The Tennessee Titans defense/special teams will attempt to hold serve against the Green Bay Packers offense in Week 3. Tennessee ranks #1 in the league in total yards allowed through two weeks, but is only the 20th ranked fantasy defense due to the lack of turnovers forced. The unit has only accounted for one turnover, which has limited their ability to score fantasy points. The fantasy viability of this defense almost solely hinges on the health of quarterback Jordan Love, who is currently dealing with a sprained MCL. If Love is unable to go, former Titans quarterback Malik Willis will be under center, which should have the Titans D/ST licking their chops. Willis has been a mistake-prone, ineffective player during his short career, which should give the Titans plenty of opportunities to create turnovers in this one. If Love does in fact play, this unit remains a decent stream, but will not be nearly as attractive an option.

The Green Bay Packers are listing quarterback Jordan Love (knee) as questionable to play in Week 3 on Sunday on the road at the Tennessee Titans. When asked if Love has been medically cleared, head coach Matt LaFleur said, "We're working through that." Love suffered an MCL sprain in the Week 1 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Brazil and missed the Week 2 win over the Indianapolis Colts. The 25-year-old did return to practice this week, albeit in a limited fashion, and it sounds like Green Bay will take the decision right up until kickoff on Sunday in the early slate of games. If Love does make his return, his mobility could be limited, giving him a lower ceiling and floor as a QB1 for fantasy managers. If Love doesn't get the green light this weekend, expect another run-heavy offensive approach with backup QB Malik Willis under center against his old team.

Sep 20 12:40pm CT

Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love (knee) is practicing on Friday for the third straight day, although USA Today's Ryan Wood says that he'll surely be limited. However, the fact that Love has practiced all week means he's given himself a realistic chance to return in Week 3 on the road against the Tennessee Titans. Love sprained his MCL in the season-opening loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Brazil and missed the Week 2 win over the Indianapolis Colts. The 25-year-old will likely be listed as questionable on Friday's final injury report, so fantasy managers will probably have to check back on Sunday morning to see if he's actually active before officially throwing him back into their starting lineups. Love has looked good moving around in practice this week, but it's fair to wonder if his mobility will be compromised if he returns this Sunday after missing just one week.

Sep 19 1:00pm CT

Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love (knee) was seen practicing in pads on Thursday. Love sprained his left MCL in the Week 1 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Brazil and was inactive for last week's win over the Indianapolis Colts. He returned to the practice field on Wednesday and appears to have taken a step forward in Thursday's practice, giving him a chance to return to the fold for the Week 3 game versus the Tennessee Titans. The 25-year-old rising star will most likely be listed as questionable on Friday's final injury report, but the bottom line is that Love has a realistic shot to miss only one week. It's great news for fantasy managers relying on Love as their QB1 this year, but he's also not a lock to return to face the Titans, and his mobility will likely be limited if he does. If Love doesn't get the green light, backup Malik Willis will lead Green Bay's offense for the second straight week.

Sep 19 8:30am CT

Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love (knee) has a shot to suit up for Week 3's game against the Titans despite what was projected as a 3-4 week timetable when he went down with a knee injury in Week 1 against the Eagles. One source told ESPN's Adam Schefter that "I wouldn't be surprised if he plays this week. It's definitely day-by-day like". Love is expected to be a breakout star this year so this is great news for his fantasy managers as well as fantasy managers of the Packers' talented pass-catchers. A healthy Love elevates the Green Bay offense to one of the best in the league. Keep an eye on this one as the weekend nears.

Sep 18 1:20pm CT

Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love (knee) is back at practice on Wednesday, marking the first time he's practiced since suffering a knee injury in the Week 1 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. Love suffered a sprained MCL in that Friday night game, but his return means he has a chance to play against the Tennessee Titans in Week 3. However, fantasy managers should monitor his practice participation throughout the week. The Titans have allowed the fewest passing yards (269) in the NFL through two weeks, and its revamped secondary featuring L'Jarius Sneed looks much improved. That said, Love should be downgraded to a QB2 fantasy option if he plays, especially since his mobility could be limited. If he can't play, Malik Willis will start against his former team on Sunday.

Sep 16 5:20pm CT

Green Bay Packers head coach Matt LaFleur said that ideally if quarterback Jordan Love (knee) were to play in Week 3 at the Tennessee Titans, Love would practice at least a little since it will have been two weeks without doing anything on the field since injuring his knee in the Week 1 loss in Brazil to the Philadelphia Eagles. The 25-year-old is dealing with an MCL sprain in his left knee and facing an uphill battle to be ready in Week 3. A report surfaced on Sunday morning stating that Love is targeting a return in Week 5 on the road against the Los Angeles Rams, so it would be a surprise if he's back on the field this weekend. Fantasy managers need to prepare for a few more absences. Malik Willis will most likely take on his old team, the Titans, in Week 3 after leading Green Bay to a Week 2 win over the Colts by going 12-for-14 for 122 yards with a touchdown and no interceptions.

Sep 15 10:50am CT

Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love (knee) is officially inactive for Sunday's game against the Indianapolis Colts. Green Bay technically left the door open for him to play by listing him as doubtful, but it was always clear that he wasn't going to suit up. The talented, young quarterback injured his MCL late in the season opener against Philadelphia and is expected to miss roughly three games, giving him a Week 5 return date. Until then, Malik Willis will quarterback the Packers. He has yet to prove himself as a capable starting quarterback in the NFL, which means fantasy managers should temper expectations for the Packers and their playmakers, including Josh Jacobs, Jayden Reed, and Christian Watson.

Sep 15 9:40am CT

Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love (knee) has already been ruled out for the Week 2 matchup against the Indianapolis Colts. This comes as no surprise after Love suffered an MCL sprain during the final moments of the Week 1 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. The Packers haven't placed Love on the injured reserve as they only expect him to miss a few weeks. The young signal-caller is reportedly targeting a return in Week 5. It looks like the Packers will still need to get through a few games before Love is ready to play again. That being said, Malik Willis will suit up for Week 2 and figures to remain the starter until Love returns. If he struggles, the Packers could turn to Sean Clifford or bring in a quarterback from outside the organization. However, it seems unlikely that the Packers would bring in another legitimate QB with Love only missing a few weeks. For now, Willis will start under center and he can be avoided in most fantasy formats.

From RotoBaller

Sep 14 3:20pm CT

Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love (knee) was downgraded to doubtful for Sunday's meeting with the Indianapolis Colts. The signal-caller didn't practice all week, leaving most to assume he was heading in this direction anyway. However, head coach Matt LaFleur didn't rule out the chance of Love playing along with the team officially reporting him as questionable on the injury report, so it appeared there was a small chance he'd suit up. But now that there is a little more clarity regarding Love's health, fantasy managers should prepare for backup quarterback Malik Willis to handle things under center versus Indianapolis. Unfortunately, the former Titan is hard to trust based on his history. His presence also isn't good news for the Packers pass-catchers, who could struggle without Love. On the other hand, Josh Jacobs could thrive, especially if Green Bay opts to utilize the run more than initially planned. On a separate note, the Packers elevated Sean Clifford from the practice squad, adding more doubt about Love's potential availability on Sunday.

Sep 14 11:10am CT

Green Bay Packers head coach Matt LaFleur has kept the door open for quarterback Jordan Love (knee) to play in Week 2 against the Indianapolis Colts, listing him as questionable for Sunday's game, but a source said, "That's not happening." Love suffered an MCL sprain in the Week 1 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Brazil and has not been medically cleared to play. The Packers hope Love is week-to-week with his knee injury, but the reality is that the Week 3 contest against the Tennessee Titans is considered by those in the know to be "a long shot." The most optimistic timeline would have Love back in Week 4 to face the Minnesota Vikings. He's expected to wear a knee brace when he does return. For now, the Packers are planning to roll with former Titans QB Malik Willis under center. Fantasy managers should expect a run-heavy approach with a lot of Josh Jacobs this weekend against the Colts.

Sep 13 3:00pm CT

The Green Bay Packers are officially listing quarterback Jordan Love (knee) as questionable to play in Week 2 at Lambeau Field on Sunday against the Indianapolis Colts despite suffering a knee injury in the Week 1 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Brazil last Friday. Love didn't practice all week after suffering an MCL sprain in his knee in the season opener last week, so we'd be pretty surprised if the 25-year-old signal-caller actually suited up. However, the Packers continue to leave the door open for Love to return this week, which has all along seemed unlikely. The good news is he hasn't been placed on Injured Reserve, meaning the Packers think there's a good chance he won't miss more than four games. Malik Willis is the likely starter under center for the Packers on Sunday, which will be a big downgrade for all of Green Bay's offensive skills players.

Sep 12 12:40pm CT

Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love (knee) is still the only player on the team's 53-man roster that was not participating in practice on Thursday. Love suffered a Grade 1/2 MCL sprain to his left knee at the tail end of the Week 1 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles last Friday in Brazil and has missed the first two practices in Week 2. Head coach Matt LaFleur said the door is open for Love to play this Sunday against the Indianapolis Colts at Lambeau Field, but that feels like a long shot. In a best-case-scenario, the 25-year-old will probably be lucky to miss only a few games. In the meantime, backup Malik Willis is expected to start this Sunday against the Colts, where fantasy managers should expect a much less explosive Packers offense. Fantasy managers should have already made plans to go in another direction at QB with Love unlikely to play in Week 2.

Sep 11 9:12pm CT

When asked if the door is open for Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love (knee) to suit up in Week 2 this Sunday at Lambeau Field against the Indianapolis Colts, head coach Matt LaFleur said, "I'd say it's pretty open." Love did not practice on Wednesday after suffering a Grade 1/2 MCL sprain in his left knee at the very end of the season-opening loss to the Philadelphia Eagles last Friday in Brazil. The Packers are not placing the 25-year-old on Injured Reserve, which means they are confident he can return within the next four games. However, despite LaFleur's comments about Love having a shot to play this weekend, fantasy managers should have already formulated a plan to be without Love in Week 2 and possibly beyond. Love's injury typically comes with a three- to six-week timetable, so the smart money is on him missing multiple weeks. The Packers offense could struggle mightily with backup Malik Willis under center in the meantime.

Sep 9 5:20pm CT

Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love (knee) is not going on Injured Reserve, according to head coach Matt LaFleur. Love would have been required to miss at least four games if he had been placed on the IR after suffering an MCL sprain at the end of the Week 1 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles in Brazil last Friday. Until Love is able to return -- he's projected for a three- to six-week timetable -- backup Malik Willis will take over starting duties under center in Green Bay, beginning with a Week 2 tilt against the Indianapolis Colts at Lambeau Field. Fantasy managers can only keep Love in an IR spot and hope for a speedy recovery. The Packers are fully expected to take a cautious approach to their franchise signal-caller's injury. With Love out, the entire Packers offense will have less upside in fantasy, mainly receivers Christian Watson, Romeo Doubs and Jayden Reed.

Sep 8 1:10pm CT

Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love (knee) is expected to be sidelined for 3-to-6 weeks after getting injured in Friday's loss to the Eagles in Brazil. But according to NFL's Tom Pelissero, the Packers believe the signal-caller could be back on "the sooner end." Of course, with Green Bay and Love agreeing to a lucrative contract extension this offseason, the team won't take chances. There was talk that the club had reached out to veteran Ryan Tannehill to fill the void under center. However, that doesn't appear to be the case, with Pelissero adding the Packers "are focused on preparing Malik Willis and Sean Clifford." With that said, Love's absence isn't good news for the receiving corps, so fantasy managers are certainly hoping he'll be back sooner rather than later.

Dynasty | Packers quarterback Jordan Love is likely going to miss just 3-6 weeks after experiencing a mild MCL sprain in the season opener. Dynasty Analysis: The news gets even better as Ian Rapaport is reporting the Packers believe he's going to return in the low-end of that scale and only miss around three weeks. This is major good news for Love (and his dynasty managers) as it looked like he could have suffered a season-ending injury in week one. Dynasty managers will need to turn to their QB2 in the short-term but we should see Love again shortly. He retains all the momentum he had gained this off-season in terms of his dynasty value, despite missing some time.

From Dynasty League Fantasy

Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love (knee) appears to have avoided a season-ending injury. Love went down in the final moments of Friday's loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. He needed to be helped off the field and further evaluation revealed an MCL sprain. The Packers only expect Love to miss a few weeks, which could be three or four games. Fantasy managers can breathe a sigh of relief that it wasn't an ACL tear that would force Love to miss the entire season. The assumption is that Malik Willis will start for a few weeks, but free-agent quarterback Ryan Tannehill has also been rumored to be an option. Whoever starts is going to be a downgrade over Love under center.

Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love (knee) suffered a sprained MCL in the 34-29 Week 1 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles on Friday in Brazil, according to Ian Rapoport. While he is expected to miss time with the injury, the franchise quarterback doesn't have a season-ending injury. How long Love will be out is still to be determined, but Malik Willis is currently the Packers' No. 2 quarterback. He should be the starter until Love is healthy. However, many have speculated that Green Bay could add a veteran to compete with Willis until Love returns. Unfortunately, fantasy managers might have to avoid starting any Packers pass-catchers with Willis under center.

Dynasty | Packers quarterback Jordan Love completed 17-of-34 passes for 260 yards with two touchdowns and one interception but suffered an injury late in Green Bay's season opener. Dynasty Analysis: Love was injured with just seconds left in the game as he was scrambling around in an effort to throw a hail mary. X (the artist formerly known as Twitter) has exploded with everyone quickly becoming doctors and thinking film shows a "pop" in his knee. Early reports indicate his ACL is intact but Love isn't out of the woods. Stay tuned.
