I have emailed him three times, called twice, and posted a private message in this chat to him... sometimes you just can't win.
In order to go on the IR in dynasty leagues a player must officially be placed on the NFL IR list, which Marquise Brown was just listed as "out", therefor not making him eligible to go on the IR.
