think what happened here was the previous owner Kiegen R had his trading rights paused not just here but in other leagues as well , you can trade now but RTS forgot to remove the approval stipulation that was also tied to all his leagues = fact

Looks like former owner had ‘Not accepting offers’ for whatever reason, I think you need to go to Trade Block and uncheck that box at the bottom under the comments, hopefully that fixes it
