No we can't, because that's not how it works.
How it works is if you click on League at the top, then click on Rules, then read the rules, then you will find that this league and in ALL their leagues the drafts are beginning on July 19. They don't make exceptions, even if it was a unanimous vote by us.
A vote would help those of us that have more then a couple leagues, break the drafts up into multiple weeks..I don't think anyone would want to draft 10 leagues while on vacation with the FAM or friends, right? Some leagues fill - up faster then others.. They can vote on a date eariler , say 3 or 4 different options including date already proposed by league.. then again your not having 20 Rookie drafts all at once ..
I don't know if we have commish to set or not, we do in other leagues on different sites..

I liked the rookie drafts in May better also like in the past... RTS changed the draft dates to July to give themselves an extra 2 months to sell orphan teams I think 🤷♂️

Used to draft earlier. Like mid-May. No idea why they changed it to mid-July. When redraft league are firing up. Plus the heart of vacations and golf season.
