Hi Chris,
That is my bad. It used to be week 11 but was changed when the NFL went to the new schedule. It looks like I changed it in the league rules (website setup) which is why the site is still allowing it but it looks like it didn't get changed in the written bylaws section. Below is the current rules for restricted free agents. I will correct it now.
Protected Free Agents:
Players dropped will be protected free agents until Next Waiver Wire
Players dropped after Fantasy Week 13 will be protected for the remainder of the season

There is no review for trades, if a trade goes through and there is reasonable concerns throughout the league. We would put the trade to the league for a vote. In the most recent trade I spoke with both owners, from a current points perspective it is an equal trade. One owner was looking to better their QB while the other owner sees Henry’s value increasing with a new QB at the helm.
