

Dynasty | The Bengals have signed wide receiver Tee Higgins to a contract extension. Dynasty Analysis: Higgins gets a four-year, $115 million contract and avoids playing on the franchise tag as a result. He is now the highest paid "WR2" in NFL history. It's fair to wonder if the Bengals are actually going to be better by paying Ja'Marr Chase, Higgins and Joe Burrow, but they have little choice. Higgins was solid again last with a 73/911/10 line in just 12 games and while some dynasty managers may be disappointed he's not moving somewhere else to be a true alpha receiver, Burrow is clearly good enough to make two different receivers WR1 worthy, so it may be hollow ask. Higgins remains a solid dynasty asset and his ADP should remain about the same.

The Atlanta Falcons have agreed to terms with former Kansas City Chiefs defensive back Keith Taylor on an undisclosed contract. Taylor spent the last two seasons with Kansas City after being selected by the Carolina Panthers in the fifth round of the 2021 NFL Draft. The 26-year-old notched five tackles in 11 appearances with the Chiefs in 2024. However, Taylor took only 11% of the team's defensive snaps and 47% of the special teams variety. The Washington product had more defensive experience with the Panthers during his stint in Carolina, recording 67 tackles (one for a loss) and six pass breakups in 34 games. He's likely to serve as depth for the organization behind A.J. Terrell and Mike Hughes.

Dynasty | The Ravens have signed quarterback Cooper Rush. Dynasty Analysis: Rush spent the past seven years serving mostly as Dak Prescott's backup in Dallas, but has been serviceable when called upon. The Ravens clearly hope he never sees the field, but the offense wouldn't be a total catastrophe if he did need to spell Lamar Jackson at some point. Rush has little value in conventional leagues, but you could make for him in deep 2QB/Superflex formats.

Free-agent defensive lineman Eddie Goldman signed an undisclosed one-year deal with the Washington Commanders this week, a source told ESPN's Jeremy Fowler. Goldman will head to the NFC East after spending the 2024 season with the Atlanta Falcons. The 31-year-old veteran defensive tackle played in all 17 games (10 starts) for Atlanta, recording just 16 tackles (seven solo) and one sack for the Falcons in his lone season with the team. Goldman should once again serve in a rotational backup role in D.C. in 2025 behind the likes of Daron Payne, Javon Kinlaw and Jer'Zhan Newton. The veteran defensive lineman returned in 2022 and also did not play in 2023 before returning to the NFL last year. Goldman has 191 career tackles (123 solo), 14 sacks, 19 tackles for loss, 24 QB hits and two fumble recoveries in seven NFL seasons.

Dynasty | The San Francisco 49ers have traded running back Jordan Mason to the Minnesota Vikings. Dynasty Analysis: Well, there you have it. The Vikings have been rumored to be in the market for a young running back to pair with Aaron Jones and they've now found their man in Mason. As a fill-in for the injured Christian McCaffrey, Mason was fantastic last season, rushing for 789 yards on 5.2 yards per carry. While he doesn't offer much in the passing game (14 career catches in 45 games played), Mason is just 25 years old and should make a nice pairing with Jones. This signing is going to really damper Jones' value and should keep Mason in the running back mix as it now looks like he'll be part of a solid committee instead of a true backup to Christian McCaffrey. In the end, this is a good move for his dynasty value.
