Houston Texans safety Jimmie Ward (groin) is officially questionable to return to Sunday's game against the Buffalo Bills with a groin issue. Ward also took a big hit in the opening play of the game, but he stayed in the game until the groin injury forced him to the sidelines. Eric Murray is the next safety on the depth chart, but Ward's status will be monitored as the game goes on. The Texans' defense has done a good job in the first half at limiting the Bills to just three points.

Miami Dolphins running back De'Von Achane (concussion) won't return to Sunday's matchup with the New England Patriots. Cleveland Browns offensive tackle Jack Conklin (hamstring) has been ruled out for the Week 5 contest on Sunday against the Washington Commanders, while left tackle Jedrick Wills (knee) is active.
