DRAFT: Draft position determined by order of finish from the previous year from last place to first place. If there are any teams that drop out, the expansion teams will drop to the bottom of the list unless a new team keeps an existing roster, then they will draft at that teams draft slot. 1st round will be new teams, then all teams who do not keep a 1st round pick in order from last to first.  Draft reverses every round from 1-10 to 10-1 in each conference. Each team will have 90 seconds to pick.  Any new conferences will draft in reverse order from the rookie draft.

DIVISIONS WILL BE AS FOLLOWS:(numbers in front of teams names are seedings according to finish from the previous year). Final seeding for the following years draft is determined as follows: Teams 1-16 will be placed based on playoff finish.  Teams that made the playoffs and did not win money will be seeded 9-16 according to regular season record. Team that wins Consolation tournament that did not make the playoffs will be seeded 17.  All other teams in consolation tournament will be seeded 18-32.  Seeds can only change during the offseason if a team drops out. All teams behind the dropout team will move up a seed and the expansion team will become seed 40 unless they take an existing roster.

You may not trade your pick before the draft starts.

ROSTERS: ACTIVE: 2 QB'S, 3 RB'S, 5 WR'S, 2 TE'S, 2 K'S, 2 DEF TEAMS, 2 FLEX (RB,WR,TE)
RESERVES: 7 total reserves for a total of 25. 7 reserves will be drafted during the time of the draft. A team may only have 1 qb, def and k on reserve maximum. Other 4 reserves can be any combination of rbs, wrs, or te's. If a team does not have a backup qb, k, or def
on reserve, that team may use the extra spot on their roster to carry extra rb, wr or te's.

BYE WEEKS/INJURED RESERVE: Players on BYE WEEKS: Teams must put players on bye weeks on reserve and replace them if they want to earn points for that week.

LEAGUE STANDINGS AND SCHEDULE: Based on head to head format with 8 divisions of 40 teams. Each team will play a total of 78 games, or 5-6 per week to be played during the regular season (weeks 1-14). Each team will play every team  twice.

PLAYOFFS: The best 16 teams according to record will make the playoffs beginning on week 15 and will last through week 18. SEEDING IS AWARDED by winning percentage, then total points. DIVISION WINNERS DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY GET SEEDS (1-6), AND THEY DO NOT AUTOMATICALLY MAKE THE PLAYOFFS FOR WINNING THEIR DIVISION. Each playoff round will re-seed, and the team with the highest seed will have the tiebreaker in case of a tie. First round (week 15) 16 TEAMS SPLIT INTO 8 WINNERS 8 LOSERS. Second round (week 16) winners become 4, losers become 4. Third round (week 17) winners become 2, losers of winners become 2, winners of losers become 2, losers of losers become 2. Fourth round (week 18) winners play for championship 1st and 2nd place, and the rest 3-8th place. No team can play the same team twice during the playoff weeks. **teams ranked (17-32) that do not make the playoffs will play in a non playoff tournament single elimination for a prize of $300.

LINEUPS: Lineups must be set by the start of each players game. If there are games played on thursday or saturday, lineups can still be changed for the players who are yet to play on sunday. Players who played on thursday or saturday will be frozen at the start of their game and cannot be switched in or out of the lineup. You may switch players in and out of your lineup who did not play yet in any given week until gametime, example you can switch in or out of your lineup any player who is playing on monday night football up until gametime of that game.

TRADES: Trades will be allowed during the season and offseason. Trades can made using the site between teams in your same conference during the regular season.  The Trading Deadline is NOVEMBER 18th, 2023 1pm or 24 hours before players games start in the trade. Trades can resume between all teams once the regular season ends and throughout the offseason. Trade Voting System. All trades will be voted on by each team. An email will be sent to owners and the owner can vote on the site to allow the trade in a 24 hour time period. If the 24 hour period lapses, the owner will lose his vote. 13 rejection votes are needed to veto a trade. This will be done automatically by the website.

Teams can never have the same player on their team twice at the same time!
Teams have to wait at least 1 week before they can re-acquire the same player they traded. If a trade is rejected, the same trade cannot be accepted until the following week.

SALARY CAP: There will be a salary cap of $350. Teams cannot go over this amount any time during the season. Total team salary can be found under the rosters page. All teams start the year with the same salary. IR players count towards cap.

TIEBREAKERS: Tiebreaker for division winner is winning percentage, head to head, division record, ,total points, conference record. Tiebreaker for out of division opponents is winning percentage, total points, head to head

The following rules will allow teams to keep their favorite players but also will assure the following years draft has really good players available at the draft! They are intended to reward teams for making good draft picks towards the end of the draft and to make it hard for teams to keep players from year to year.

KEEPER RULES: Players picked in each of the 25 rounds during the draft will be assigned a value from $1-25. Players picked in round 1 will be $25 players. Players picked in round 2 will be $24 players and so on until round 25 players are $1. Teams will be able to keep as many players from the previous year as that team wants but will give up 1 round ahead from where that player was picked the previous year.
EX. Team A wants to keep their 1st or 2nd round pick from the previous year in the following years draft, they will keep that player but their first round pick in the upcoming draft will be skipped over.
EX. Team A wants to keep their 20th round pick from the previous year in the following years draft, they will keep that player but their 19th round pick in the upcoming draft will be skipped over.
1.Teams can only keep either their 1st or 2nd round pick for the following year not both!
2.Players can only be kept for a maximum of 3 years then they become a free agent. The year each players contract runs out can now be seen under contract status.
3.Teams can move player values forward for all players if they have 2 of the same player values.
4.Players picked up as free agents during the course of the year who went undrafted may not be kept $0 value or contract that ends in 2023!
5.If a team drops out that teams players will all become free agents.
6.All new expansion teams will start off with a clean slate

ROOKIE DRAFT!

The day of the NFL rookie draft our league will have its own rookie draft. Each owner will pick rookies for 2 rounds with 8 hours given to make each selection. The order of the draft will be last to first from the order of finish the previous year.  Rookies drafted with picks from 1-5 can be assigned values between $16-20 or higher, picks 6-10 between $11-15 or higher, picks 11-15 between $6-10 or higher, and picks 16-20 between $1-5 or higher.

teams 1-16 make playoffs,  teams 17-32 ,make consolation tournament.   teams 33-36 will get 1st pick, teams 37-40 will get 2nd pick.

EXPANSION / ROUND VALUES / CONTRACTS

Each draft's players will receive individual contracts and dollar amounts. Keepers must be decided and emailed to me by August 20th before our draft.

If a trade is made between weeks 7 and 11 that the commissioner feels is a trade made for keepers the following year, the commissioner can require the team who received the keeper players to keep those players for 2021.

Free Agent Pickups:  Free Agents will be awarded on Tuesday through Saturday at 10PM through a tumble waiver order system. If a team picks up a free agent, they will move to last in line in the next waiver wire order and so on.
