Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill (wrist) was added to the Week 10 injury report on Friday with a wrist injury and was unable to practice. Mid-week additions to the injury report usually are never good, but Hill has one more day to get back on the practice field before the team releases their final injury report for their Week 10 contest against the Los Angeles Rams on Monday night. Fantasy managers should have a better idea on Saturday as to whether Hill's injury is serious enough to put his Monday status in questionable, and they'll also have a tough decision to make if Hill is a game-time decision. If Hill is unable to go against the Rams, Jaylen Waddle would be the top receiving for Miami and would be a must-start. Hill has not scored since Week 1 but has been more productive the last two weeks with quarterback Tua Tagovailoa back, catching 10 of his 14 targets for 152 yards.

Houston Texans running back Dameon Pierce (groin) was unable to practice all week and was officially ruled out on Friday for the Week 10 game versus the Detroit Lions on Sunday night. Pierce will miss his second straight game with a groin injury, which will allow Dare Ogunbowale and J.J. Taylor to see more change-of-pace work this weekend behind starter Joe Mixon. The 24-year-old Pierce also missed four straight games from Weeks 2-5 due to injury and has seen only 14 rushing attempts for 98 yards and a touchdown in the four games he's been active in. Pierce does have an impressive 7.0 yard-per-carry average, but he hasn't been very healthy and has had a minimal role when active behind Mixon in 2024. Pierce should be found on the waiver wire in most fantasy leagues and is nothing more than a handcuff option for Mixon in deep leagues.

Houston Texans defensive end Will Anderson Jr. (ankle) was unable to practice all week and was officially ruled out on Friday to play in the Week 10 showdown on Sunday night against the Detroit Lions. Anderson injured his ankle in the Week 9 loss to the New York Jets last Thursday night and wasn't able to make enough progress to play this weekend. It's a big blow to Houston's pass rush against a high-octane Lions offense. In addition, the Detroit offensive line has been stingy allowing opposing pass-rushers to get their hands on quarterback Jared Goff in 2024. With Anderson out at least one game, Derek Barnett will be counted on more across from defensive end Danielle Hunter. Fantasy managers should be looking to fade the Texans defense/special teams unit in a bad matchup this Sunday evening.

San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel Sr. (oblique, ribs) is officially listed as questionable to play in the Week 10 matchup versus the Tampa Bay Buccaneers this Sunday, per head coach Kyle Shanahan. Samuel was limited in the first two practices of the week before shedding his non-contact jersey on Friday, so he's on the right side of questionable this weekend and should play after having last week's bye to heal up. In addition to Samuel likely being active against Tampa, Jauan Jennings (hip) and Chris Conley (ankle) have been cleared, which will make it more difficult for rookie Ricky Pearsall to stand out from a fantasy perspective. With Brandon Aiyuk (knee) out for the year, Samuel should be one of quarterback Brock Purdy's top targets going forward, making him a must-start in fantasy. Samuel caught four passes for 71 yards and carried the ball four times for 15 yards in Week 9.

The San Francisco 49ers listed defensive end Nick Bosa (hip) as questionable to play in Week 10 on Sunday against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, according to head coach Kyle Shanahan. Bosa came down with a hip-pointer injury in practice on Wednesday and was very limited in the final practice of the week on Friday, leaving his availability up in the air this weekend. Losing the 27-year-old former first-rounder, who is one of the best pass-rushers in the game, would make San Fran's defense even more vulnerable in Week 10. However, the Niners' defense/special teams unit should be considered a top-10 option this week, regardless of whether Bosa plays, in a matchup against a Bucs team that could be down their top four receivers. Bosa is shaping up as a shaky starter in IDP fantasy leagues in Week 10. If Bosa is inactive on Sunday, both Robert Beal and Sam Okuayinonu should see more snaps.

The San Francisco 49ers officially listed running back Christian McCaffrey (Achilles) as questionable for the Week 10 game this Sunday against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Friday's final injury report. However, head coach Kyle Shanahan said that McCaffrey will be activated from Injured Reserve on Saturday and should be good to go. Last year's rushing leader is dealing with Achilles tendinitis in both of his legs that has sidelined him all year to this point. While fantasy managers have to be ecstatic that they will finally be able to put the 28-year-old All-Pro in their starting lineups, you should also temper expectations somewhat, as it would be a surprise if the Niners didn't play it safe from a workload perspective in his 2024 debut. Still, we aren't recommending that anyone sit McCaffrey if he's active. Jordan Mason will revert to backup duties and loses most of his fantasy value.

The Minnesota Vikings defense/special teams unit will travel to EverBank Stadium this Sunday to face the Jacksonville Jaguars. This is one of the better matchups of the weekend for the team's D/ST, as the Vikings will likely be facing a Jaguars squad sans their starting quarterback, Trevor Lawrence (shoulder). Minnesota's defense has been excellent this season and would have been a strong play regardless against a Jags unit averaging the thirteenth-fewest yards per game in the NFL (320.7). Now, the D/ST's ceiling should be even higher, with backup quarterback Mac Jones calling signals for a dinged-up Jaguars offense. Fire them up confidently as a top-three option (D/ST3) this week in RotoBaller's ranks.

Tennessee Titans tight end Chigoziem Okonkwo faces the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 10. The good news for Okonkwo is that he posted his second-highest yardage total of the season last week versus New England, but the bad news is that it only amounted to 38 yards. Both of his most productive games have been without quarterback Will Levis (shoulder) quarterbacking the team, but he has been announced as the Week 10 starter. Okonkwo is not worthy of a roster spot in most leagues at the moment and remains off the fantasy radar in Week 10 against a great defense.

Washington Commanders tight end Zach Ertz should be viewed as a low-end TE1 heading into Week 10 despite his poor showing last weekend. Facing the Giants, Ertz had his worst showing of the season as he brought in his lone target for just five yards. However, during Weeks 6 through 8, Ertz scored at least double-digit PPR points in each of them and averaged seven targets per game. This weekend, even though he will be facing a tough Pittsburgh defense, he should be viewed as a reliable option in deeper formats, given the consistent volume he has seen throughout a majority of the campaign.

Seibert did not practice on Wednesday but was upgraded to limited capacity on Thursday and Friday. Washington Commanders rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels should be viewed as a high-end QB1 despite facing a tough Pittsburgh Steelers defense. Daniels continued his incredible rookie campaign last weekend against the New York Giants as he went 15-for-22 with 209 yards and two scores. He added 35 yards on the ground. During Weeks 6 and 8, Daniels threw for at least 250+ passing yards and attempted at least 30 passes. This weekend, he will face a Pittsburgh Steelers defense that has allowed the fourth-fewest points to opposing QBs this season. However, given his ability as a runner, fantasy managers should continue to feel confident locking Daniels into their lineup in all formats.

Washington Commanders running back Austin Ekeler could operate as the lead running back for the second-straight game, with Brian Robinson Jr. (hamstring) listed as questionable. Last week, operating as the lead option, Ekeler scored a season-high 17.3 PPR points and found the end zone for the second time this season. He tied Chris Rodriguez Jr. for a team-high 11 carries. However, Ekeler was also heavily involved in the passing game, bringing in three of his four targets for 41 yards. Washington Commanders wide receiver Terry McLaurin should be viewed as a high-end WR2 in Week 10 when he faces the Pittsburgh Steelers. Last weekend, the Commanders did not need to rely on their passing attack as often, which limited McLaurin's opportunities. However, he still brought in two of his three targets for two touchdowns and 19 yards. Since Week 3, McLaurin has averaged 18.0 PPR points per game and has found the back of the end zone six times. Arizona Cardinals tight end Trey McBride remains at the top of tight end rankings as the Cardinals host the New York Jets in Week 10. McBride finally broke through and scored his first offensive touchdown of the season on a 2-yard jet sweep rush. It's clear that McBride remains the focal point of the Cardinals' passing attack, even though he has not yet recorded an end-zone reception this season. McBride is one of the premier tight ends in fantasy football, and that is likely to remain the case as the Cardinals host the Jets.

Tennessee Titans wide receiver Calvin Ridley faces the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 10 NFL action. Ridley was a droppable fantasy asset not even three few weeks ago, but has bounced back with Mason Rudolph quarterbacking the Titans, posting 216 yards over the past two weeks. Will Levis has been named the starter for Week 10, and while Ridley has had success with Levis, it's been a lot more shaky with the Kentucky product dishing him the ball. Add in the fact that LA is fifth-best at stopping fantasy WRs and first in the league in total points allowed, and you have a potential disaster waiting for Ridley managers. He will always have the big play ability in his back pocket, but don't expect much from this Titans offense and Ridley that has been mostly ineffective this season, especially with Levis at the helm.

Houston Texans wide receiver Robert Woods could suddenly be his team's top receiving option in Week 10 against the Detroit Lions. Houston wide receiver Stefon Diggs (knee) is already out for the season, while Nico Collins (hamstring) is questionable after being activated from injured reserve. Tank Dell (back) popped up on the final injury report and is also questionable, which could leave Woods as the team's most trusted receiver. Woods' role will be hard to predict based on the status of the other receivers, making him highly risky to play, but he could be worth the stash in deep formats.

Tennessee Titans running back Tyjae Spears (hamstring) will return in Week 10 to face the Los Angeles Chargers. The second-year back out of Tulane has missed the last three games due a hamstring injury, but practiced in full on Thursday and Friday and has no designation heading into the weekend. With his limited involvement pre-injury, starting Spears against a defense that is top-10 across the board in rushing defensive metrics is not advisable. Especially with Will Levis taking over the offense yet again, which is likely to have a negative impact on all skill position players for Tennessee, Spears is not a great start in any leagues this week.
