I got an email back from RT.  Sounds like a commish duty.

'If you go to manage league > NFL Survivor, you can edit the start date
to be week 1"

so, I guess you can make it week 2.

Hey commish. Thanks for running the draft last night. First issue of the season. Looks like the schedule has only 9 matchups per week. You might be aware already, but might need to regenerate a new 11-team schedule.
