1. Reg season ends on Wk 14 (not 15)
   2. Trans. fees $5.00
   3. Unlimited trades. Trades will cease by end of wk 12.
    
   4.ONE player (active non-starter) will be selected as a tie-breaker, the team owner who violates this rule will
