Rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart ran for a 15-yard touchdown on the opening drive of his first career start and the New York Giants earned a 21-18 victory over the Los Angeles Chargers in East Rutherford, N.J on Sunday.
Dart was 13-of-20 passing for 111 yards and another touchdown as the Giants (1-3) won for the first time after turning away from veteran QB Russell Wilson, who started the first three games. Dart added 54 yards rushing, while rookie Cam Skattebo added 79 yards on the ground.
Justin Herbert completed 23 of 41 passes for a season-low 203 yards and two interceptions for the Chargers. His two picks came after he recorded just one over the first three games of the season and led to 11 points. Rookie running back Omarion Hampton ran for 128 yards and scored a touchdown for Los Angeles (3-1).
Both teams lost an important player to injuries during the game. Giants standout receiver Malik Nabers left the game with a knee injury that is reportedly feared to be a torn ACL. Chargers left tackle Joe Alt, who moved from right tackle to replace Rashawn Slater after his season-ending injury during training camp, left the game with a high ankle sprain, according to reports.
Eagles 31, Buccaneers 25
Jalen Hurts and Philadelphia started strong and held on for a tense victory over host Tampa Bay in a clash of unbeaten teams.
Hurts had more touchdown passes (two) than incompletions (15 of 16) in the first half as the Eagles (4-0) built a 24-6 lead. He was shut out in the second half, finishing 15-of-24 passing for 130 yards. Dallas Goedert caught both touchdowns. Saquon Barkley was held to 43 rushing yards but scored a touchdown.
After last-minute wins in their first three games, the Buccaneers (3-1) fell behind quickly on a blocked punt returned for a TD and never led. Baker Mayfield threw for 289 yards with two TDs and one interception. Rookie Emeka Egbuka recorded his first career 100-yard game and caught his fourth touchdown pass in four games. Bucky Irving had 165 yards from scrimmage (63 rushing, 102 receiving).
Chiefs 37, Ravens 20
Patrick Mahomes tossed four touchdowns to become the youngest quarterback to reach 250 for his career, as Kansas City overwhelmed visiting Baltimore.
Mahomes went 25-for-37 passing for 270 yards with his first four-TD game since October 22, 2023. In his return to action, speedster Xavier Worthy caught five passes for 83 yards. Isiah Pacheco, JuJu Smith-Schuster, Tyquan Thornton and Hollywood Brown caught TDs for the Chiefs (2-2).
Ravens' quarterback Lamar Jackson left the game in the third quarter with a hamstring injury. The two-time NFL MVP finished the game 14 of 20 for 147 yards with a touchdown and an interception. Justice Hill had two touchdowns. Baltimore (1-3) has allowed 37 or more points in each of its three losses.
Rams 27, Colts 20
Matthew Stafford connected with Tutu Atwell on an 88-yard touchdown pass with under two minutes remaining as Los Angeles rallied for a victory over visiting Indianapolis.
Stafford was 29-of-41 passing for 375 yards and three touchdowns, while Puka Nacua had 13 receptions for a career-high 170 yards. Nacua and Davante Adams also caught touchdowns as Los Angeles won after blowing a 19-point second-half lead in a loss at Philadelphia in Week 3.
Daniel Jones was 24-of-33 passing for 262 yards with one TD and two interceptions for the Colts, while Jonathan Taylor had 76 yards rushing on 17 carries.
Lions 34, Browns 10
Kalif Raymond returned a punt for a touchdown and Amon-Ra St. Brown caught two scoring passes to lead Detroit over visiting Cleveland.
Jared Goff completed 16 of 27 passes for 168 yards, two touchdowns and one interception for Detroit (3-1), which won its third straight game. Aidan Hutchison had two sacks and a forced fumble, Jahmyr Gibbs rushed for 91 yards and a score and Brown had seven catches for 70 yards and has six touchdown catches in four games.
Joe Flacco was 16-of-34 passing for 184 yards and two interceptions for the Browns (1-3). Quinshon Jenkins rushed for 82 yards and a score for Cleveland.
Patriots 42, Panthers 13
Marcus Jones sparked New England with a pair of huge punt returns, including one for a touchdown, and quarterback Drake Maye accounted for three scores as the Patriots beat visiting Carolina.
Jones set a franchise record with 167 punt return yards on three attempts. Maye threw touchdown passes to Hunter Henry and Mack Hollins and added a rushing score of his own. Stefon Diggs gained 101 receiving yards on six catches for New England (2-2).
After driving for points on the game's opening possession, Carolina (1-3) didn't score again until backup Andy Dalton's 2-yard fourth-down pass to Mitchell Evans on the first play following the two-minute warning. Quarterback Bryce Young was 18 for 30 for 150 yards and a touchdown in the loss.
Steelers 24, Vikings 21
Kenneth Gainwell rushed for 99 yards and two touchdowns, Aaron Rodgers passed for another score and Pittsburgh escaped with a win over Minnesota in the NFL's first-ever regular-season game in Dublin, Ireland.
Rodgers completed 18 of 22 passes for 200 yards along with one touchdown for Pittsburgh (3-1). DK Metcalf caught five passes for 126 yards and a touchdown. DeShon Elliott and T.J. Watt had one interception apiece for the Steelers. Pittsburgh's defense constantly hounded Wentz, sacking him a half-dozen times.
Carson Wentz completed 30 of 46 passes for 350 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions for Minnesota (2-2). Justin Jefferson had 10 receptions for 126 yards.
Falcons 34, Commanders 27
Michael Penix Jr. completed 20 of 26 passes for 313 yards, two touchdowns and an interception on Sunday, as Atlanta posted a victory over visiting Washington.
Bijan Robinson had four catches for 106 yards, while rushing for 75 yards and a score as the Falcons (2-2) beat Washington for the first time since 2018 following four straight losses in the series. Drake London had eight catches for 110 yards and a score in the win.
Former Atlanta quarterback Marcus Mariota started for Washington in place of the injured Jayden Daniels for the second straight week. Mariota threw for 156 yards, two touchdowns and an interception for the Commanders (2-2). Matt Gay went 4-for-4 on field goal attempts in the loss.
Bills 31, Saints 19
Josh Allen threw two touchdown passes, ran for a touchdown and Buffalo held off New Orleans in Orchard Park, N.Y.
Allen completed 16 of 22 passes for 209 yards and the Bills (4-0) overcame their first turnover of the season as well as 11 penalties after committing just 14 through three games. Spencer Rattler passed for 126 yards and a touchdown for the Saints (0-4), who rushed for a season-best 189 yards.
Allen threw touchdowns to Dalton Kinkaid and Khalil Shakir and scored on a 5-yard run in the third to give the Bills a 21-10 lead. The Saints closed within two before Buffalo scored 10 unanswered points to seal the victory.
Jaguars 26, 49ers 21
Travis Etienne ran for 124 yards and a touchdown, Trevor Lawrence added a passing touchdown and visiting Jacksonville handed San Francisco its first loss this season.
Improving to 3-1 under first-year coach Liam Coen, Jacksonville secured the win with a big defensive play on a day that they forced four turnovers. Arik Armstead sacked 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy, causing a fumble that teammate Foyesade Oluokun recovered at the San Francisco 47 with 2:47 left.
Purdy finished 22-of-38 passing for 309 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions after missing the previous two games due to injury.
Texans 26, Titans 0
CJ Stroud threw for two touchdowns and Houston's defense limited visiting Tennessee to 175 total yards as the Texans claimed their first victory of the season.
Stroud completed 22 of 28 passes for 233 yards as Houston (1-3) ended a three-game skid. Stroud's 12-yard strike to Woody Marks on the first play of the fourth quarter was Houston's first touchdown in the red zone this year. Nico Collins finished with four catches for 79 yards and Marks also racked up 69 yards on 17 carries, including an 18-yard scoring jaunt with 4:51 left.
Ward hit on just 10 of 26 passes for 108 yards as Tennessee fell to 0-4 and is 3-18 since the start of last season. The Titans managed only 10 first downs and converted just 2-of-11 third downs. Tony Pollard rushed 14 times for 64 yards for Tennessee.
Bears 25, Raiders 24
D'Andre Swift rushed for a go-ahead 2-yard touchdown with 1:34 remaining and Josh Blackwell blocked a potentially game-winning kick to boost visiting Chicago to a win against Las Vegas.
Chicago (2-2) forced four turnovers, two of which were first-half interceptions by Kevin Byard III. Rome Odunze had 69 yards and a touchdown, becoming the NFL's only receiver to catch one touchdown pass in each of the first four weeks this season.
Las Vegas (1-3) lost for the third straight week despite a monstrous effort from rookie running back Ashton Jeanty. He ran for 138 yards and a touchdown and caught two more touchdown passes from Geno Smith, who was intercepted three times to raise his season total to seven.
Indianapolis Colts head coach Shane Steichen said that wide receiver Adonai Mitchell is "going to have to earn" more opportunities going forward after his costly fumble in the team's Week 4 loss to the Los Angeles Rams. Mitchell recorded three catches for 96 yards on four targets against Los Angeles, but dropped the ball just before crossing the goal line on what should have been a 70-plus-yard touchdown. The 22-year-old has logged seven catches for 137 yards on 12 targets through four games this season. He saw increased playing time in Week 4 with Colts wideout Alec Pierce (concussion) sidelined. If Pierce returns for the team's Week 5 matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders, Mitchell could have a hard time getting on the field.

Dallas Cowboys head coach Brian Schottenheimer said rookie running back Jaydon Blue is "very close" to being active on game day and has been practicing "really, really well," per Jon Machota of The Athletic. Blue has been inactive for each of the Cowboys' first four games of 2025. Javonte Williams has been the workhorse back in Dallas so far this season, with fellow veteran back Miles Sanders (ankle) serving as the RB2. Sanders is reportedly trending towards playing in Week 5 after suffering an ankle injury in Week 4. Still, his health status could be a factor in the team's decision on whether to activate Blue. The Cowboys will face the New York Jets in Week 5, which would be a favorable matchup for Blue if he is indeed called upon to make his NFL debut.

Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill (knee) was forced to exit in the third quarter of his team's Week 4 matchup against the New York Jets with a left-knee injury. Hill's leg buckled underneath him awkwardly, and he was carted off the field with an Aircast on. It's too early to say exactly what the injury is, but it certainly doesn't look good for the 31-year-old wideout. According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, Hill has been ruled out and is being taken to a local hospital for imaging and evaluation. Hill will finish Week 4 with six catches for 67 yards. In his absence, Dolphins wide receivers Jaylen Waddle and Malik Washington should both see an uptick in targets. Veteran tight end Darren Waller and running back De'Von Achane could also see increased usage in the Miami passing game.
From RotoBaller
Detroit Lions tight end Sam LaPorta recorded three catches for 39 yards on four targets in his team's Week 4 win over the Cleveland Browns. LaPorta has now earned exactly four targets and failed to crack 40 yards in each of Detroit's last three games. For the season, the 24-year-old has logged 16 catches for 177 yards and zero touchdowns on 21 targets. On the bright side, LaPorta is tied for second on the Lions in targets with running back Jahmyr Gibbs, behind only star wideout Amon-Ra St. Brown (32). Still, LaPorta has not been able to provide consistent fantasy production so far in 2025. He has a favorable matchup on paper in Week 5 against the Cincinnati Bengals, but LaPorta may need to find the end zone to be a worthwhile fantasy starter.

New York Jets running back Braelon Allen (knee) suffered a knee injury in the first half of the Monday night game against the division-rival Miami Dolphins and has already been ruled out, according to Tom Pelissero of NFL Network. Allen's knee took a pretty nasty shot in the second quarter on a kickoff return. The 21-year-old was able to walk to the locker room under his own power, but he was quickly ruled out. Before the injury, he carried the ball four times for 26 yards. With Allen out the rest of the way to close out Week 4 action, Isaiah Davis will see more work in New York's backfield as a change-of-pace option behind Breece Hall. Allen came into Monday night's action with 14 rushing attempts for 50 yards (3.6 yards per game) and one rushing touchdown in three games in a struggling Jets offense. He's merely been a handcuff for Hall's owners, but it's possible he won't be able to play in Week 5 against the Dallas Cowboys.

Detroit Lions quarterback Jared Goff did not have his best statistical day against a top-notch defense in his team's Week 4 win over the Cleveland Browns. Goff completed 16 of 27 pass attempts for 168 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception. On the season, the 30-year-old has now completed 73.8% of his pass attempts for 929 yards, nine touchdowns, and two interceptions. Goff has shown the potential for gaudy touchdown totals over the past couple of years in this Lions offense, but his lack of rushing ability (11 rushing yards this season) limits his fantasy ceiling. He profiles as a matchup-dependent low-end starter in single-quarterback leagues, and has a favorable matchup on paper in Week 5 against the Cincinnati Bengals.
From RotoBaller
Detroit Lions rookie wide receiver Isaac TeSlaa was held without a catch for the second straight game in Week 4 by the Cleveland Browns. TeSlaa burst onto the scene with a pair of highlight-reel grabs over his first two NFL games, but he remains limited to a minor role in the Detroit offense for the time being. The 23-year-old played just 20% of the Lions' offensive snaps in Week 4 and is firmly behind Detroit wideouts Amon-Ra St. Brown, Jameson Williams, and Kalif Raymond on the team's depth chart at the position. All told, TeSlaa has two catches for 42 yards and a touchdown on four targets so far this season. He maintains some appeal in dynasty leagues, but TeSlaa should be off the radar of fantasy managers in redraft formats.
From RotoBaller
Detroit Lions running back Jahmyr Gibbs recorded 97 yards from scrimmage and a touchdown on 17 total touches in his team's Week 4 win over the Cleveland Browns. The 23-year-old has now logged 271 rushing yards and four touchdowns on 58 carries to go along with 20 catches for 79 yards through four games. Gibbs has also out-touched fellow Lions running back David Montgomery in all four of Detroit's games so far in 2025. As long as he stays healthy, Gibbs should remain a must-start fantasy running back.

Denver Broncos wide receiver Marvin Mims Jr. (hip) was a late addition to the Week 4 injury report on Saturday after he was limited in practice, and he entered Monday night's matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals with a questionable tag. However, Mims has been cleared and will be active in Week 4 as the Broncos look to even their record at 2-2. The 23-year-old former second-rounder took a step forward in his sophomore year in 2024, catching 39 of 52 targets for 503 yards and six touchdowns in 17 regular-season games. However, Mims has been the WR3 through three weeks in 2025 behind Courtland Sutton and Troy Franklin in a Broncos offense that has started slow for the second straight year. He enters Monday night with six catches on 10 targets for 40 yards and a touchdown. Mims can break loose for big plays at any moment, though, and he'll be facing a Bengals defense that he torched for 103 yards and two touchdowns in the regular-season finale in 2024.

The Arizona Cardinals signed running back Michael Carter to their active roster on Monday, according to Dani Sureck of AZCardinals.com. Carter played in his first game with the Cardinals this year in last Thursday night's loss to the Seattle Seahawks now that James Conner (ankle) is out for the year, but he had just one carry for one yard. The 26-year-old former New York Jets RB will continue to provide depth in Arizona's backfield, and he could be in line for a bigger role in Week 5 against the Tennessee Titans if Trey Benson (undisclosed) is out or limited at all. Benson came down with an apparent injury in Week 4 and is considered day-to-day right now. If Benson were to miss any time, Emari Demercado would be the next man up for the Cardinals in the lead-back role.
From RotoBaller
Dallas Cowboys running back Miles Sanders (ankle) is trending toward being able to play against the New York Jets on Sunday, according to head coach Brian Schottenheimer. The head coach also said that rookie running back Jaydon Blue is "very close" to making his NFL debut after being a healthy scratch for the first four weeks of the season. Schottenheimer also said that Sanders' injury will play a part in discussions for potentially activating Phil Mafah (shoulder) from Injured Reserve if the team feels they need more backfield insurance. Sanders left the Sunday night tie against the Green Bay Packers in the second quarter with an ankle injury and did not return, but it looks like he avoided a serious injury. He's been the change-of-pace RB2 behind starter Javonte Williams. Sanders' injury may open the door enough for Blue to seize an opportunity in Dallas' backfield once and for all in 2025.

Cleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski would not answer directly on Monday when asked if he is sticking with veteran Joe Flacco as the team's starting quarterback, according to Scott Petrak of Browns Zone. It's not about one person. There are so many things that we need to do better, and obviously, the quarterback included, but this is not about one person," Stefanski said. The 40-year-old Flacco has not looked good through four weeks, and the Browns rank tied for 30th in the NFL with 14 points a game after their blowout loss to the Detroit Lions in Week 4. Flacco has thrown six interceptions and lost two fumbles. He completed just 47.1% of his 34 pass attempts on Sunday for 184 yards, two picks, and a 39.3 passer rating. Dillon Gabriel, a third-round rookie, has played late in two blowout losses and would be next in line to start if Flacco is eventually benched. Deshaun Watson (Achilles) isn't anywhere close to returning to practice and isn't expected to play in 2025.
From RotoBaller
When asked specifically about running back Trey Benson (undisclosed), Arizona Cardinals head coach Jonathan Gannon called him "day-to-day" on Monday and noted that there will be more when the first injury report of the week comes out on Wednesday, according to Howard Balzer of Cards Wire. Benson apparently picked up an injury in last Thursday night's loss to the Seattle Seahawks, but it's unclear whether it will put his status in the air for Week 5 against the Tennessee Titans. The good news is that Arizona has extra time off since its last game. The 23-year-old disappointed in Week 4 in his first game as the lead back following James Conner's (ankle) season-ending injury, as he rushed for only 35 yards on eight carries and caught five passes for 19 yards. Benson will be a must-start against the winless Titans if he's active this week. If his injury is serious enough to keep him out, Emari Demercado would become the Cardinals' top backfield option.

Dallas Cowboys head coach Brian Schottenheimer said that wide receiver CeeDee Lamb and offensive lineman Tyler Booker, who are both recovering from high-ankle sprains, are "trending in the right direction," according to Tommy Yarrish of DallasCowboys.com. Schottenheimer added that as things stand, the team doesn't plan on putting either Lamb or Booker on Injured Reserve, but they reserve the right to change their minds. If Lamb or Booker were put on IR, they'd be forced to miss at least four games. Even if Lamb is not put on IR, the 26-year-old All-Pro wideout could miss multiple weeks after missing his first game in Sunday night's overtime tie to the Green Bay Packers. Fantasy managers must remain patient with Lamb and hope he can avoid IR and return sooner rather than later. In the meantime, George Pickens, who went over 100 yards with two TDs on Sunday night, will be Dallas' clear WR1. Jalen Tolbert saw an expanded role in Week 4, too, and is worth a short-term waiver pickup for those looking for wideout reinforcements with bye weeks starting in Week 5.
From RotoBaller
The New York Giants officially placed wide receiver Malik Nabers (knee) on Injured Reserve on Monday after he suffered a season-ending torn ACL in the Week 4 win over the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday, according to Jordan Raanan of ESPN. It's a crushing blow to both the Giants and fantasy managers alike. Those in single-year leagues can safely drop Nabers to the waiver wire this week and add reinforcements. With the 22-year-old former first-rounder out the rest of the way, the G-Men will ask all of Wan'Dale Robinson, Darius Slayton, and Jalin Hyatt to step up as their top three receivers for rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart. Tight end Theo Johnson should also see an uptick in targets in the passing game. Robinson should already be rostered in most leagues, but Slayton will be a popular pickup this week. Nabers will finish with 18 catches on 35 targets for 271 yards and two touchdowns in his second NFL season. Since the injury happened early in the year, Nabers should have a good chance at being ready to go for Week 1 of 2026 next fall.
From RotoBaller
New York Jets wide receiver Tyler Johnson is a healthy inactive for the Week 4 divisional contest on Monday Night Football, according to Susanna Weir of NewYorkJets.com. Johnson will head to the bench with Josh Reynolds returning from a hamstring injury that kept him out in Weeks 2 and 3. It's not as if Johnson took advantage of Reynolds' absence, as he caught only two passes on four targets for 32 yards and no touchdowns in two games. He didn't even catch a pass on one target in the Week 2 loss to the Buffalo Bills. Reynolds will return as receiver depth alongside Allen Lazard, Arian Smith, and Isaiah Williams for the Jets behind clear No. 1 Garrett Wilson. For fantasy purposes, nobody besides Wilson is startable on a weekly basis among the Jets' receivers. Johnson has only four receptions for 63 yards and no scores in three games so far in 2025.
From RotoBaller
San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy (toe) did not practice on the estimated practice report on Monday due to more soreness in his toe, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. Purdy returned after a two-week absence in the Week 4 loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars due to turf toe and an AC joint sprain in his shoulder, but he reported more soreness in his toe after the game and could be in danger of missing the next game this Thursday night against the division-rival Los Angeles Rams on a quick turnaround. Meanwhile, backup QB Mac Jones (knee) was listed as a full participant on Monday. If Purdy doesn't get clearance to play in Week 5, Jones would make his third start of 2025. Purdy went 22-for-38 for 309 yards, two touchdowns, and two picks in the loss on Sunday and also lost a crucial fumble late in the game. Even if Purdy suits up on Thursday and starts, he'll be more in the QB2 tier against a tough opponent while likely being less than 100%.

Washington Commanders wide receivers Terry McLaurin (quadriceps) and Noah Brown (groin) are "trending up," according to head coach Dan Quinn. They still have work to do after both missing the Week 4 loss to the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday, but "things are trending in the right direction," according to Zach Selby of Commanders.com. Brown has the last two games after he was injured in Week 2. The 30-year-old McLaurin is the one who matters in fantasy, though, and he did not practice at all last week before being ruled out in Week 4. It sounds like he's making progress, but we won't know until later this week if he has a realistic shot at returning in Week 5 on the road against the Los Angeles Chargers. Quarterback Jayden Daniels (knee) is eyeing a return this week, too, so it's possible Washington's offense could be getting two of its best players back. With McLaurin out in Week 4, Deebo Samuel Sr. expectedly led in receiving, while Luke McCaffrey caught a touchdown for the second straight week.
From RotoBaller
Carolina Panthers wide receiver Jalen Coker (quadriceps) is still week-to-week with a serious quadriceps injury that has kept him out for the first four weeks of the season, according to David Newton of ESPN. Coker opened the year on Injured Reserve. The 23-year-old is now eligible to come off IR for the Week 5 game against the Miami Dolphins, but it doesn't sound like that is going to happen. In fact, he might not even be a lock for Week 6. Once Carolina opens Coker's practice window, they'll have 21 days to officially activate him to the active roster. The Panthers could use some help in the passing game behind rookie first-rounder Tetairoa McMillan, as veteran Hunter Renfrow hasn't done much outside of a pair of touchdowns, and Xavier Legette (hamstring) has missed the last two games. Coker became a big part of the team's offense in his rookie year in 2024, so he's worth stashing in an IR spot with his return potentially coming in several weeks.
