MBZE trying to fill out their roster

I’m still out in Rochester with my niece and I’m tired.  She's recovering well and should be coming home on Monday.  I was going to take another week off of telling you all how much you suck, but yet here I am at midnight in a hospital room writing you your stinkin’ preview.  Let’s make this more of a recap of the first chunk of the season.

In the HH North, Blitz-Craig sits atop the division, much like we’ve come to expect.  But they are tied with Turbo.  That can’t be right, can it be?  Honestly, Blitz-Craig has gotten pretty lucky to be where they are at and Turbo is putting up big scores every week.  That might change now that Brian Robinson and Malik Nabers are banged up, but they still have King Henry running like he’s 22 again.  Oh, the Bolsheviks and T**m H**s are in this division too.  They played a game where the winning team, the former Clit Commanders, scored 57.18 points and won.  That’s all you need to know about these two pathetic franchises.  And yet somehow last week, T**m H**s scored 121.52 points, kicking the Yaks ass by 1.42.   Ridiculous.

The HH South is led by Balls of Hate and nWo Wulfpack who both sit at 3-1.  However, the class of that division is the Hamburg Hooligans who are a game behind at 2-2, but have had some bad luck.  Wulfpack is trying to hang around long enough to get Christian McCaffrey back.  Balls of Hate has been dealing with Keenan Allen’s injury, Tyreek Hill’s lack of anybody being able to throw him the ball, George Kittle being George Brittle and being nicked up all the time and now the loss of Jonathan Taylor for who knows how long.  They’re falling apart.  But at not enough for them to lose to the Yaks this week.  They’ll somehow figure out a way to score 130.  The Hooligans have two good starters and a viable backup at both RB and WR and they are getting huge games out of Jayden Daniels.  They look like a team built to be the best team in the league, only to fall short in the ‘ship.  Oh, the Ruxpins are in this division too.  They have a really good kicker.  Can’t wait to see who tries to bail them out.

Mad Dogs and Trash Pandas sit atop the HH East, but both are only 2-2.  Mad Dogs are fortunate to be 2-2, really only having one good week.  Can a team that is led by Baker Mayfield actually be any good?  I would say yes, since he’s been a Yak multiple times, and Trash Pandas seem to agree.  They are actually a pretty decent team, almost certainly by accident.  And they are doing it with Joe Mixon or Deebo Samuel.  Liq-ourballs goes with Josh Allen, but they are solidly mediocre.  They have yet to put up a real stinker, but also don’t have the firepower to put up a real big week.  Yet like almost everyone else, they have a win over the Yaks, who can’t play defense to save their lives.  Teams that they play have averaged over 108 points per game.

The HH West has one good-ish team, Shock Value.  I couldn’t quite even write that without feeling like I made some kind of mistake.  But to me, if you are scoring over 90 points in any given week, you will have a chance to win.  Over like 105 points, you probably should win most weeks.  Shock Value has scored over 90 three times and over 105 once.  They are well on their way to doing that again this week.  I thought Hair Bear would be the team to beat in that division, but Breece Hall and Zay Flowers have been underwhelming.  nWo might prove to be the other team of note in the division.  They have been putting up pretty good scores, largely because of Saquon being the #2 scorer in all of fantasy so far this season.  My Ball Zach Ertz might want to rebrand to Touch of Death as they have 5 guys that are currently out, two of them on IR.  At least they provided us a nice place for the draft.
