New York Jets standout linebacker Quincy Williams exited Sunday's game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers with a left shoulder injury and was later ruled out.
Williams was injured in the final minute of the first half when a Tampa Bay offensive lineman fell on him. He was ruled out in the third quarter.
Williams had four tackles (one for loss) and shared a sack before his departure.
Williams, 29, recorded more than 100 tackles in each of the past four seasons and was first-team All-Pro in 2023.
Arizona Cardinals running back James Conner (ankle) suffered a gruesome ankle injury during his team's Week 3 matchup against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday. According to ESPN's Josh Weinfuss, a source told him that they "assume" Conner's ankle injury is severe enough to end his season, but "an official prognosis hasn't been made yet." If Conner is indeed looking at a season-ending injury, second-year running back Trey Benson would be in line for a significantly expanded role in Arizona. Benson finished Week 3 with 51 yards from scrimmage on 13 touches. Running back Emari Demercado could also factor into the backfield mix for the Cardinals.

Denver Broncos wide receiver Courtland Sutton bounced back from an underwhelming outing in Week 2 with a huge game in Week 3 against the Los Angeles Chargers. Sutton hauled in six of eight targets for 118 yards and a touchdown. If there were any questions about Sutton's status as the clear WR1 in Denver, those should be put to rest. The 29-year-old has now recorded 13 catches for 185 yards and two touchdowns through the first three weeks of 2025. Sutton profiles as a low-end fantasy WR2 heading into a favorable Week 4 matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Los Angeles Chargers rookie running back Omarion Hampton had the best game of his young career in Week 3 against the Denver Broncos. Hampton rushed 19 times for 70 yards and a touchdown, adding six catches for 59 yards on seven targets as well. Perhaps most critically for his fantasy status, Hampton may be in line for a massive workload going forward after the unfortunate news that veteran Chargers running back Najee Harris (Achilles) suffered an Achilles injury in Week 3. The 22-year-old Hampton has now recorded 215 yards from scrimmage and a touchdown on 51 total touches. With Harris potentially missing significant time, Hampton could vault back into being a must-start fantasy running back.

San Francisco 49ers quarterback Mac Jones (knee) told members of the media that he re-aggravated his PCL sprain during Sunday's Week 3 win over the Arizona Cardinals. He had previously suffered the injury during training camp but was healthy in time for the regular season opener earlier this month. While the re-aggravated ailment did affect Jones' productivity, he was able to play through the injury, leading the 49ers to a win with Brock Purdy (shoulder) sidelined. The former first-round pick finished Sunday's divisional contest having completed 27 of 41 pass attempts for 284 yards, one touchdown, and one interception. Jones' status for Week 4 is uncertain, but it may be a moot point with Purdy nearing his return. Fantasy managers should stay tuned for updates on both quarterbacks when the 49ers issue their first injury report of the week on Wednesday.

New York Giants running back Tyrone Tracy Jr. (shoulder) is questionable to return to his team's Week 3 matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs due to a shoulder injury, per Ralph Vacchiano of Fox Sports. The 25-year-old took a hit along the sideline and immediately pointed to his affected shoulder. Tracy Jr. recorded 29 yards on seven carries and seven receiving yards on two catches before getting hurt. If Tracy Jr. is unable to return, rookie running back Cam Skattebo would likely handle the lion's share of backfield snaps for the Giants for the remainder of Week 3.

New England Patriots quarterback Drake Maye completed 28 of his 37 pass attempts for 268 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception during Sunday's Week 3 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. He also carried the football seven times for 45 yards on the ground. Furthermore, the former first-round pick took five sacks and lost a fumble. While it was far from a clean game for Maye, he did salvage his fantasy showing with the 300-plus total yards and two touchdowns. He'll look to address the turnovers before heading into a Week 4 showdown against the Carolina Panthers, who just held the Atlanta Falcons to zero points. He is the overall QB4 in fantasy points through three weeks, making him a worthwhile fantasy starter going forward.

Los Angeles Rams running back Kyren Williams rushed for 94 yards on 20 carries during Sunday's Week 3 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles. He also converted three targets into two catches, 18 receiving yards, and a receiving touchdown. The 25-year-old played 75.8 percent of the offensive snaps in the loss, which is up nearly six percent from his snap share in Week 2. Although Blake Corum continues to handle some volume, he's not really pushing for the starting job. Williams remains the lead back in Los Angeles, and his ability to make an impact in the passing game on Sunday bodes well for his fantasy value going forward. He'll rank as a mid-range RB2 heading into next week's clash with a surging, undefeated Colts squad.

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb (ankle) said that he "absolutely" believes that he can play in next Sunday's Week 4 contest against the Green Bay Packers. Lamb injured his ankle on a rushing attempt in the early portion of the Cowboys' Week 3 loss to the Chicago Bears. He exited to receive treatment, returned for one play, and then exited again. After his second departure from the game, he did not return. The star pass catcher finished without a catch, and his rushing attempt was nullified due to a penalty, so he didn't actually record a statistic in the game. George Pickens handled the No. 1 receiver duties the rest of the way, but it sounds like he'll drop back to the No. 2 role if Lamb is indeed able to suit up for next week's Sunday Night Football battle with the Packers. When healthy, he's a mid-to-high WR1 option in fantasy football.

Preliminary testing indicates that Los Angeles Chargers running back Najee Harris suffered a torn Achilles during Sunday's Week 3 win over the Denver Broncos, according to head coach Jim Harbaugh. Harris suffered the injury on a non-contact play while planting his feet in the backfield, and he was eventually carted off the field. The Chargers will order additional testing to confirm Harris' diagnosis, but he's likely done for the season. It's a crushing blow for the veteran running back, who had never missed a game due to injury before arriving in Los Angeles. This summer, he injured his eye during a fireworks incident, and now, he's likely done for the year with a torn Achilles. He'll work to recover and get healthy before hitting free agency for the second consecutive offseason next March. In the meantime, Omarion Hampton will take over full possession of the lead-back role while Hassan Haskins offers a change of pace.

New York Giants kicker Graham Gano (groin) suffered a groin injury while warming up for Sunday Night Football against the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 3. He is now questionable to kick in the primetime contest, according to NFL Network's Tom Pelissero. The 38-year-old has been perfect with his leg so far this season, going 5-for-5 on field goals and 4-for-4 on extra points. He entered this week as the overall K10 in fantasy football, making him a borderline starter in managers' lineups. Given the timing of Gano's injury, it's most likely too late to replace Gano in fantasy football lineups this week. Even if managers have the opportunity to replace him, the only remaining options are Harrison Butker, Tyler Loop, and Jake Bates, who are likely rostered in most leagues. New York may attempt two-point conversions after touchdowns, depending on the veteran's status.

Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams completed 19 of his 28 pass attempts for 298 yards, four touchdowns, and zero interceptions during Sunday's Week 3 win over the Dallas Cowboys. He also rushed for 12 yards and didn't take a single sack. The former No. 1 pick had the best outing of his young career as he and the Bears secured their first win of the 2025 season. He has quietly put together a terrific start to his second pro season, totaling eight touchdowns and one turnover while ranking as the overall QB2 in fantasy football so far. He's a top-12 option heading into Week 4 against the Las Vegas Raiders and should be started in most leagues.
From RotoBaller
Philadelphia Eagles RB Saquon Barkley rushed 18 times for 46 yards in Week 3 against the Los Angeles Rams, and he added four receptions for just nine yards on five targets.
Fantasy Spin: It was a disappointing fantasy performance from one of the top options in league, especially with his team posting 33 points. He'll look to get back on track in Week 4 at Tampa Bay, and he remains an obvious fantasy must-start in all leagues.
From TheHuddle
Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb (ankle) likely avoided suffering a major injury during Sunday's Week 3 loss against the Chicago Bears, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Lamb injured his ankle on a rushing attempt early in the game. He exited to receive treatment, returned for one play, and then exited again. After his second departure from the game, he did not return. The star pass catcher finished without a catch, and his rushing attempt was nullified due to a penalty, so he didn't actually record a statistic in the game. Lamb's status for Week 4 remains up in the air. If he can't suit up, George Pickens would operate as the Cowboys' No. 1 wide receiver.

Los Angeles Rams WR Tutu Atwell and TE Tyler Higbee each went without a reception in Week 3 against the Philadelphia Eagles. Atwell was targeted just once, while Higbee had two targets.

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Jalen Royals (knee) is officially active for Sunday's Week 3 contest against the New York Giants. The rookie had been listed as questionable but was trending in the right direction after logging a full practice on Friday. He'll make his pro debut on Sunday night after missing the first two games of the season. Royals could provide a boost to a wide receiver room that is currently without Rashee Rice (suspension) and Xavier Worthy (shoulder). However, the fourth-round pick will likely still find himself behind established receivers like Marquise Brown, Tyquan Thornton, and JuJu Smith-Schuster.

Los Angeles Chargers running back Najee Harris suffered an Achilles injury during Sunday's Week 3 win over the Denver Broncos, head coach Jim Harbaugh confirmed. He's scheduled to undergo additional testing soon. Harris suffered the injury on a non-contact play while planting his feet in the backfield, and he was eventually carted off the field. Non-contact Achilles injuries typically come with lengthy recovery timetables, so it's possible that Harris is done for the season. Rapoport notes that the Chargers don't have an exact timetable for Harris, but they're not optimistic. The veteran running back, who never missed a game with the Pittsburgh Steelers, has suddenly faced significant injury trouble in Los Angeles. First, he injured his eye during a fireworks incident over the summer, and now, he's likely done for the year with an Achilles injury. He'll work to recover and get healthy before hitting free agency for the second consecutive offseason next March. In the meantime, Omarion Hampton will take over full possession of the lead-back role while Hassan Haskins offers a change of pace.

Los Angeles Rams WR Davante Adams finished with three receptions for 56 yards and a touchdown on eight targets in Week 3 against the Philadelphia Eagles.
Fantasy Spin: Adams started well, but he had nearly half of the targets (eight) to that of Puka Nacua (15). While he might be considered the WR2 in L.A., he is still a very valuable fantasy weapon, and he is a recommended WR2 in most leagues of 12 or more teams.
From TheHuddle
Washington Commanders quarterback Marcus Mariota completed 15 of his 21 pass attempts for 207 yards, one touchdown, and zero interceptions. He also carried the ball six times for an additional 40 rushing yards and one rushing touchdown. All in all, it was a very solid outing from the veteran quarterback, starting in place of the injured Jayden Daniels (knee). He showcased a rapport with several Washington receivers while demonstrating an impressive ability to move the ball with his legs. It's unclear if Daniels will miss additional time, but if he does, Mariota should rank as a high-end QB2 against an Atlanta Falcons defense that just surrendered 30 points to the Carolina Panthers.
From RotoBaller
Los Angeles Rams QB Matthew Stafford completed 19-of-33 passes for 196 yards, two touchdowns and one interception in Week 3 against the Philadelphia Eagles.
Fantasy Spin: It wasn't a terrible performance, but it wasn't great, either. It was basically a microcosm of his fantasy appeal. He can occasionally serve as a low-end QB1 in fantasy leagues of 12 or more teams, but more often than not, he is more of a QB2 in most formats.
From TheHuddle
Cincinnati Bengals TE Mike Gesicki caught one pass for six yards against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 3. He was targeted three times during the game.
Fantasy Spin: Gesicki is sharing playing time with Noah Fant and has been held to under 20 yards in all three games this season. He should be avoided in all fantasy leagues unless he becomes more involved in the passing game later in the season.
