Vote 1 simplified: Currently at the end of season finished 1 (SP winner) draft position is 12, would be unchanged same with Super Bowl Loser, first round winners and losers. Now if you are the 7th - 12th seeds your current seed and draft positions are 7 seed gets 6th position, 8th gets 5 position and so on to 12th seed gets the #1 Position. The vote 1 would change the positions as follows. 12th seed gets 6th position, 11th seed gets 5th position.10th seed gets 4th position, 9th seed gets 3rd position, 8th seed gets 2nd position, 7th seed gets #1 draft position.
For vote 2, the draft positions start out the same but seeds 8-10 get a chance to improve their position based on how well they do in the toilet bowl the better they do. For instance, if seed 10 beats 7 and 9 beats 8 they move up and if 10 wins the TB 10 gets the number 1 spot or if 10 wins the second round of toilet bowl and 9 loses 10 gets the number one spot. Also 7 must at a minimum win in the first round 1 to maintain #1 position, but still can lose it if either 8 or 9 wins the in the second round and 7 loses in second round.
What?

Reversed means draft positions 1-6 would change. If you finished last you would get the 6 position uf you finished 7th you would get draft position 1.
Commish--
Can you explain this poll in English?
"If Draft Position Vote Passes, then implement A or B: A: Position 7-12 unchanged, 1-6 Reversed. B: Same as above but 1-4 Position based on outcome of TB Playoff results including TB. Winning improves position"
